because when I did first time it my ego weighed a ton and needed to hold onto something every second. The effect 5meo has on me is like blowing up a soap bubble, I vape and after 3 seconds it explodes, there is nothing, and I am not there either. there is nothing limitless. If you are not prepared for this, as soon as the ego is rebuilt minimally, it is faced with the void and the only word that comes to mind is horror, annihilation. He see his unreality, is a construction, and behind there is not a superior wise self, there is a unlimited void. At that time, if I meditated for 8 minutes, I would have an anxiety attack, but since then I have meditated every day, in meditation you realize the unlimited emptiness, that it is who you really are and you are looking for it. your ego learns its place, and gets used to it, as you can get used to parachuting for example. If you are thrown without being prepared, you don't even know what it is, horror. If you are looking for that feeling of liberation and you lose the fear and the need to be clinging to something, the glory -

I am a pro at being afraid of 5meo hehe. I have had some horrible trips and others of enormous beauty and unity, without limits. and the strangest thing about it was this: they were the same, exactly the same. the difference was how my ego interpreted them. the 5meo basically does one thing (in a high enough dose): it erases you, and what remains ... is nothing, but that nothing can be everything, infinity, blablabla, or the terror of emptiness, non-existence (for the ego) . For me the key is to be in a meditative state, in which somehow you tend to emptiness, you want it, you see the truth in it, and the mental filling an obstacle. 5meo will take you there. But if you do it in a state, mentality, vital attitude, in which what you value is the content, the experience, it is most likely that you will have a hard time. it is bad but not so bad, a bit of existential horror, extremely useful to put things in their place. My life has changed, since I have seen the need to equalize my mental state to the emptiness of the 5meo, and to do so I have discovered meditation. I'm remembering first time i did a breakthrough, 16 mg vaped, past September. Just after check tinder and upload some pics. A master. The horror of the void that i experienced was much less that i deserved -

You improve because you are passionate about doing something, not because you think you do it wrong and that makes you incomplete. you are passionate about singing and you see that it would be better if you accompany it with piano, then you learn piano, after you start to love piano and you go deeper, if you don't love you stop, it's an expression of love. not because you value yourself little as a person for not knowing piano, it's an expression of feel incomplete. The difference is subtle, the dark side it tends to push us when we are in a state of lack, when we perceive ourselves incomplete. It may work, but it is a sad motivation, you never get excellent . The bright side of doing things for love, pleasure, occurs when we feel complete but have passion, we expend energy for pleasure, not for duty. incomparably better and more efficient, you never stop learn, you can became a master -
say it without a doubt. if you shut up you create a pattern, karma. always better to sin by excess than by default. if you go over you can always apologize, if you fall short, there it remains

@Mokshatotally true. in the end it is a simple matter once you have seen it: meditation. You have to know what your priorities are, put aside the unnecessary and empty not only your mind but also your life if necessary. three hours every day, four. there is nothing better, the rest of the things are unnecessary, filler. the key to happiness: emptiness. it's not very mysterious in the end. At least it's what I'm realizing more and more every day -

Well, thanks to spirituality, what you have deepened, etc, you can see that. if not, your level of unhappiness right now would probably be much higher, so here's the answer the next step is to move from momentary realizations to becoming truly selfless, then future, money, etc ... even health, will matter little. here is the real work imo. other things is just playing -

Not horrible but annoying, stressful and unnecessary. it dirties the mind, takes away clarity, prevents a direct appreciation of the world. I think life can be much more beautiful without it. finish of emitting and be able to fully receive -

@Moksha i ignore him, it does not affect me (not long ago, months, it did), but there he continues without shutting up for a moment, saying increasingly incoherent things, just to keep talking even though nobody hears him. It is much better than the previous one, when it had power, but still it is annoying. It's my impossibility, for now, to stay without the voice, the vertigo of the void. I dream with the silence, it is my goal. Sure is bad idea to have goals, but turning off the radio is mine . Thanks for the conversation Moksha, always is a pleasure to talk with you -

moments of enlightenment, after a lot of meditation, or psychedelics, I would say that many of this forum. to something permanent I don't know, maybe yes -
Breakingthewall replied to Preety_India's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Moksha of course It is the only option , but that does not mean that it is not brave. for me it is extremely difficult to let go, my fearful mind clings and wants to control, it does not shut up. I have to meditate for several hours a day to reach something like stillness and glimpses of void. I know that the talk does not make any sense, I perceive it as empty, but I am too fearful to be without it it seems -

That is a concept. the truth is not that it is round, and flat falsehood, the truth is to go beyond the concept, which is the ego, it is a limited function that absorbs us and prevents us from seeing anything, it is the pointing finger, not the thing, and our mind is basically made up of that, that's why it's so hard to see and we stay on the finger -
Breakingthewall replied to taotemu's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
It's not that psychedelics show you the truth, it's that they soften, blur, dissolve the ego. the ego as the active part, as a software that seeks, projects, desires, needs to interpret. the ego takes us away from the truth, although ultimately the ego is the truth, but prevents us from seeing it. I start to meditate and there is a wall, formed by all that, a motor running. I take a 5 meo vape and the engine slows down. I give another and it disappears, and I see the unlimited without event that is behind the ego. It is no truer than the ego, but when I embody the ego, its nature made of desire, proyection, concept, prevents me from seeing it. that of the trees that prevent you from seeing the forest. You remove them and nothing prevents that remains is perceived, or manifested, or embodied. the problem is that it is very short, and seeing through the ego permanently very difficult, a great job. but at a point it will have to be done -

spirituality is the way out of madness and stupidity, from the jail of the mind, in this society and in any. This is not related to making money, but having a clearer vision, intuition, and detachment from the material, are enormous helps -

do you have references from that lsd? because in your previous reports with mushrooms it seems that you were quite sensitive to low doses. psilocybin and lsd act in a similar way, same receptors, etc. -
Breakingthewall replied to Preety_India's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Yeah, all this is a real crazy nonsensical with all the sense... being without mental handholds, liberation, is a challenge for our conceptual minds, a very brave act -

@Moksha do you see? you had religious beliefs, and somehow you managed to untangle things and open up to the truth. But try talking about this with someone totally materialistic. He is going to think that you are retarded. anyway I think non-duality is going to become a religion. It seems to me something positive, it is much closer to reality than the traditional ones, which in their own way also contained truth -

Breakingthewall replied to Preety_India's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
It's true, but I see the people and their unconsciousness amazes me, they don't see that they are creating monstrous egos that are going to plunge them into horror. I have recently witnessed the agony of almost a year from a very intelligent but completely materialistic relative. a real well of darkness -
Breakingthewall replied to Preety_India's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Moksha I don't know, there could be a religion of non-duality that says: guys, don't be anxious, things are like this, like this and like that. don't try to understand it, you can't. If you feel like it, you can spend a thousand hours meditating and / or doing psychedelics and maybe you will see it, but if that does not go with you, when you are in the hospital dying, be sure that none of this is truly real, it is a kind of dream of the that you are going to wake up, have faith ... It is true that believing in it without having experienced it is not of great value, but believing completely in materialism, like most people, does not offer you any alternative to the horror that the ego feels at the disappearance -
Breakingthewall replied to wildflower's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@wildflower Maybe I'm wrong, but I think the thing is: from the perspective we are talking about now, there are millions of different selves communicating. If you go up a step and change your perspective, you realize that you are all those I's. It's like an incomprehensible trick, because right now you are you, not me, we are separate. But if you go up, you are me, we are exactly the same with a kind of mask that we use to walk around the world. you take off the masks and there is only one left. One that is nothing. Another thing that reason can't grasp -
Breakingthewall replied to Preety_India's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
I think that believing in God is a positive thing. It is true that the direct realization of the nature of reality is what one should aspire to, but realistically, most people do not even know what we are talking about here, but all of them will have to face death, most in a long process, a death foretold. something horrible for the ego. In the past people were not so afraid of death, almost everyone believed in an eternal life, they did not know what, but it was taken for granted that life was only a transit. Now life is worshiped, it is all there is and it has to be perfect. it's a terrible trap, and people navigate that madness by feeding their ego and avoiding thinking about the obvious. tons of suffering. Would be better that they believe in a religion, a new one maybe -

Use Sun glasses, and no one will notice that you are meditating. Or if not, put on a robe, perfect lotus posture and meditate like this. maybe when you open your eyes you will see that you have a group of followers deifying you -

get free. liberation is essential to enjoy every second in this existence. without being totally liberated this existence is a pleasure and a wonder. more liberation, more wonder. Every vision, every touch, every conversation, are wonders, perfect gems -
