Compulsive thinking occurs due to the dissonance between the inside and the outside. Human life happens in such a way that there comes a time when our inner being is out of harmony with the world to which we have to adapt. we have to repress impulses and create a functional character. This creates a mental mess in which many opposing forces converge and interfere with each other. Spirituality tells you: sit down and quiet your mind. This is impossible, it doesn't work, it is repressive violence. The mind becomes still when you equalize what is and what should be, when you become a master of the inner and the outer. It's not easy, but life never is. it's possible. The mind can become a calm lake, of unfathomable depth, but there are no shortcuts to this, it is a fascinating process in which your intuition guides you internally and externally, which accelerates once the first stages are covered. Once your mind is harmonized, meditation is effortless, and psychedelics cause opening. This is where understanding and real vision begin, the opening to reality. Before this stage, meditation and psychedelics are tools to harmonize, to show dissonances -

Reality is a perfect design, and within its perfection is the fact that it seems imperfect to us. This is the ego, the vital evolutionary impulse, which makes reality take on increasingly complex and conscious patterns. Spirituality is getting out of the ego and seeing the big picture, which is incredibly harmonious and perfect. -

you are floating in infinity, which is equivalent to saying, no idea. You cannot know anything, only know that existence exists and that is this. be it in all its depth, that is to know. -

Nice video. I only manage to have realizations of an instant, a few seconds. After the mind starts trying to understand it, it is very difficult to educate the mind to stay out of it. but as the op says, reality is perfect, alive, strange, harmonious, wonderful. the work we do with meditation and psychedelics is the ever bigger openness -

but what you say cannot be done at will, no one can stop thinking and open themselves to the abyss of the unfathomable reality that flows alive, since thoughts are that reality too. What we have to do is equalize the interior with the exterior to the millimeter, like a precision mechanism, and then the opening occurs. -

Thats a very good description that shows that you are open to the abyss -

If you have not reached a level of meditation where you can get out of the mind and do psychedelics, your realizations will be largely mental, there will always be mixed mind, and that is deception. -

The same thing happens to me, if I meditate and the meditation is clean, I wake up at night and sleep little, but afterwards I don't have the feeling of having slept badly -

Meditation is essential. You have to practice daily, for hours, to be stable in the mental void, then do psychedelics for greater openness. -
You have made a very good and profound explanation of how the psyche hides these knots, and how it is impossible to find the root with the mind. What works best for me are mushroom trips. The thing is usually that in the middle of the trip, without any warning, a vision occurs. usually one per trip. This vision is very brief, it is an instant, but it is seeing something that has never been seen, something that was hidden, and is exposed. It is not something that I can define, something like: my father insulted me, etc., no, it is the knot of your psyche, you see it, it is exposed. then it is released. You have to be willing to feel anything, rejection, death, sadness, and look it in the face, and in a moment you are a little freer.

Forget means realizing that nothing learned conceptually has any use in our desire for openness to the formless limitlessness. in fact every structure is an obstacle. We have to learn to completely leave our mind, to leave it at zero. The only way is to see what to access our being, the unstructured reality that lives and is everything, the conceptual does not mean anything at all, since the conceptual structures the mind, and structures are limits by definition. A structured mind is closed, it cannot be opened. A closed mind can only capture what it itself is creating, it is locked in itself, going around in a circle, processing non-stop. If the mind realizes that structures are just structures and ultimately one is the same as another, the structures fall, then the mind flows with living reality. The more we do this, the more we will be able to equalize our structures when they arise with the reality alive -

The ego is a living entity connected to the collective ego by the word, which, having freed itself from the bondage of matter, evolves at a crazy speed, never seen even a millionth since life on earth existed. We are the servants of the ego, we are here to contribute our processing power to the collective ego of monstrous proportions. We are parts, batteries like those of the matrix in their tubes, ants in a hive, our individual life is irrelevant, we are parts, servants of the new collective immaterial being of enormous power, the cloud of the sum of all human minds, which results in one direction or another driven by primordial currents, which gives shape to the unlimited intelligence that reality has. What is the limit of this being? maybe it doesn't have it. We, as individuals, have the need to disconnect from the hive at certain moments and realize the general panorama, the substance without content, the living reality that is, open ourselves to it and leave the arid desert of the ego, absorbing, vampiric, necessary, and bathe ourselves in the divine light of the primordial and immutable being. then return to work, to the duty of the soldier, and do it with joy and fun, without fear, like a game. -
Yes, you can vape a low dose. 5 meo has an effect of energetic opening and lowering of the ego that increases sex. If you take a dose of mystical opening, no, but below that threshold it is very sexual.

5 meo works well for a specific type of socialization, that of fucking. in fact, it works extremely well.

The fact of being infinite means that movement is always the case, and movement is a cycle. cycles within cycles, and I suppose everything will culminate in a total cycle, where infinity is unified and then everything desintegrate and the cycle begins again, for eternity. -

you can mentally embrace death and even desire it and still be unhappy, bitter, full of rumination. The only happiness I see is changing frequency and leaving the mental narrative. The mental narrative is always gray, if not closer to black. happiness is the free flow of existence now. embrace death as you said yes, but in the sense of dying now, of ceasing to be a narrative and being life now. It is very difficult because as humans we are very attached to the sense of justice, that no one disrespects us, to comparing ourselves with others, to comparing our life with a life that would be better, all of that is in the human psyche and a burden. eliminating that is simplicity, humility. -

@Sugarcoat I would say that I have gone through something similar but forcing it with psychedelics. I did it because my mental vibration was suffering and I wanted to eliminate that, so I broke my psyche over and over again with 5meo. The first times the experience has been empty. I am nothing, there is no body, no memories, nothing. a void that extends without limit. It was a horrible experience that created in me a feeling of existential horror, of death. I kept putting myself there, since I knew that I had to break that barrier. The emptiness does not have to be horrible, it is emptiness, it is the ego that judges it horrible, you have to be able to endure the emptiness without horror. I more or less succeeded, then I was able to go beyond the void. It is the unthinkable, reality breaks, and everything is in it. total existence. You can't think about it or remember it, because thinking is limited. It is impossible, it is something like you are breadth, and that breadth lives. It is everything, but it is not defined, it is not thinkable. This is total joy, the return of the long road. The problem is that when you lose that, you have lost it, but if you are able to open yourself to that for one minute every day, your life will be full of light, power, joy. -

I was walking down the street thinking about the hard shit in life, and I put it aside, I focus on myself, the depth, the flow, and the happiness is total. It doesn't matter everything, this, now, is happiness, joy. It's taking a step deeper, diving half a meter below the shit on the surface. -
Breakingthewall replied to Galyna's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
The only real love is the love to exist, to the flow of existence. It is here now and it permeates everything. There is no loneliness in the depth, but the self always pushes you to the surface, where there is loneliness. -

I think that the first step is to empty our mind. Rationality is a trap. I fall in if very often. The question is, what do I get by doing mind maps? Is this the reality? It is impossible to know, just by intuition, what good is it for me? I see only two things clearly: in this life I must follow a straight and clean path, and seek the maximum inner openness to the now, to the depth -
Breakingthewall replied to Sugarcoat's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
I have that perception too, I feel that the reality is inside me, my work is going in. I have to open the thing totally. -
Breakingthewall replied to Sugarcoat's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Maybe you are a natural mystic like Ramana Maharshi. I suppose that little by little you will lose the fear of dissolution and you will see for yourself. -
Breakingthewall replied to Keryo Koffa's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Keryo Koffa My vision of life is similar. I see a path, an evolution, a stage. Everything points in one direction, I just have to stop resisting. reality tends towards something, I am the reality tending towards something. God is not someone who does things, it is reality in movement, and that movement always points in one direction. God is a primordial force, he is the pure creative power that arises, the source of existence. something, not someone, and that source always flows in one direction, it is inevitable. -
Breakingthewall replied to Sugarcoat's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
If I were the op, i would go as deep as possible in that state of emptiness. The void is the last frontier, behind it is the source of living existence, the great mystery -

What means that clown? That you are superior? I just seen a poor guy fighting for his weak self esteem. Don't pretend to be a man, you can't fool anyone, your game is too obvious, little baby
