  1. If it is, we have no data yet to confirm. We do know that as long as chelator conc. is steady for 72+ hours, the eventual redistribution from stopping the chelator outright will not cause net-damage. But that's probably cutting it close, which is why it is best to do at least 96 hours, and preferably 2 weeks (which many can't handle, but it would be optimal if they somehow could). Not to mention, sometimes you just do the round as long as possible until you miss a dose -- making sure it's not something non-ALA if ALA is in your system (if you forget a dose, forget all the doses, not DMSA or DMPS with ALA still in system, as that will fuck you up) -- so the round will already end for you and at that point it's break time, not taper time. The excess amount of chelator that persists throughout the round... when it flushes out of the body when you stop the round, the heavy metals that it has stirred up are left where they are, only now with no chelator to intermittently attach them before they situate themselves in tissues. As soon as either the chelator is not present, or the chelator concentration reduces, the excess of stirred up metal situates itself in nearby tissue (systemically: "from whence it came"). It's a numerical thing -- a certain amount will simply redistribute per the level of both chelator and heavy metal in system. Whether it happens slowly or for a long period, the exact same amount will redistribute. As an aside... This is slightly hard for me to explain, but if you have a highly intuitive mind, this might make sense: IF the half life of ALA were not the shortest of all the chelators (luckily, as it happens, it does in fact have the shortest half life), THEN oral chelation with ALA plus another chelator would not be effective. Because ALA is the one that can cross the blood brain barrier. I'm too lazy to explain why that's the case, but literally (assuming an extremely basic understanding of pharmacology; particularly elimination half life) it directly logically follows from the previous paragraph... If you get it, then there is a good chance that you understand chelation enough to not hurt yourself. Congrats. So it's a good little test (the only reason for this current paragraph). It may be better for this to happen over a time course rather than all at once, but since the half life of these compounds is so short, it is unlikely to be as steady as just stopping the chelator. Tapering down may result in a lot of ups and downs, and who knows what kind of additional stress that is or isn't doing. Maybe search onibasu.com for anyone else asking Cutler or vetted naturopaths these questions -- maybe there are some. Definitely go do that if you want to find out: http://onibasu.com/cgi-bin/search.cgi?query=tapering+down+chelator&submit=Go!&idxname=fdc&sort=score&max=20 http://onibasu.com/archives/fdc/5552.html What is certain though, is that in any relevantly short length of time (less than multiple years), "the body using its own detoxification mechanisms" does not come into play. Not one iota. The body does not detox heavy metals at any rate that is even remotely significant (for our purposes / in relation to chelation) -- which is the reason behind the potentially very dangerous intervention, chelation, even being on the table in the first place.
  2. Probably the case. I think here's where the misunderstanding is: When highly spiritually developed people say that Buddhism won't take you as far as psychedelics (and maverick skillful usage of such, at that), beginners hear that, and take it to heart... But what these beginners don't understand is that some of these highly advanced people already exhausted Buddhism -- there's nothing left on the bone for them... Some of these beginners haven't even taken their first bite! Or at least haven't absorbed any nutrients yet (haven't experienced the utterly transformative power of jhana). Jhana is no joke. I can almost gaurantee that when someone enters jhana for the first time, they will rate it higher than their best psychedelic experience to date. However... if someone who currently has the mental structure developed by previous jhana practice were to take a powerful psychedelic, they would say that the psychedelic experience blows jhana out. So take psychedelics all you want, but if you can't reach jhanic territory sober, then your psychedelic experiences may very well be limited in a way that's impossible for you to imagine. You can conditionally replace the word jhana with: "any kind of extremely mind-blowing and blissful state that you can enter at will, sober, with skillful practice." With jhana you can literally produce so much pleasure, that it is agonizing... But it does require at least two of the following three: diligence, skill, talent.
  3. You do need some money. Pay for dates. Go on cheap dates though. Expensive dates actually work against you (if your goal is getting laid). But after (and only after) you've had sex, there is no reason not to go on expensive dates/dinners IF it's something you want to do, but even then it's not required (though imo it does help a bit).
  4. Definitely LSD. Stims just help you get shit done -- they are indeed good for that though, so I wouldn't discount them entirely, but they can certainly become a crutch. Don't use them every day unless you absolutely have to. Some people with ADHD "need" them, but that's only because they don't know how to very effectively meditate.
  5. It just ends up dragging the damage-time duration out longer. So no there’s no benefit to doing that.
  6. I'll just give you a tiny taste of just how (again... understandably) misled you are. Not going to waste the time on the rest, though in your best interest, I highly suggest that you do some digging. There is so, SO much more... though I understand where you're coming from because about 2 months ago I could've posted exactly what you just did. Won't even get into how John used to be a raging alcoholic, or how he's always been open about his policy on transgenders (he's banged two and they were both 10/10; that's not something a stage red guy would be open-minded enough to do btw), or how his business associate (iirc) slammed him and then got owned in court (bc they were the one lying, not John), or the myriad of other things I can't remember off the top of my head bc I haven't felt the need to set anyone straight bc, frankly, I selfishly didn't want to create any more people who can compete with my game anyway lol (though now the abundance is making me not even care, so I'll at least offer this kindness to you)... Listen very carefully: *** Seeking Arrangement is a sugar daddy site. It has tons of very hot girls. The guys on there are old, rich, and unattractive. You don't have to match with anyone on there... You can direct message them. A lot of these girls are also on Tinder etc and so they're willing to hookup with alpha guys as normal (as in not for money, of course). When you treat it as Tinder (obviously with some tweaks), and run your game... Well? If your game is tight, it ends up being better than Tinder, because you don't have to even match... WAY better. And... What's this...OH!.. Would you look at that!... a sizable part of John's paid program is all about scripts for SA. Weird, huh? And the reason that's not super well known is because he got sued by Seeking Arrangement for teaching people how to use it for purposes that the site wasn't intended for... So now it's on the DL, sort of. So... Here's the deal: Anyone using his being on a sugar daddy site as evidence against him either 1. doesn't know about the incredibly rich lead source that is SA, and is therefore not very knowledgeable about game, or 2. does know about it, and is using it against him anyway, and is therefore a dishonest unscrupulous liar (possibly butthurt or financially hurt over John calling them out over scamming their customers). When you mess with people's income, they get angry, unscrupulous, and irrationally vicious. Who knew? And John calls out tons of people to a degree that costs them customers... What are the chances a misinformation campaign wouldn't arise in regard to a guy like that? Maybe just entertain that possibility... Or don't! I certainly can't make you. Not saying John is perfect by any means. I'm just saying you have indeed been (understandably, and very effectively, it seems) misled. No expectation that you will actually listen, but all I can do is inform you. And it's not like I can't respond to the rest either, I just feel you aren't going to be receptive to it. John has addressed all of it. Simply entertain (not saying accept) the idea that he's legit, and follow the evidence where it leads, and watch him address all those points in his vids on his channel. You're welcome (IF you do that; though I won't hold my breath) -- mind you, 2 months ago I was thinking "Why the fuck would I do that? He's obviously a fraud." ... Well?... Thank God I opened my mind lol. That's all I've got to say. Fuck. It's up to you now to go and do that, or not. I'd say that counts as doing everything I possibly can for you. We'll see if it gets through. No hard feelings man, I was in the same boat.
  7. ( I barely even noticed 300mg ALA e3h and 100mg DMSA e4h right out of the gate (ended up doing practically a 6 month round with 2 or 3 breaks initiated by missing a dose; misses are going to happen if you're doing it that long, but never let it happen until you've been on for the minimum 72 hours and you're out of that sub-72 danger zone), but I've seen countless reports of 1mg being way too much (like even "I'm-considering-calling-an-ambulance too much"), so first off... your experience is not particularly surprising. ) @Nivsch That's a very important question though. Read carefully... Decreasing (or stopping, or missing) the dose (falling chelator blood concentration) is solely what causes redistribution damage. Net-healing doesn't occur until after you've spent at the very least 72 hours (and preferably >96 hours, or even better, 2 weeks) on the same dose (or while increasing it, technically) without missing a single dose or being late or early by more than 30 minutes. So the question I have for you is: has it been at the very least 72 hours since beginning the round? If so, you can decrease the dose (or preferably just take your break), but then make sure you stay on that dose (or higher) for another >72 hours. You could maybe taper down to find the correct dose (again assuming you've been on that dose for 72 hours) but that is a rather maverick technique, and I would not take more than one 18 hour period to figure it out. You want to minimize your lifetime number of Decrease's (Stop's count as decreases too, of course), as that's basically where inevitable damage occurs each and every time. The first 72 hours of each round should be regarded as the danger zone -- don't miss or decrease the dose until that period is over -- like your life depends on it. Accidentally doing it once isn't going to kill you, but it is certainly... not good. Try to simply get through the >72 hours on-round (hopefully you're almost there, but if not, just try to power through it), and then take a break (for at least 72 hours), and then try this: Start with an absurdly low dose. Far less than 0.25mg; probably far less than 0.1mg (might as well). Escalate every 3 hours until you find the dose that gives you symptoms that you are willing to tolerate, and then stay there for at least 72 hours (since getting to that dose, not since beginning the round at the absurdly low dose). Decreasing your lifetime count of stops or decreases involves doing long rounds. And for ALA, you NEED to be taking zinc 3-4x (pref 4x) a day (for 30mg total for the day). Hopefully you're doing that, as it is 100% mandatory for ALA to avoid severe copper buildup. If you're not, definitely go back and do more research (but complete the current round). In fact, ALA so drastically elevates copper, that in order to completely stave off copper toxicity, you'd have to take so much zinc (which purges copper) that you'd be zinc toxic... In order to delay that, you can stick with just 30mg zinc a day (rather than 50mg) but you should consider molybdenum 4x/d (which also increases copper excretion) if you can handle it (apparently some can't handle molybdenum). You should also be avoiding nuts like the plague, as they have a tremendous amount of copper. And if you want to even further increase copper excretion, you can try to increase bile flow... one way to do that is to take the following four substances together 4x/d: taurine, glycine, milk thistle (silymarin), and phosphatidylcholine. That might sound like overkill, but in fact, ALA causes copper buildup SO drastically that all of that will itself only delay copper toxicity, not even prevent it indefinitely.
  8. @Vladimir I used to think you were overly reactive and full of shit like over a year ago iirc (no offence; and... that is if I'm even remembering the right person ...) but now it seems you have almost certainly encountered some powerful genuine insight. That Dark Night stuff can be very harsh... I know how it is. Keep it up, brother! Metta
  9. @Space @Something Funny @Dryas @Michael569 @Ulax Come to think of it I didn’t use any kind of guides on “how to become more social” — maybe that would’ve helped more but I highly doubt it. It seems you don’t need a “manipulation guide” to get friends.
  10. That’s like more than half of the RSD infields. I have his 100 or so paid infields. The girls don’t look particularly uncomfortable. Yeah the fundamentals of game are going to be pretty similar, but his stuff resembles “mystery method but simpler” far more than anything RSD. Check out Todd V infields if you want to see uncomfortable girls (except “the nerd video,” where he’s probably just acting super congruent and so the women actually love it) (and I like Todd V), but whenever they aren’t uncomfortable, look at how hot they are… they are always below 8, and usually far less attractive than that... which does actually matter in this context. There’s an inflection point where you have to have extremely tight game or you’re getting blown out, usually above 8.5. I’ve been closing 8.5 and 9 easily. As I said though there are financial reasons for the rumors about him. The fact that you posted the vids you did tells me you simply haven’t discovered that yet. A couple months ago I was literally sure that his 15 girl harem was all hookers. It’s not. And it’s not like he’s that special, the way he does game can be implemented by anyone and they’ll have a massive harem in a few months — good luck getting those results with RSD related stuff.
  11. Yeah the answer is definitely not waiting. Thinking you need money is a vast misunderstanding of the core principals of game. It can’t really be taught (actually it can, but you won’t know who’s full of shit or not, as a beginner), you just have to go out and see. Sometimes girls ask me if I make a lot of money, and when I tell them “not really, nope,” it literally has never once caused the interaction to even slightly slow down, and if anything, the unfazed confidence with which I say “nope”… literally moves things forward. What you say doesn’t matter. How much money you make doesn’t matter. However, how you look (and how tall you are, and how you dress) does matter, but mainly just for the first few minutes, and not nearly as much as how you carry yourself. Anything flashy about you that distracts from your true self is actually a hindrance to getting laid — this includes having a lot of wealth. If you have more than $200 of extra cash, you are more than ready for game.
  12. @Ragib Ashraf No, the cousin is literally just a friend and family member. No sexual relation whatsoever. That would be a bit weird.
  13. @Raze okay buddy I thought JAL was a fraud too. I mean it’s just so obvious that he is a fraud. It is. I agree. Until… actually using his shit and having my life literally turn upside down in the best possible way. Lol. It’s a long story as to why it’s so compelling that he’s a fraud. But in fact (believe it or not man) he’s literally one of the very few coaches who are non-fraudulent enough to learn from. And if someone told me that two months ago, I would have thought they were insane or dumb. I was actually just misled. Happens to us all. Just one of those things, I guess. Dig a lot deeper. There are financial reasons for the propagation of stories that he’s a fraud. Maybe some are true but some have been unequivocally proven false. Regardless, I started doing game more in the style he teaches, and started having incredible results relative to other ways. Simple as that. What can I do other than share my experience? Put yourself in my shoes ? But you’re on your own in actually figuring out who the real frauds are. It was an exhausting undertaking for me, and I don’t even want to try to convince anyone else of who they are bc that’s all behind me lol Checked the vids you linked, just to make sure it wasn’t anything I hadn’t already seen… Nope. You’ve got some work to do. Getting physical right away is by far the best way. It’s all I ever do now. Not during the day though, obviously. And not with hired guns, clearly. We can talk if you have any questions and an open mind. But where you are now (where I was two months ago), I doubt you will be receptive to anything helpful.
  14. Seems you tried LSD. It's kind of like 100 LSD hits compressed into an extremely powerful 20 minutes (can almost be like a blackout, but more aptly described as a whiteout), but without the visuals. I think that's a fine way to describe it. But it's indescribable. Psychedelics each have a different character, and LSD has some overlap with 5meo, ime. Very intense physical sensation, relative to something like mushrooms or n,n-dmt.
  15. Yes, in very easy to understand detail: @LSD-Rumi @Asayake It technically isn't the nitrous that directly damages your nerves. It oxidizes every single active molecule, 100%, of b12 in your blood (about half a whippet does this), rendering all of them inactive, and still attached to the (now useless) cofactor. So (essentially, don't take it too literally, this is just a way to explain) your body "feels" that it has maxed b12 stores, because the oxidized (unusable) b12 molecule is still attached to its cofactor, even though it has flat zero b12 that can be used for the reaction necessary for myelin repair... For 4 days. Demyelination will occur in those 4 days. What I mean by unsalvageable: that 4 day period (technically it can be as short as 60 hours, but certainly not less, and assume at least 3 and possibly 4 days) is a done deal, with no way to salvage the disrupted process, as even if you were to take a megadose of b12, the b12 in your blood is still attached to its cofactor, so the cofactor is occupies and can't attach to any fresh, supplemental (would-be-usable) b12/cobalamin. Whether it's 60 hours or 96 hours... however long it is going to be, is a done deal. Methionine (an amino acid) can slow the damage a bit. So make sure you're eating enough protein. Pork has an especially high level of methionine. You can still heal from those 4 days of damage, but you very well might not heal from 40 days of damage, say if you took nitrous every <60 hours for a little over a month -- you'd be left without a necessary biological process for 40d straight, and could be wheelchair bound from that, depending on your system. For some it can take 6 months to a year, but it WILL eventually happen if that vital process is kept inactive 100% of the time for an extended period. Not to mention, even though as you can hopefully gather from above, b12 deficiency is NOT the issue with the nitrous (it's far worse than that), nitrous ALSO can and will cause b12 deficiency if you use it enough, as it's oxidizing all the active b12 in your blood each time you use ANY amount, which will need to clear before the liver can replace it (as it's still attached to the cofactor), so it's indirectly depleting your liver of b12. So you should ALSO supplement b12. And it is only effective AFTER that 3-4 day period where damage is being done (again, unsalvageable) (start at 60h just to be as healthy as you can with it) to keep the deficiency from being too bad. But since the nitrous depletes so much (literally 100% of what is active in your body/blood), b12 supplementation isn't a magic bullet.
  16. @Leo Gura @Pateedm @Loving Radiance ? Only twice a week do I ever plan to, but on some dates during the week I’ll just have one. So yeah, a bit. Not enough to get hungover. Btw, fwiw, that street discussion was a nice research experience for me. I talked to probably >20 very hot girls, probably in sororities (median age seemed about 20) and about a dozen other people, and what I noticed is that, in general, the hotter a girl is, the more self aware they are of their blatant attraction to men who are assholes (they brought up that initial topic, not me, but I teased out a deeper exploration) and their aversion to niceness… I already basically understood as much, but I wasn’t quite aware of just how self aware they are of it! But I convinced every last one of them that it’s not the assholes that they’re attracted to, it’s the guy’s ability to pull off being an asshole. They were acting like they’d just been enlightened when I explained to them the mechanics of how they felt, and I think some of them even walked away feeling less like they need someone who treats them like shit (and in turn, maybe even felt less like they have to act like a bitch ?) — but who knows. Felt like I may have made a slight positive impact on the world; butterfly effect and all that. Put yourself out there, guys and gals! If I can do it, anyone can. I’ve even dealt with severe erythrophobia (fear of blushing) — the subreddit for that condition is practically a suicide prevention forum… it can be so surprisingly debilitating. It’s directly a result of being ashamed of one’s own social anxiety, plus light enough skin and enough blood vessels in the face that blushing is extremely noticeable when it occurs. It used to be the bane of my existence. I don’t even notice it now — it may or may not still happen… I literally don’t even know, nor does it matter anymore.
  17. @Asayake You’re welcome!
  18. It causes nerve damage by itself indeed. It can’t be salvaged with extra b12. Otherwise I would have indicated as much. It’s not that it merely causes b12 deficiency, it deactivates ALL of the cofactor in your body so that even supplemental b12 is useless for 4 days post nitrous use. Demyelination will occur for 4 days, but it will heal if the damage was only for 4 days. If you use nitrous every 2-3 days for a year, that’s 365 days of 24/7 demyelination — 99% chance of being in a wheelchair for the rest of your life with painful pseudo MS, after that. Nitrous subreddit used to be full of them.
  19. Literally like $200 or so of extra cash… but a steady income. Yeah so like almost nothing.
  20. 1. Mango 2. Pineapple 3. Grapes 4. Apples 5. Plums Runners up: papaya, melon
  21. It was. But it was incredibly, surprisingly intense. You would think the mdma would make it a little less intense, as it kind of can make an LSD trip less harsh… Not really the case when you’re adding it to a dissociative… and especially to a disso-psych combo. The love and ego death was overwhelming before I even got up to a decent dose of the k. Ego death came before I even got half way to a k hole, so this body was walking around on a disso with nobody in there doing or knowing or understanding anything — there was just indescribable beauty. The song that was playing during the experience makes me trip a bit, years later, just from hearing it.
  22. And it causes unsalvageable demyelination for 3-4 days following each use, even when used in very small amounts. Which can heal... But if you go past a point of no return — say, by linking 20 of those 3-day periods together with no break, by doing a nitrous session every 3 days for 2 months — BOOM… permanent damage.
  23. That guy legitimately knows his shit, so whatever he says is probably decent guidance.
  24. There are only a few sources I would endorse: https://m.youtube.com/channel/UCanxC-SZpsNCUYO8LRxKPDw/featured https://m.youtube.com/c/JohnAnthonyLifestyle/featured https://m.youtube.com/c/PlayingWithFireDating If you limit your sources to those three channels only, and take action in the field, you’d be hard pressed not to be in the top 1% of guys in the game. Just my opinion, but see for yourself.
