  1. Why not try to find a way out of suffering? This is what the game is about.
  2. I wouldn't use it on a daily basis because I'm not sure about its toxicity. I have the feeling that it does something to the motor neurons, there are abnormal sensations in my legs and hands, persistent muscle twitching, things like that. To use it sometimes is ok but if you get used to it and use it every day, my intuition tells me that it is not completely healthy.
  3. The problem is that the energetic patterns that create the structure that we are are real. They are not something that you are going to change just because you make a decision. You have to penetrate to the kitchen, dissolve all your structures again and again, until they no longer have any strength. Humans have default, hereditary programming. Tribalism, survival, all that. These forces are irresistible, if it were not so no one would do anything. Most of us in this forum are not happy with the development of this programming, we have realized its pitfalls and we want to reverse it, but this is enormously difficult, although not impossible. The only way is total openness to living existence. This is possible, it always has been, but obviously it is not something that is going to happen by looking in the mirror and saying that starting today, etc
  4. According to that line of thought, you could say that you have already experienced infinite torture. It wasn't that bad in the end, right? if you don't even remember, just a Monday. There would also be wonderful moments, flying like an eagle and all that. It is the price of existence, yin and yang. Think that a Sioux warrior and all those prehistoric guys considered an honor and a privilege to be tortured, to be able to show their courage to the great spirit and their ancestors. Wrote down
  5. That doesn't work, at least psychology or self-help hasn't worked for me at all. My father was an extremely twisted self-destructive guy and son of a bitch, who embedded brushstrokes of rejection and hatred into me quite deeply. I was fully aware of it and fully aware of how my mind went into toxic loops, but it was not possible to get out of them. I guarantee you that I am someone quite determined and practical, my goal is not to torture myself, that is stupid, and yet it was impossible not to do it. Only one thing has worked, breaking my psyche completely, placing myself beyond it, beyond fear, beyond dialogue and all that. look reality in the face, without filters. If you know how to use your misery as fuel, it can be quite useful, in fact more useful than anything else, it allows you to leave the human orbit, and this is not easy.
  6. Have you seen the documentary Apocalypse, World War I? You see those guys, and they look happy, they were like children, their minds were very different than ours, the collective ego has changed enormously and now the mind finds itself with nothing to hold on to, that's why we tend to do something that very few humans have done: live in the mental void, in the openness to existence. We do not do this by vocation but because it is the only possibility
  7. You can want anything but without making your self-esteem and your value as a living entity depend on it, but rather seeing it as something secondary. In fact, if there is true love in you, the chances of others liking you increase.
  8. For me the highest thing is when you realize what reality is. You can't describe or remember it, you open yourself to it, then you realize that anything doesn't matter, everything is the same, infinity. The why and how are irrelevant, it is the substance of what you are, only that matters, the rest are appearances.
  9. It's not about ideas, it's about freeing your mind and expanding it to the point that it perceives itself as the living reality.
  10. Ego drama? Is the reality of a lot of humans I'd say . when life has placed you in a position of little love, people around you crazy, empty, strange. You can read all the spirituality and self-help books that are not going to be of any use to you, the action you must take to get out of your misery is inward, and few find the way
  11. Just realize that you are the existence. Nothing can be more beautiful, in fact it's pure beauty. Then you would become a princess. But first you have to face all of your shit, be fine with your karma, and cut all ties with the idea: the others
  12. If you consider humanity as a total organism in evolution, tragedies like Autchwitz are just a push in one direction, there are pushes in different directions, everything pushes, moves, advances. All existence is in rotation, it is alive, and part of its movement is due to suffering. It seems that the human organism evolves at a special speed, and its share of suffering is proportional to that speed. Every human life has touches of suffering everywhere, any life has it, cold, pain, but it is something secondary, the main thing is the vital impulse. On the other hand, human life transcends the physical and becomes mental. The human organism that evolves is the mind. This mind is full of suffering, it is an embryo that evolves from the simple clan mind to something enormous full of nuances capable of moving an individual to study nuclear physics and spend his life obsessed with the search for an elementary particle, or inventing stories, organize a war or maybe some ingredients make him being a bitter suicidal. We are constantly bordering on the terrain of madness, since the sane thing would be to live like the bonobos, or like a bird, without making all this mess, without mind, but the mind appears . Our strange, new, blind path into the immensity of the emptiness of reality is an interesting adventure, and the burden of suffering it creates, which it extracts from the emptiness that is everything, to do what it does, is enormous. But it doesn't matter to life, it is a vital impulse, it goes as far as it can, and it will never stop. Maybe it has a final destination and a purpose, a divine plan? I would say that the divine plan is to move forward, and that's it. Anyway, be a human is an enigma. Nobody understand it. All the birds understand what is to be a bird, same than you, when you was a kid, understood everything. Your life was full of meaning and harmony, that's why the kids normally are happy, same as the birds. Everything is in its place. But when you become an adult, everything is out of its place. You are out of any place, because there are no place for you. Nothing is real, the world is made of ideas, is false, so the only way is to find the place in yourself, seems that it's human evolution.
  13. Suffering is basically wanting things to be different than they are. If you are sleeping on the street in the freezing rain, dressed in rags and after 5 days without eating, but you want that situation, you will have an interesting time, a sporting challenge. If, on the other hand, it seems to you that things should be completely different, you will suffer. This suffering can make you look for a warm place, better clothes, etc. The only way not to suffer, or suffer consciously, is to realize that everything serves a purpose, and that purpose in the end is yours. It can be difficult sometimes. If, for example, after giving your best to your children, they bury you in an anthill for fun to watch the ants devour your face for days, it will not be easy to be happy with the situation, but that's life.
  14. Existence is inevitable because there are no limits. If there were non-existence it would be because something would limit the fact that everything is, and nothing can limit, since that which limits would be something, and therefore it would exist, it would be unlimited, and it would be existence. Existence cannot escape from existing, and cannot stop, it is in perpetual motion, due to its limitlessness. There are two complementary realizations. The first is horrible and is when you realize that you exist in eternity, with no possibility of escape. This is perceived as an eternal prison and it cannot be worse. The second is when you realize that you have no limits. This is perceived as total freedom and it cannot be better.
  15. Sure, reality is intelligence, creative power, movement, but it is not deliberate, it is inevitable. This nuance is important, since when we think of God we think of a creative entity that does things by his will. It is different from an infinite living ocean that, given its infinity, moves on itself, giving rise to manifestations of its essence. This would be more a natural phenomenon that God, being also consciousness and intelligence, is not someone but something, and is not omnipotent but paradoxically limited by his unlimited nature
  16. You can call it god if you want, but reality does not have free will since it cannot escape the fact of existing, nor the fact of being everything, the need for balanced yin and yang, therefore the god that remains is quite limited. Endless movement in the primal sea, as your text said, seems mucho more accurate
  17. No , I mean to be without the self. Reality is now, this is like this all the time, and almost all the time there is a filter that evaluates everything and creates structures, that filter is what it seems that I am, since it is perceived as the center of the experience. everything is filtered and valued by it. seeks to get away from suffering. If that filter disappears for a while, reality stops appearing as linear and appears as depth, and then you perceive what it is. But that self is well established and has very solid evolutionary mechanisms, it is in the genes, in the primordial structure of the current configuration of reality, so it always returns.
  18. As they said above, I think it is necessary to forget everything, including the word awakening or illusion. The only thing you have to do is focus on the opening of this exact moment, on penetrating in yourself, opening yourself and opening reality, since you are one, and for that the mind have to be empty
  19. In my experience of deep states, reality understands itself completely, is infinite and is free. It dances on itself, it is eternal movement and it is total joy of being, it is spotless beauty, profound perfection. It is the mask of the ego, necessary to drive movement in a certain sense, that experiences suffering, but that suffering is nothing to reality, it is depth and beauty, it is what could be called (at the risk of sounding like a parrot) love.
  20. It is completely different to suffer knowing what existence is and open yourself to it, than to suffer thinking that you should not suffer and resist it.
  21. Seems a deep understanding of what reality is. I think that is the nature of infinity. not a god who makes things but the limitless ocean in eternal motion
  22. that phrase implies someone who needs to be distracted and does things. That is the perspective of the self, I would say that unlimited reality is more of a natural phenomenon in eternal movement, because the fact of infinity entails endless cyclical movement.
  23. At least I realize what reality is in some specific moments, moments of openness, but in the normal state I am aware of the suffering that human life includes. In fact, suffering is an essential part of being human, and its level can be very high. There is a very common human suffering in human reality that none of us here have experienced, which is real violence. That them enslave your daughters and torture you and then crucify you, those human things that none of us want. As you have said, they are emergences that occur in dual reality, but it is difficult to understand the level and degree of what this moment can be, and the purpose of those emergences. Well, the purpose seems to be evolution, reincarnation, etc, but who knows if it's the case. I would say that yes, every experience of real suffering makes the human deeper. Seems that everything tends to that, deeper conciousness , but who knows
