  1. Read A course in miracles. You are doing everything to yourself. You planned everything precisely. To keep you here in pain. You love life so much. Let's persecute the whole world so they will persecute me back. Let's rush headlong to death so we can start over and do the same next time round. Maybe one day I will be happy.
  2. Forget time. Today is forever. Do the best meditation session you have ever done in your life. And see if tomorrow shows up.
  3. The moment by moment undoing of the mindless madness of what senses will display before me. I hereby forgive myself for believing the reality of what's in front of me namely the mindless madness I am each second generating. Undoing the false ushers in the true. There is no sickness, no separation, no sin, no specialness, no sacrifice, no suffering, no self. I am placing all these on the stage and I am equally free to no longer see them on the stage. Thus arrives the fruit of spirituality.
  4. We know not what these mean. All we're doing is killing the gap between you and me. There is a gap. This gap doesn't exist. We are one thing. Bring this reality about. Treat me as though your life depends on it.
  5. What would this thing I call intelligence do for me? How will it improve me and my life. What is shit in my life that warrants improving. Do I see any so-called intelligence around me. How did it bring benefit to those who have it. What did they do to acquire this mysterious attribute. What am I willing to do. When am I going to start.
  6. I painted this entire canvas that I behold before me. I do it on the fly. There is not even a past to assist me. Wow. Man am I Good God or what!
  7. Men say yes 99%. Women say no 99%. The way it has to be. Take your 100 shots folks.
  8. First define what is selfish and what is selfless. Without using stupid AI tools to confuse and obfuscate what is simple. Then take today. How many acts of mine were selfish. How many acts of mine were selfless.
  9. Seeing as its b.asic i.nstructions b.efore l.eaving e.arth, make an exception and gimme two just in case.
  10. I get up in the morning and I either follow ego dictates and its plans and routines xyz sleep rinse repeat or I abide free of arising thought full of loving awareness for all that arrives at my gaze. Meditation helps cement this state in place though don't ask ego to confirm cause it will respond that you are a loser just wasting your life.
  11. My suggestion to achieve financial independence is you just need to build a savings pot of $1 million and then live the 4% rule, which means you can safely withdraw $40,000 a year (an amount that increases by inflation each year) indefinitely into the future. This might sound far-fetched but starting early and being consistent makes it highly attainable. Many are already on such a path by saving a good amount, investing smartly (usually in index funds), and keeping expenses well-managed. The FIRE (Financial Independence, Retire Early) movement has thriving communities that can guide and inspire you, so check out the reddit subs r/FIRE, and its offshoots like r/leanfire (for minimalist lifestyles) or r/baristafire (where you partially retire with a light income stream). No matter your current income and no matter your future employment prospects, there’s likely a version of FIRE that can bulletproof your financial security, with a bit of planning, discipline, and time. -AI
  12. There is nothing worthwhile or helpful or enduringly fun here. Dead ends are par for the course. Truth holds for a season then crumbles and returns one to square one. With that said, once I connect to the real, I become its exemplar magnifique and thereon in it's one hell of a ride no pun intended.
  13. Yes. The limited mind is an unstoppable meaning making machine: I know what this means. I suggest as a pointer, the only meaning to ponder usefully is, what is this for? Do I seek to keep all this alive or do I want to break free. When I ask what does this table mean, that is the question I contemplate. From this perspective everything has one meaning. I put this here so I could see its nothingness giving me yet another shot at seeing everythingness.
  14. My practice is: eliminate myself, since I believe myself limited and this is false. Drop ego to perceive perfectly. This leads to the void or the unmanifest which is as far I can go. Then grace rules.
  15. To a materialist I am living to die tomorrow. (I ever more painfully wait.) To a spiritualist, I am dying to live tomorrow. (I simply can't wait.)
  16. Ego can see 1 while God only sees zero. Thus if you see one tree you call yourself ego! Remove said ego by unknowing said tree in order to see the zero in the tree which is the window to the absolute. To see it jogs your memory to be it.
  17. Awakening is the knowledge that a tree is the same as a human being, both meaningless illusions giving the absolute an opening to see other forms of itself. Our problem is to believe one thing friend and one thing foe. Everything is an opportunity to see the absolute shining and glorious by looking beyond its form. Is anyone here looking for a friend?
  18. This is well said. I cannot dispute your mystical metaphysical insights here and it jibes tightly with my explorations if in different phrasing. From my standpoint, reality is free of limits because it is changeless and whole. From the vantage of truth, there are no forms or structures or levels, only the eternal ever expanding outpouring of love. What is called consciousness is the illusion of perception, born of a thought that finitude sat next to infinitude is a different reality to infinitude. Yet even within this illusion, memory of wholeness though dim remains present, and through this correcting thought will I slide back to the awareness of my unchanged nature. I am not a configuration of infinite being; I am as I always was and always will be, forever unphased by form or limitation. My life has no goal of merging with infinity, but solely to awaken from the dream of being one that got away, in order to see that I never left the ground zero. The Infinite love of my natural state is not something I attain, rather it is something I fix in mind and gradually remember. And in that remembering does this world bid its farewell.
  19. My suggestion is don't think salt think electrolytes. Mine were out of whack. Reason is I eat little packaged/processed food. I now make my own electrolytes: sea salt, potassium, magnesium, drink them with water and sleep like a baby through the night unlike before. This thread has some basic information which may help: https://www.reddit.com/r/nutrition/comments/1kr8g53/healthiest_electrolyte_powder/ I say experiment and find what helps in day to day life. Electrolytes are cheap in powder form.
  20. Every ego wants to be open and free and easy because, I am god's gift and I can handle it and I deserve it, and to the extent one is ego, one proceeds thusly. God meanwhile is knowing there's only one of us here.
  21. Why do you care what others believe and how they live. Would you deny them their sovereignty? They are doing what seems right and proper based on their upbringing and education. You are a levelist throwing stones at a racist. Everyone is fine if you get fine. They are being racist to teach you how to be fine. If you awaken, nobody will touch you. Even better your influence might them actually be of help to others.
  22. Faith is the belief that someone or something inexplicable wants me to succeed. That there is something beyond reason and intellect. Something beyond what I (or anyone) can figure out with raw mind. Faithlessness can take you to the pinnacle of human achievement. Faith posits there is something more. Try both for a while perhaps since each scorns the idea of the other. The thing about faith is you won't see any demonstrable results. And I would say that faith has to be long-term and probably life-long if it stands a chance.
  23. I aver that the true test of knowing yourself is that you regard all people the same and you treat all people the same. You want them to have what you have and your lifestyle reflects this, and some will be open and some need to be kept away. Your behaviour won't be the same of course since there may be still lingering preferences where you feel more resonance with a few out there.
  24. Meditation is going to the gym for the mind. At first it's a schedule disrupter and a pain so you have to push through. You have to make it a normal part of the day, not a choice to ponder just something you always do. Then it's as easy as pie. When it's easy you are open to it turning fun and deep. What happens doesn't matter; you just do it regardless. If you miss some days no big deal as sometimes life beckons. Afterwards get back on the horse. After a year ego will tell you nothing has happened and nothing has changed. This is a lie. Every hour feeds your soul and makes that very day a milestone.
  25. People don't understand themselves; and so it's futile trying to understand them. To understand oneself is the hardest yet most worthwhile thing. Few succeed. If you do succeed, you can then be of help to others.
