Of course, in the reality in evolution. we are slaves of that evolution. The collective mind is a living being in evolution. we are an evolving physical organism in symbiosis/slavery with a ghostly organism that is the collective mind. There seems to be no way out of this, but it is important to master this combo and be able to pause it as much as possible, so as not to go crazy. It's very difficult to stop the identification with the mind . If you start to think about evolution, etc, you are trapped. All of that I said about evolution is an history. It doesn't mean that's false, just that it's an history. If we want mystic state we have to stop the histories -

For me enlightenment is realize the infinite now. but there may be more depth to this. not because you increase your consciousness, this is infinite now, but because of the degree to which you can get the self out of the way. There are moments in which the self is very dense, others more tenuous, it is very difficult for it to be zero. So, saying I am enlightened does not make sense, since there are degrees. Being in a zero self state, like a mystic in total depth, is not something that will last days, it can last 10 seconds, and almost always with traces of self clouding, that's the spiritual work, to try to get this mystical states as clean and longer is possible -

Yes, of course, but that is precisely what you have to transcend if you want to open yourself to reality. All of that is a cloud, a phantom entity that is the mind. It is as if he painted reality in colors and in this way the sensation of something defined is created, which ultimately is the self. It seems impossible to dissolve the self because it is the self itself that tries to do so. What the self has to do is change perspective, stop looking at the colors outside, which are all the mental images, all the stories, all the content, and look into the empty depth of this moment now. It's an action. Now it is the only thing that exists and it is empty of content. There is nothing outside of this, everything is illusion. then the now opens, you are out of the mind. No interpretation can be done, because if you do, you are looking the colors again -

Exactly, that is the key to opening the now and realizing that it is infinite. the moment you realize that everything in your mind, absolutely everything, is a ghostly entity created by the constant flow of thought that encloses you in a bubble and moves you to do things. an incredible evolutionary mechanism. an entity that separates itself from matter and takes on a life of its own, and evolves in a totally plastic, innovative and rapid way: the mind, which is linked to millions of minds since every word that another mind says through language, is printed for always in your mind, which is a living being, just not material. When you see this you can make the flow stop, as you realize that it means nothing, zero. then the bubble disintegrates, and the limitless manifests. It's a mess to be a human, a real challenge. To master the mind is essential -

@vibv anyway, i see clearly that it is possible to see deeper, every day I try to clear my mind, discover the deceptions, have a clearer vision of what this, now, is. Identify the door that the mind is, see what exactly that the self is, what it is doing now, see it and thus it collapses. It's a fun exercise. The self sees itself, it is hidden behind something very complicated, an energy network. you can make it collapse, then reality opens up. It is extremely difficult to maintain that state for more than a few minutes, then the energy network forms again. I know that this is the path, clarity passes through identification and the collapse of the self, it is surrender to the now, openness. This requires completely forgetting absolutely everything. your mind must be at zero. you must let it fall into nothingness, and the now opens. but if you start to interpret it (which is inevitable after a short time) it closes again. a difficult art to master -

You can't be more accurate. For me now is the time to open my hand. I'm in difficult business, but still, it is time to truly say: I trust. I'm open to anything. -

How? For me the experiences are false, they mean nothing. Don't you see it like that? They are remember, ego, concept. The only realization that exists is what is right now. We must not underestimate the deception of the logical mind. How have you realized God? when? a psychedelic trip? All I see is reality developing, infinite, impersonal, wonderful, a mosaic of reality that is composed and moves. Inside me is the infinite, there is no one, it is the limitless void that is total plenitude. Nobody is wanting nothing, it's just movement that develops naturally to more complexity, a cicle . But who knows, maybe one day I realize that im god and I'm dreaming the reality, as they say. I see is as a misunderstanding now, but you never know -

The absolute is a natural phenomena, not something with desires. It's the reality. Better to forget those ideas about god, all of that are just stories. If we want to understand, we have to empty the mind, open ourselves to reality. -

What I try is total openness to the now, that brings understanding as a side effect, but the goal for me is to break the structures and be without limit, just for pleasure -
Breakingthewall replied to Someone here's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
There are no ways to understand the absolute from the relative because the one who tries to understand it is the relative self and cannot. There are ways to let the self fall into emptiness. basically there is a way, realize what it is, and let yourself fall, abandon any greed for knowledge, any mental grip. The moment you try to grasp the absolute you are placing yourself in a relative position, and you will not grasp anything, because the relative is limited. to understand the absolute is to be. completely inarticulate, unstructured understanding. are you able to become fluid, without a handle? Then you will see. -

Well, for me that's wrong for an important reason. Who is sitting in the white room? you? and who is that you? God? This is the essential confusion, the: I am God imagining reality. There is no specific character who does things and plays things for love, that god who does things is the ego, it is a confusion. Reality is infinite breadth where everything is, completely impersonal. This is what you are but it is not you, it means letting the self fall. Reality is not a game, it is an infinite cycle and if we want to glimpse what this is, we must abandon all those limiting ideas. We don't know what this is, we can intuit it. but first, in my opinion, completely forget anything that has been transmitted by word -

That statement is meaningless in infinity. It is a relative statement. It implies time and place, in infinity there is no such thing, saying: there is no place to go, implies limitation. the same as saying: you are alone, or I am god. there are no limits therefore there is no place to go is equivalent to there are many places to go, and the pronoun "i" is completely meaningless The only relative thing there is is your illusion of being something that understands things and that increases its level of consciousness, and that is more conscious than dogs and rats, but as I said, it is an illusion, it is nothing, and its level of Consciousness is an illusion too. Now the reality is in its total level of consciousness, -
Breakingthewall replied to vibv's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
They are not the same, there is a difference: the ego, that important thing that wants to understand things, when a rat corpse has an infinite level of consciousness, or a hydrogen molecule, everything has it, you just have to leave the linear language of the ego, which is limited, therefore it is zero. The ego is an illusion, and its level of consciousness is an illusion, that is, it does not exist. the level of consciousness of reality is total, there are no intermediate levels, only ego levels, and level 1 is the same as the billion level compared to the infinite level, they are nothing, they are illusory levels -

Who has degrees of consciousness? You? What you, god or the ego? What is the level of consciousness of a dog? very low? Sure, his ego has a low degree of consciousness, but the dog, as a being, is the entire existence creating an unimaginably complex pattern of experience out of nothing. The dog's level of consciousness is infinite, like everything else. It is your ego that has levels of consciousness, and all its levels are zero, since they are not infinite. There is only one way to increase your level of consciousness, by removing the ego, not by increasing its understanding. -

that's how it is. What leo does is the scientific approach. On the one hand there is him, on the other the absolute reality, God, and on the medium the research instruments, the psychedelics. With them he looks into infinity, perhaps very deeply, and returns to take notes. It's interesting. Another thing is to try to maintain a permanent openness to infinity, to become one with it, so with yourself and leave the ego. then you must put aside the need to understand, since this need creates duality between you and reality. If you want openness, you must understand that you already understand everything, whoever does not understand is the ego and the ego is nothing. Feeding the ego with new understanding can be fun, but it's pretty useless for him ,but on the other hand, Leo's approach is extremely useful for people to open themselves to spirituality, because it speaks to the ego from the ego about God. Nobody had done this, and it is revolutionary. -

I said that no one can teach you anything about the absolute, just about the traps of the relative mind . -
Breakingthewall replied to Someone here's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
I don't know what attacks you're talking about, maybe you are imagining. I spoke about openness to the reality that we are, that's non conceptual. -
Breakingthewall replied to Someone here's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
There comes a time, and quite soon, when no one can teach you anything for the simple reason that you do not function at a conceptual level, words are nothing, you only share for the pleasure of doing so. Of course I am self-taught, once you leave the conceptual level, only you are left. I don't say it in the sense that others don't exist, but that you are reality, you can only open yourself and see. what others say about the absolute reality is completely indifferent. Could be interesting what others say about the traps of the mind, but ultimately is you who have to realize those traps -

Im not looking for teachers, just to talk with people who think by themselves and who are serious in the intention of opening themselves to the reality -
Breakingthewall replied to vibv's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
I think that Leo is focused on increasing the depth of understanding of the ego. That is, look for mystical states to translate them into the language of the ego and thus have a deeper and more insightful ego. the mystical state is a means, not an end, and the psychedelic is the tool. Discarding meditation for me is the symptom that what you really want is an intelligent, deep ego, with a high level of understanding. If you see meditation as something fundamental, it is because what you want is to dissolve the ego. the end is not greater understanding but greater openness. You are not looking for specific depth but permanent breadth. In total breadth is total understanding: no limits. you can't translate it into the linear language of the mind, or so I think at the moment. we will see -

I don't think so, if it were here it would be easily recognizable. It is true that he was a bit repetitive but perhaps it would have evolved. I understand that it is frustrating that there are people who are not at all open to new ideas, but maybe they will change, and in any case, there is little to choose from, there are very few people who are serious about spirituality -
Breakingthewall replied to vibv's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
So what it means? That everything that is is love because if not it wouldn't be? Sounds logic, but is reality that? Not sure. A lot of logic construction in spirituality. I try to forget all of them. -
Breakingthewall replied to vibv's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Yeah you also could say that reality is joy, or freedom. It is the feeling you have when you free your mind. but is reality really free? Or is it just a feeling that you, the self, have when you free yourself from attachment and fear, and structures? -
Breakingthewall replied to vibv's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
If that's true, and you really can let go everything, you will agree about that saying that reality is love is wanting to enclose reality in a concept, and that is exactly what illusion is. You can say: when I say love it is not a concept, it is LOVE, which is not human love. That means absolutely nothing. Love is a word used to indicate a feeling towards aspects of life that we like, that fill us with a positive feeling. babies, nature, etc., in contrast to other things that don't, like sewers full of dead rats, cancer or the torture of children. So saying reality is love, for me it just means putting barriers on reality, compartmentalizing it, locking it in a mental structure. the true tao cannot be said, it seems like a good phrase to me -

There was a guy you banned in the thread about "only I'm awake", I don't remember the name, he was a guy who said he had had a very hard life, zero love, absolutely serious about spirituality, several Vipassana retreats, 6g doses of mushrooms, etc. . a guy who lived without working almost because he had been successful in business, with a daughter who was only a few months old, who said he was enlightened, and repeated perhaps too much that God is a story of the mind. Let's see, how many people in the world are that serious? Do you think it's the best idea to ban him? Do you want to have a forum of people who repeat things? I miss serious people here. you do not? although they say differently. We have to approach serious people, they can give us something. The others are not going to contribute anything.
