  1. He didn't need money because he feeds by attention not by money, he was a star, huge ego. When he was 10 days in jail he cried a lot
  2. Beautiful video. It expresses well what is reality: absolute creative power unleashed. The cause? It has no opposite, nothing stops it. It is total positive thrust, since negative thrust does not exist, it is not a possibility. Reality is an infinite explosion within an infinite explosion raised to the infinite power, and all of it, seen from an absolute perspective, is total immutable existence.
  3. That's true. It's low conciousness but it's normal, happens to almost everyone. In some moment of your life you can't avoid to show off like a turkey, it's pathetic, but almost impossible to avoid, I think all humans have done , but the best is that that stage of your life finish when you are still a teenager 😅
  4. The message could be translated like: hey, I'm rotten inside, but look what a beautiful cover
  5. Maybe he was attached to attract more students. To do what? Brainwash them, put them in a uniform and turn them into beings without their own will. Sounds bad to me.
  6. Supposedly if you are enlightened , or even just bit opened to the real nature of reality, you are not hierarchical anymore.
  7. Him and millions of people around the world. The subject of spirituality and enlightenment is very slippery, it is very difficult to even understand what enlightenment means, and there are always opportunists lurking around to make money. Opportunists who themselves may think they are enlightened without even understanding what that means, since enlightenment has the particularity of being impossible to understand. (and I am not saying here that I am), and making the wannabes thinking that they are enlightened from the first moment. Then it's a topic that is not defined nowadays, there is not a consensus about what enlightenment is. Anyway Osho was a genius, very smart, but I think he operated in the level of the mind, just an opinion
  8. Enlightenment is not only to be open to the unlimited, that's just an step, an important one, but enlightenment goes further and I think that sadhguru talks in that sense. Enlightenment means the alignment of your being, when the resistance ceases and you perceive yourself as the perfect flow. Everything fits perfectly and your energy flows without obstacle. It's a difficult process that as sadhguru said could take thousand of lifes
  9. I'd say that the nature of infinity is such that never two things could be equal, because anything that exists, even a subatomic particle, is synchroniced to infinity, is infinite, then the minimum deviation means a infinite difference, equality is absolutely impossible
  10. That is an interesting point. In spirituality it is said a lot: we are consciousness. then: consciousness is creating this experience. How is something going to be created by awareness? That something already existed, and consciousness really is nothing, it is the fact that a certain aspect of reality manifests. Without consciousness there is also reality, the unmanifested reality remains real. Reality is absolute, but consciousness is relative. consciousness is not reality, it is an aspect of reality
  11. Maybe because shows that you are giving value to the symbols of power and success of the society, then that Rolex is a symbolically a chain that enslaves you , then if you are a guru that preach freedom seems incoherent
  12. The point of infinity is that the point A is the same than the point B, then everything is the same, there is not real movement, because there is not place to arrive, not starting point, the only movement is relative to another movement, but those two movement are not really moving. If you place yourself in an infinite perspective, the reality is immutable, nothing is happening. "Happening" is just an idea in infinity, an illusion. But same time, if you put yourself in a relative perspective, there are infinite movement, all of them perfectly synchronized to Infinity power
  13. Agree with sadhguru, the thing is opening a new dimension in you that makes that the old dimensions are in this new dimension that is unlimited. (Well, I think that he means something like that). Then, you could go deeper in that dimension until it's the normal dimensión for you, and your perception changes little by little . The points that I don't like in sadhguru is that attitude of superiority like, a guru has to play with you, because you would be so scared blablabla, but anyone has his own way to express
  14. @Ishanga is there any video where he explains enlightenment? I didn't say he's fake, I just doubt.
  15. Who is enlightened according sadhguru? How many people in the world? Because I don't know anyone. One thing is have some degrees of openess that could be almost total is some moments, but he talks about something that happens and never changes.
  16. I think that There are two levels of ego. The first is the comparative, conceptual, social ego, which tells us who we are in contrast to others, whether we are handsome, lazy, etc. The next level is the ego that separates the physical being from the external. This level is genetic, supported by the fear of disappearing as a physical being. transcending the first is difficult, transcending the second even more so. The temporary egoless state is the total absence of differentiation in which reality perceives itself as total.
  17. Simplifying is a typical error of naive spirituality Eckart Tolle: you are creating your suffering. stop creating it! voila! magic! No more suffering!!!....clowns. The human psyche has emotional springs created by millions of years of evolution that are not overcome that easily. the compulsions of acceptance, reproduction, competition, body preservation, the need for connection/tribe/clan, are real mechanisms, energetic patterns that keep you prisoner. You think you have overcome them with a mental trick because you have been happy for two days after reaching a conclusion, but they are lying in wait to catch you with double force. The opening of the psyche to the absolute is not a game, a truism, an idea or something that all humans should do but don't do because they are stupid. It is a very complex energy readjustment process. simplifying is not understanding, the psyche is not simple
  18. No, it's about real understanding or fake one
  19. Well, seems that he didn't realize that because he was living in his own world, but that own world seemed a world of narcissism and idiocy, not a mystical enlightened one. He was a brilliant philosopher, but ultimately a clown
  20. He seemed a complete idiot, drug addict and bit depressive
  21. I would say that love is a natural consequence of having dissolved the barriers of the ego, but not the end in itself. the true goal is openness, an unobstructed, unlimited mind. This open mind is reality and perceives itself as such, its substance is the substance of reality, creative force, intelligence, abundance. You can call this love, but love seems to imply attachment.
  22. Agree, real freedom is get rid of desire, stop focusing in what do you want of life and perceive what life wants of you. Then you can start flow and be open to what life is without resistance, and seems that synchronicities start to happen.
  23. Reality is permanent, what is impermanent is the form. If you are one with the substance, you are permanent
  24. Well said, so simple and so difficult. the movement that occurs is relative. Relative means not real absolutely, but real in relation to a reference. From a broader vision, so broad that it has no limits, there are no references, and therefore there is no movement. Without movement absolute reality manifests itself. The movement is the door that closes, since it only allows us to see the movement, or form, since both are equivalent, relative. In a moment you acquire the ability to change perspective at will, since you can open your mind by erasing its limits. In a mind without limits there are no references, therefore the absolute manifests itself
  25. more accurate imo is saying that you aren't going to experience nothing except your experience, because you are this experience. If you mean you as absolute, the absolute doesn't experience, is total. The totality doesn't have relative experiences, only the relative has relative experiences, and the relative is real only relatively.
