The human emotional structure tends toward closure; it seeks security and repetition. It's an evolutionary mechanism that works good at the societal level but leads individuals into a trap. Either you're very perceptive, or you'll fall deeper and deeper into the trap, which takes many forms. The spiritual is one of them. Reality is a bottomless opening. If your reality is closed, you're in a trap. The problem is that it's easy to believe you're not. Then the goal as a human is the total openess to the reality that you are and integrating that with the human society -

It's a subtle distinction but for me absolutely essential. What we seek is , let's say "enlightenment" right? The final stage, when there is no more search, when you are one with yourself without doubt, absolutely clear. Then, if you focus in the becoming, the conciousness, and you equate it to what reality is, then your perception (at least mine) remains flat. Ok, you are this, it's happening, you are the happening. But something is missed, you are still progressing to more conciousness, more depth. But if you focus in the unchanging source , the bottomless abyss, the total openess, you realize that it's not nothing or emptiness, it's everything, it's exactly what you are, and what's happening is it's inevitable manifestation. It's deep, alive, perfect, but as a consequence of the depth. Just what works to me, that shift of focus is essential -

Seen from the outside, the US government's behavior is incredible; it seems like a comedy written by screenwriters high on LSD. The other day I heard Ted Cruz say that the US should support Israel because the Bible says that those who support Israel will be blessed, and those who don't will be cursed. As a Christian, he would obviously prefer to be blessed, then he supports Israel -

As I see what is the absolute is the total potential , the openess. the experience is a manifestation that happens relatively between infinite planes of existence. Existence is relative by definition, it's the becoming, the incessant change. The absolute is the nature of that change, from which that change emanates. -

Perception is the reality as you said, but it's relative. There are infinite planes of reality related to each other and all of them are the reality -

The point of saying things is because the reality is happening, in this happening it's an structure that is flowing that wants freedom. All that, "an structure that is flowing etc" is the form of the reality now, then let's flow, nothing else -

No, the infinity is always the same, it's you. You don't know what's going to happen, but you can know what you are, your nature, if you open your mind and your heart to the immensity, then realize that you are that, and your joy will be wild. The form could change, the abyss is the abyss, and it's absolutely alive because there are not limits. Your home is the total openess. -

Then what's the point in saying that there is not you? You could say that the foundations of that you that appears are not closed, not defined, what you are is a field of probabilities that's happening without any foundation, just bottomless reality happening, but still its you -

In part practicing here is great to improvement in language, in part It's because I opened my field of perception. two year ago I perceived flat, 3 years ago I perceived madness, 4 years ago I just was doing things. We are always changing, reality is alive and we are that, we should flow with reality, that's the spiritual path -

You only can trust your instinct. You can't know where reality is taking you. It's impossible to know. The only thing you can know is your natural tendency, what reality is asking you to do. The more in sync you are with reality and the less resistance you have, the clearer you see it. It seems like you're blocked because you put up a lot of resistance between yourself and reality. The question is: Do you want to break that resistance or not? Pd: don't tell me that you can't put resistance between you and the reality because you are the reality, you know what I mean, you as a plane of the reality, the perceptor, and reality as the plane of becoming, life that happens -

I always start writing by myself but if the post start to be long and complex y use the Google translator to don't get stuck and can write as I think. Some short like this no, but any like the ones who Nilsi writes are impossible if you aren't totally bilingual -

Of course, it's impossible to control anything. Not even mathematically. The fact that reality is unlimited makes it neither deterministic even mathematically; it's impossible to predict. Not even a hypothetical god could calculate the trajectory of a bullet with complete accuracy, because the infinity of reality introduces infinite variables. -

I prefer not, but as suffering is a possibility it's going to happen eventually -

You exist , maybe you are not "you" according your concept of "you", but anyway an experience is happening , a movement, a relationship. You could call it you or not you, but it is, and It has an structure with a lot of nuances, preferences, perceptions, levels of awareness. That's what we call "you", then if suffering happens we could meet say that you are suffering -
Breakingthewall replied to SQAAD's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
If suffering happens you are suffering, where is the difference saying that there is not you? Suffering is just like anything else, something that happens. The only problem with suffering is that YOU (and me) don't like -

Then getting involved or think is not part of reality? -

So you are telling that I'm lying to appear important. It shows your level of perception. I talk about this because I break the mental barrier more or less every day. It's something I've sought out as necessary and something I've learned to do. It's a difficult game; I assure you, there's no possible mistake. Since I can't talk about this with anyone, I'm talking about it here. I can't avoid it. I know how the psyche operates to shut down. I see what the masters say, and I know they're wrong or lying almost always. It's absolutely obvious. I want to articulate the energetic structure that shuts down. I can't stop contemplating how it works, its mechanism. Everything I say here is intended to be totally impersonal, to speak from total clarity. Sometimes emotion escapes, but I try to keep it minimal. -

It's not my fault that you can't reach the level to understand what im saying. Maybe if you stop insulting and you try to understand you could move bit forward. I'm talking from direct experience , if something is not clear, can be formulated again, but there is not a single lie or effort to appear more in what I said. It's direct experience without a molecule of doubt. Maybe even you could understand that this topic is not easy to articulate, do it clean is a challenge, and for me is a hobby, maybe a passion -

Yes, if you understand what meaning is, you can turn it off at will and place yourself in a broader perspective. If you don't understand it, you will think that you are operating in a let say mystic or infinite perspective when you are still in the meaning, but amplifying it to the "divine" dimension or whatever -
Breakingthewall replied to PurpleTree's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
I mean that any meaning is ultimately a cause-effect relationship, and a cause-effect relationship is a relationship between two opposites or different "things" os states. Meanings are made up of countless overlapping cause-effect relationships. There is no meaning without relation same that there is no form without relation. It seems that meaning is something subjective that the mind assigns randomly, but it is not at all arbitrary but has a real basis on which the mind builds meaning in order to operate on a broader plane than pure instinct. -
Breakingthewall replied to PurpleTree's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Tell me any meaning that cannot be reduced to a cause-effect relationship -
Breakingthewall replied to James123's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
No it isn't. When I talk about openness, I mean leaving the time , cause effect perspective. Later you return to the usual linear perspective, and resistance exists, and it exists for a reason. Limited reality is real, and you pursue the good and avoid the bad. That's how it is, and that's it. -
Breakingthewall replied to PurpleTree's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
It's exhausting to talk to you because you seem to respond reactively without having read what is being said, but I'll repeat it once more. Within an unlimited framework, form is inevitable; form is relative movement. As form, you exist by virtue of infinite cause-and-effect relationships, or relative movements that limit you in all possible dimensions by cause-and-effect relationships that you could follow infinitely. But this entire compendium of infinite relative movements is unlimited. This implies that everything that appears is limited in its form and unlimited in its ultimate nature. What you are is the absence of limits, taking a concrete form that operates through the perception of forms and of itself. Therefore, you can, at a given moment, understand that all the relationships that limit you are simply relative relationships. You can stop focusing on them and see through them to what you are in essence, which is limitlessness. This is not an abstract phrase; it is perceiving your true nature, what you are regardless of the form you take. "limitlessness" is not a concept, it is the absolute potential, the cause of life, the bottomless where absolute power is -
Breakingthewall replied to PurpleTree's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
If you broaden your perspective to the total, causality or meaning ceases to be a universal structure: not because it doesn't exist, but because it cannot encompass the totality. The cause-effect relationship occurs within reality, but reality does not occur within it because reality is not caused. Causality is a form, a relational expression that unfolds infinitely, but it cannot contain total reality, since it has no form or limit. When you place yourself in the perspective of absolute openness, you step outside of all specific relationships, all cause-effect lines. From there, every relationship is simply a relationship, without origin, without necessity, without direction, just inevitable. And what this view reveals is that its nature is not causality itself, but rather limitlessness: the openness that allows any relationship, without being subject to any other. -

Great to see you again. Meaning is objetive. If I pour gasoline on myself and then light a match, it means I'm going to burn. This isn't a subjective meaning; it's an objective reality. The meaning is real. It's the relationship between cause and effect. Existence is composed of infinite cause-effect relationships synchronized in infinite dimensions. An electromagnetic wave is an effect created by a cause that in turn causes another effect. Its cause is the vibration of a field of reality due charged particle whose velocity changes over time. This particle, in turn, is caused, and if you could follow cause-and-effect relationships to the end, you would see that there is no end, no limits. The final cause of existence is the absence of limits, which is not something, but the absence of something. Meaning is infinite. This implies that from a total perspective, there is no meaning, because there is no limit; there cannot be one. But from a local perspective, everything has meaning in all its dimensions.
