Understanding is not the point, at least not for me, the point is opening. You could say that openness entails a type of understanding, but for me that understanding is not structured nor can it be, therefore the moment you try to structure it you lose it or corrupt it. you can only see it at the moment of opening and not keep it afterward. -

I can feel the existence now. -

I guess I wanted to say that if you want to dissolve into the infinite you have to let go of the need to understand, since it is something that binds you, limits you. Imagine that you are looking into infinity. You cannot try to understand it, since you are really within the infinite, and understanding is within you. Understanding must be given to the infinite, the same as everything else. You have to do an act, which is to open yourself to the infinite and surrender yourself, letting your self fall into emptiness. It is an exciting act, a step forward into nothingness. If you manage to do it, it happens, you have broken the barrier, you are, let's say, inside. But this is very fragile, very difficult to maintain purity, the mind needs to create structure and as soon as it starts to develop one, you are out. This is like a sport, you have to master it, understand what blocks it, eliminate it from yourself, encourage openness as much as possible. Only this is real, the rest is living in a silly fantasy. But the truth is that I cannot remain in that limitless state for more than a short time, it is a difficult balance, and in that state there is a kind of understanding at another frequency, and I don't know how far it can go. -
For me it is extremely useful, I take two or 3 puffs and meditate, it helps a lot to empty my mind, to focus completely on the moment, deep present, it is like an enhancer. If I smoked more it is also interesting, but in another sense, observation of life from another angle, insights, but I prefer low doses and an empty mind, openness.

When the farmer takes the pig to sacrifice, the pig knows exactly what is happening and what is going to happen, it knows its limits without a doubt, it knows that its life is going to end, and it screams in terror. He knows this innately, it is the intelligence of life, which is total intelligence. Fear and desire are the tool of life to preserve forms and perpetuate them, it is not something conceptual, learned or false, it is true and the conceptual structure is developed with this truth as a base. Enlightenment is transcending form, not transcending the conceptual mind. The conceptual mind is just a manifestation of the form -

I would say that the only answer to any question is: why not? The only meaning of existence is to exist. Existence is perfection, therefore everything is synchrony and harmony, it is literally impossible for existence not to be perfect, therefore, all that talk about God wanting things does not make any sense. existence exists. that's all. Now, can you really open yourself to what existence is? This is mindless. -

It is increasingly easier for me to get out of the mental structure and open myself to reality without time, the feeling is total energy. I would not call it love but life, or existence, it is the substance of reality, what we are. It is both simple and infinitely complex. simple because you are that flowing, only that is. complex because it contains everything, it has no limit. If you open yourself to this perception in which there is no subject and object, everything that arises is perceived as perfect, since the fact of existing and taking form, whatever it may be, is perfection. Nothing can be imperfect, not even a drug addict using methamphetamine and raping his son. The problem is that to open yourself to this perception you must momentarily abandon your humanity completely. Everything human in you closes, since it is preference and preference is a limit. Without drugs it is extremely difficult (or impossible) for a normal person, you have to have a very special energetic configuration, but some of us are cunning deceiving the system out of desire for freedom. The sensation is absolute freedom. You are standing looking into the face of infinity, and at a given moment, you are the infinity. All the energy is at your disposal, as if you had a nuclear power plant inside, you burn. There is not a single molecule of imperfection, fear, dissatisfaction, doubt, question, attempt at something. There is only the living infinite. More is not necessary, it is not even an option. that's all. I achieve this nowadays with a little weed and some meditation, but to get to this I have had to do 5meo and LSD many times, always with the same intention: openness. breaking the limits. freedom. -

Yes ok but all living beings perceive limits between them and what is not them, just because that limits exist -

Some dedicated his life to the business Anyway, what is your point? That this experience is nothing? And? What it changes? -

I don't know what they think, I read some Krishnamurti long ago and I thought he just wanted to sound smart. Saying that nothing ever happened is just an idea of the mind, it doesn't mean nothing, and its a lie, the memory exist, It is an energy footprint. The reality is now and the memory is now. The thing is not knowing that everything is an illusion, or god or anything, is to open the now and see, transcend the conceptual dimension, enter in the magic, the flow of reality, and merge with it. Everything else belongs to the conceptual dimension. But the memory, the samsara as papaji said, is real, It is an energetic pattern that cements the structure of your psyche. You will not escape from it with easy formulas like thinking that it does not exist. You must face it and dissolve it. You must understand your structure, and honestly I think Papaji doesn't understand anything, only easy solutions that have been of no use to anyone. -
Breakingthewall replied to James123's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
In my humble opinion, papaji is telling a story that makes no sense about what something he calls samsara is and how something he calls god creates, and that it is not real but a dream and blah blah. who cares? What is the difference between real or unreal? It's exactly the same. Memory is an energetic structure that exists, you can call it illusion, reality, or whatever you prefer. What we're talking about is transcending all of that, breaking through all of that and allowing the reality to manifest, the pure substance of existence, and this have no relation with samsara, illusion, etc, they are just concepts . And I have to believe that Papaji did it? I haven't seen anything in that video that makes me think that's the case, just a brunch of concepts without any meaning -

the self is not enlightened, but set aside so that in its place there is an opening through which the substance of reality flows. Then the self closes again, and remembers, but that memory is just a memory. useful because it calms the self and facilitates new openings, but it is not an enlightened self, that does not exist -

It is easy to know infinity, you just have to realize the absence of limits, then you know what infinity is: infinity, or everything, or nothing in the sense that its unknowable, you cant grasp it -

I think it's quite obvious. A fly knows that it can dead, it escapes if you get close, every living being knows this, even a bacteria, it has no relationship with the conceptual mind. The conceptual mind is constructed over this base. They also know that they have to eat, or have descendants, they don't need to think about it and neither do you, it is inscribed in who you are. -
Breakingthewall replied to TheEnigma's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Not denying, just saying that they are irrelevant. awakening in the sense of realizing something is interesting, but it doesn't really matter. What is important to not have a miserable life trapped in a mental prison is total openness to your true nature. This is not realizing something, it is (sorry for the poetic license) letting the flame of existence consume you and becoming the flame. then what you are comes to the surface as it is not blocked by the entire mental structure, and there is nothing more to know. nothing else is necessary, everything is that, that's it, it's reality. knowing something is at the level of structure, it is not something negative, it is simply something interesting, but not fundamental -

Let's say that the range of consciousness is infinite, and being human it is limited, being an ant too, and being an interdimensional alien whose mind encompasses a universe, it will also be limited. only the formless is limitless. So much compared to little is a difference, but when compared to infinity, both are nothing. So, whether an ant or a bacteria or a human or a crocodile, can be in a state of total openness to their true nature, regardless of the breadth that their consciousness encompasses, it encompasses the entirety of another dimension, the depth of what is. This is what matters since it is total, however the amplitude is always partial, that is, nothing compared to infinity -

You haven't understood what I mean. Let's see, any living being perceives itself as limited, since it has been born and is going to die. This is not a mental story, a worm perceives itself as limited without the need to think, a fly, a bacteria even. They are an entity surrounded by external factors. They must seek out and use things outside themselves to feed themselves or they will die. They must flee or defend themselves from external agents or they will die. Their mission is to live and reproduce, this is life. humans are life. complex, but with the same bases. Since you are a child you have been afraid. If you leave a 2-year-old child alone in the forest, he will be afraid, and if he finds a hungry dog, he will shit his pants, without needing to elaborate conceptual thoughts. It is the essence of life. With this foundation the mind develops and quickly identifies acceptance with security, since we are tribal beings. beyond tribal, hive beings. the whole cloud of thought that is executed like software constantly is survival. attachment and fear. It is a real energetic structure that interacts with other structures and evolves. This structure closes you, limits your perception, your consciousness. What you call enlightenment is the opening of this structure to allow the greatest range of perception, of consciousness, possible. Total openness is what would be called complete enlightenment, it is at another completely different frequency than normal perception, since it transcends space-time and cause/effect, therefore it is unthinkable, unlimited, open, and impossible to maintain in the time if you want to be a functional individual. You will have to re-establish limits to be able to live, this is how reality is configured. The game is to dominate the mind to open yourself as much as possible to what you are, since this is freedom and life. -

Thanks for sharing. I suppose that this is becoming more and more common due to many factors, including less social pressure, generalized dissatisfaction and the current existential void. -

You think that because it's true, Any living being knows that it can feel pain and be destroyed by external agents, this is not a thought of the ego, it is real, it is written in DNA. If you are in a room with a tiger, you will see without a doubt, there is a clear limitation between you and the tiger, and the threat it poses is completely real. If they hit you on the foot with a hammer, the same thing. where is the doubt? I don't understand what we're arguing about, it's something obvious. This limitation creates the self, and the self closes perception, making it limited. Awakening is opening perception, making it unlimited, and to do this you have to dilute completely real, atavistic, genetic limits. It takes serious, focused, very intelligent work, since what you do goes against the normal flow of life, which pushes towards more limitation not less, you must reverse a process, gradually, until you reach the end, and this is what we call enlightenment, something very difficult -
Breakingthewall replied to James123's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
That Logic is completely useless for what you are trying. Try this one: if something is limitless, everything is limitless. In absence of limits, nothing could be grasped or known -

You are lost. Focus in now, forget that about before anything. Open your eyes now, that's reality. You are trapped in the mind even doing 10g of mushroom, you can't let it go -

Are you crazy? Why listen to the mental stories of those people? I can't listen to that for even 30 seconds. I open my eyes and I see the living abyss right now, I see how reality emerges like a perfect jewel, like the river that lives, with inexhaustible force, you just have to let go of control, and the door opens, the substance flows, it's real. It's not like peace and equanimity. It's an atomic bomb that burns -
Breakingthewall replied to James123's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
The only god there is is reality flowing, and it is total perfection. Existence is perfection by definition.
