It's a very difficult problem. Look Germany or Japan, they have lost their pride as a nation because their horrible behavior. If Israel loose it's pride, being surrounded of enemies, better go away. Israel is going in the wrong direction. Right now Hamas is laughing. Every kid that dies is a nail in the coffin of Israel. Why do you think that Hamas did what they did? To provoke this. They are getting what they want. Do you think that they are retarded? Wrong . This is total war, martirdom to get their purposes. They are impossible to submit, or this is what they are showing. -

Shit, if I'm a soldier and I see this , in the moment that I could I would leave Israel for ever and totally renounce to my country -

Why you say that? I don't think that anyone follow a spiritual master for enjoying, they do because they think that will be useful for their purposes of freedom, etc. In my case I only try to understand them to see how they really are, just for curiosity. They are a force in the world, have influence, it's interesting understand them -

For me anyone who use violence against others deserve to be killed. It's not an unloving act, he's going to die anyway, and sure that if he dies soon it's better for him and for the people around. With violence I don't mean set limits and make them being respected, I mean use violence to submit you and take advantage of it. He could be my brother and be loved, then let him be free of the bondages of this human life that is so painful for him -

@James123 you also can understand the relationship with the people in a very deep way. You can perceive bondages that happens that goes beyond this life, real karmic structures that vibrate in eternity, an more. there are very deep levels of perception that we can't intuit. What do you want, be very happy in a mantra like: reality is an illusion, or be able to penetrate in the movement of the cosmos, that's yourself? Or maybe for you it's more comfortable saying: there is no cosmos, it's ego. Good, you put a label, then it dissapear. I don't think so -

There are no questions, you have to observe yourself carefully, how your mind works, very deep, meditating. Perceive that when you are in silence there are energies that chain you. You can't name them of think in them but you can perceive them, then you can understand how those energies are been created and why, and what they do in you. Also you can understand how you are blocking some areas of perception in many levels, that's deep meditation, go deep to the bottom. Not trying to be in silence or focus in breath and that, just perceive yourself, understand the mind and see inside without barriers and open yourself -

But come from dissolving your blockages, and doing that need understanding of that blockages, at least for me. The blockages are not just thoughts, and understanding is not with thoughts, is direct understanding, same that you understand how to go up stairs -

I think that jiddu Krishnamurti is a professional scammer and a real narcissist created by his British mentor. It's very difficult to see through the lies in this topic. Maharshi seems genuine, but what are his teachings? Being a natural mystic that is open to what is impossible to say, nothing else -
Breakingthewall replied to M A J I's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
The problem is that with martial arts you see a teacher and you can know if he really is a master, but in spirituality it's impossible. First there are a lot of scammers, and second, probably you noticed this, a lot who's in spirituality genuinely think that they are enlightened because they are deceived, their ego is constructing a fantasy. Even if you read ancient masters you can't really know their level of lie, and if you are very sure of that, maybe it's because you are deceiving yourself -

Personally I haven't heard of anyone being liberated by the teachings of anyone. But who knows, there are some people that become monks in that Isha foundation and are meditating for years , who knows anyone of them? I'm very skeptical about sadhguru but I give him the benefit of the doubt, things usually are not what they seem -

You can be open to the absolute, that's all the stuff of enlightenment -

Breakingthewall replied to billiesimon's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Sure, But now people don't rob me or enslave me because I live in a country that after a history of thousands of bloody years has established an order where if someone enslaves me they stop it, but this might not be the case, and if this were not the case, I would have to stop it personally, that's how it works. It's very comfortable to live in the first world, but if you live in Somalia and your neighbor wants to kidnap your 8-year-old daughter to sell her in a slave market, all that you say is not going to help you. -

Then be lobotomized is the goal? If you don't reach clarity, you will be deceived, it's how it works . The deception is very deep -

If I'm giving my best to create a business, a long-term project that will make money, do something positive for society and also have a beautiful activity that I like and some guys are regularly robbing me and threatening me, and at some point the opportunity arises to get rid of them in some way, say by burying them in a ditch after shooting them in the head and I know that it won't have any legal consequences... well, I'd consider it cowardly not to do it. Plus, it would give them the chance to be reincarnated into something less of a son of a bitch. Win win. That's life. -

One thing is the absolute reality and another the relative. You need food to live, same do you need authentic human relationship to be balanced and not depressed. The more you open yourself to the absolute, the more independent you become from the relative, but up to a certain point. Openness to the absolute makes you see the need to be totally authentic, not to engage in toxic, false behaviors, tending to extract energy from others, since you obtain unlimited energy from yourself and these behaviors close, block, and you see clearly how they harm you. Then you can find real, authentic, clean relationships, without toxicity, something that in other circumstances is almost impossible. -
Breakingthewall replied to James123's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
It's important if you are interested in obtaining clarity to open yourself to the absolute. Most spirituality is very corrupt because it comes from a tradition of swindlers. In medieval Japan, China, India, people became monks to eat, and the clever one would say: I heard a crow cawing and I thought: what does a crow say when it doesn't caw? The sky and the earth. And at that moment enlightenment came. Then people worshipped him. It's like Sadhguru: I was on a hill and suddenly the sky and the earth were me, I cried for the first time in my life and enlightenment came. Please give me your money. All this, these terms like illusion, nirvana, etc., come from corruption and lies. Is there any truth in spirituality? I don't know, maybe absolutely nothing, maybe something, but by default doubt is the best option -

Yes, So you could say that the mundane takes a backseat and the essence of reality takes center stage, but not that it is an illusion. Illusion is a confusing term that implies deception. Mundane reality is not false, it is more or less important depending on the importance you give it. -

I get upset too fast, sorry, I get very focused in that stuff then I answered you in an stupid way. Nobody is perfect 😅 -
Breakingthewall replied to James123's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Yes, make a mental construction of the reality is useless, what we try is being open to what reality is, and any label like "illusion" or anything else is an hindrance. According Alan watts, what would be the goal of that zen student? -
Breakingthewall replied to Bufo Alvarius's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
. Any koan at the end is an hindrance too. Who is who listen the sound? Implies a lot of mental construction. In a empty mind that koan can't exist, an empty mind is beyond "who", "listen" and "sound". This subject, action and objet are 3 hindrances, then they can help you to twist the mind in a direction, but is some moment you have to forget any koan. Why bassui, or Ramana maharshi, ask always: what I am? Who listen etc? Is that not in the surface? Are mental structure, toxic if you really want to open yourself. Don't you think so? But you never say what you think, you keep it like a secret 😅. -
Breakingthewall replied to James123's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Why it is an illusion? An illusion that someone has? Who? You? But you said that you are an illusion. Illusion means something that anyone is imagining. If there is not someone imagining, and only that thing that you call illusion exist, then it's not an illusion, it's the reality -
Breakingthewall replied to Asia P's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
This is the path of life, the movement what we are doing. It's so twisted that's seems a joke, it seem designed to be difficult, like a very difficult mental game where you have to coordinate the external and the internal -
Breakingthewall replied to Asia P's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
And I think that more is possible. I think it's possible be totally open to the absolute in another level. The absolute is unthinkable, is what you are, what is hidden in your heart, the big mistery, the reality -
Breakingthewall replied to Asia P's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
And then, when you can be out of the form, just open to the moment for long, without any interpretation, you can intuit the absolute. The absolute is not energy, or flowing, or conciousness, it's what you are beyond the conciousness, the real thing, the source of the conciousness.
