  1. @machiavelli I think the problem hese is that tyou are confusing Gods POV with your finite POV There is no background from God POV. Dreamind infinite dreams at once looks like Absolute Nothingness, not "many many many dreams". The same with the concept of time. Without the time-space concept reality as we see it and its illusion would collapse and we would go back to the timeless singularity. Leo DID explain it many times. dreams are still happening in a time frame, every memory you have needs it. No time, no memory, no you. The same can be said for you waking state. There is no difference. Notice you are creating this difference
  2. @RMQualtrough I once had a group of friends on the opposite side of the city, 1 hour to get there and back every time. One night, after a not so funny party, i came back home and there was this raging storm, i was soaked in water with no umbrella and i told me self "why am i even doing this?" Moral of the story is, go out only of you WANT TO, not because of some social obligation inertia bullshit. If you feel resistence is either because you have some blocks that prevent you from having fun or the people your hanging with are just not your kind
  3. @machiavelli True insight don't need confermation nor validation. Do you need validation to know that numbers are infinite?
  4. @ardacigin Wow. i was just corrently thinking about you posts about TMI and then THIS comes at hand I spent 1.5 years practicing Kriya Yoga, and for several reasons i decided to switch to TMI, i think i'm at stage 4 by the descriptions in the book. i'm 2 weeks in with a 45 min daily sit, following the breath at the nose with I. M. Awereness Yet, i have a "problem". every time i sitted, i had signs of energy activity(vibrations, tinglings, poppings, sounds), with pleasure and without, which are not yet mentioned at stage 4, and should appear later on. The activity increase by the minutes, but had its peak with my earlest sits in terms of intensity. now it kind of subdued. i suspect this is due to the Kriya practice i've done, where i'm already familiar with energy stuff. i'm still dealing with gross distractions tho, little strong Dullness. i will probably increase the duration of the sit to 1 hour soon. any tips? Should i go by the book and ignore everithing?
  5. This is the most open he has been on the subject in an interview. Also He admits it is untrodden territory even for him
  6. This goes straight into the book of Leo's awkward but fiitting analogies Lol
  7. @Jed Haldir i throw my two cents. I've been consistently practicing kriya for year and a half, and i can assure your that it certenlay works on the energetic level(after some months you will litterally feel energy moving and filling up your head when the practice requires it). The problem is that i got stuck with it don't see eny particular change in consciousness yet + plus, there is not as much information about it as there is on Buddhism, especially fot what regards the stages of progression. So i think a will switch to The Mind Illuminated for now. There is much more information and support online on Buddhism then on Yoga, and this makes Buddhism more doable alone.
  8. @Someone here Theaching misunderstood. All believes, all ideas are illusory. "Illusory" has no degrading feature, but simply means fabricated/constructed/imagined. When the sense of idndividuality collapses, the body/mind structure still does its own thing, and that's exactly because it wans't You in the first place. Awakening is a change of Context, that than can produce a change in Content.
  9. @Yobenm Hi The Ego is supposed to be an instrument that God uses to experience itself, so it is natural that it thinks in utilitaristic terms. It's just it's activity. ----------------> if if it doesn't find any "reasons why", this can be considered a threat its survival---------------> Nihilism negative. Purpose is always created and crafted, don't treat it as something that is out there in the world. I kind of relate to it. But do you still feel hurt from the time that you understood that Santa Claus doesn't exist? I willing to bet that now you have a good time at Christmas anyway when you recieve the presents. It will get better.
  10. @Vibroverse The illusion is also you but it cant possibly be your essence. whatever you think you are is a fabrication, a fantasy. Remove that and see what remains.
  11. to say that there is nothing beyond experience means that you are removing the bounderies of the context of experience. What happens in the content of experience (ex. having certain limits) is irrelevant and doesn't disprove the above. Your notions of inside/outside, can/can't, are appearing inside Awereness. The is only one experience, in this case taking the form of: an identity(You) thinking that there exist a world and other beings out of itself that can look at a shared object at the same time. <----------- THIS IS A FANTASY. PRODUCED BY AND MADE OF CONSCIOUSNESS/AWERENESS ® @Seeker_of_truth
  12. @WokeBloke you can use lenguage only to explain, point to, or refer to a certain object, a certain cutted peace of experience(ideas included). But notice that experience cannot be "communicated", you can just refer to it and hope that the reciever has a frame of reference. Ex.: i can describe to you the taste of lemon, but i cannot trasmit to you the actual experience of its taste. Only if you tasted it yourself you'd know what i'm talking about. This becomes very evident in spirituality: i can try to describe awakening, but its descripion is not "it".
  13. @WokeBloke nothing is beyond experience. experience is singular. if you notice, what you call "the experiencer" is just agglomeration of sensations that we percieve as a whole, a structure. But this structure can be deconstructed. So, to say that experiencer doesn't exist, means that you can see that it is being produced by a more elementary substance
  14. @Anon212 I get the after-glow of the practice aswell, but no moistness. what is your stack of exercises?
  15. @RevoCulture keep in mind that people tend to over-estimate their attainments, so of course actions don't match speech. True, authentic enlightment can lead to radical changes, expecially if your life is messed-up, but in some cases, the life after awakening might just be the same as it was before. Most harmless habits remain. "Before enlightenment, chop wood, carry water. After enlightenment, chop wood, carry water." you can find little comunities here and there in the world like Ananda in italy. The truth is that there isnt yet a big enough number of awakened people to create a magnetic pull able to manifest a world community of highly evolved individuals, designed to create more. we'll see that 2-300 years in the future Why not, i ask you. Knowing this is an illusion shouldn't inhibit you from experiencing the dream as you want, with joy and pleasure. The materilistic paradigm is not true and everything is mind-made. So what? Do what you like. This notion, if nothing else, should free you up. As i have said communities gets created when thre is enough people thinking the same way and sharing the same values. unfortunatly, as of now, not many people truly value Truth to build a society around it But don't fall into the trap of thinking that you are truly enlightened only if you seclude your self from mainstream society. Planty of these (rare) people live a regular life. Communities will appear when there is a sufficient number. This process will continue to unfold no matter if people are honest or not, so don't warry. human deception will always be at play.
  16. @SQAAD notice that in "your experience", you are the most awake aswell. If you say no, then you are deluding yourself. Leo is not awake, God is. What he means is that after reaching a certain level of realization, validating others people awakening is absurd, since they are imaginary. Awakening is unique and doesn't happen TO people. I agree that he's phrasing is not the best, as it will get people triggered, hence your topic. But i get the feeling that he did it intentionally to see who's on board, is it @Leo Gura ?
  17. @Scholar Bro, before moralizing, atleast notice the deciet you are producing just to serve your position.
  18. @Jed Haldir even though it's not exacly palming down, many suggest atleast to interwine the fingers outwards. i don't think it's an imprtant detail, so try and see if it helps your practice.
  19. But what about all the poeple that CAN handle your teachings, Leo? Or at least not get too defensive when you share them. I think you expected some ego backlash from the ones who actually benefit from absorbing your teachings with an open mind, so here i am
  20. evidence? and mind you, evidence is not some random person talking about it.
  21. @Raptorsin7 for how i see, that questiostion is used as a trick to get you in touch with the present moment and, paradoxically, let go of identity concepts, because the more you look for "who" you are the more you find your self grasping nothing, and this make you abide in that infinitly present "space" that gives rise and is the substance of your very enquiry. In a sense we can say that simple practices such as Self-enquiry or breath awereness are different methods but have the same goal.
  22. @ivankiss ush, sounds juicy, could you expand a little bit on it Ivan?
  23. @ivankiss I might aswell ask you about some stuff haha. What you write is inspiring Ivan, keep goin'
