this place has a measurable level of consciousness which goes up when leo releases new episode (though sometimes down with episodes such as latest) ... by being around a high level of consciousness yours will increase ... increases take place first in the mind then in the heart then in the spirit ... you will be able to talk the talk depending on your self realizations

do 1 hour religiously every day i have 2 book on the go at any time, one i dislike somewhat and one i like ... read the dislike on days when energy levels are high ... the like when low if the material is too dull, skip to next chapter ... it the book turns out rubbish just read the last chapter always have at least 10 books on my wishlist, when i finish one order another ... keep updating the wishlist every week ... always seeking new books

or what about just sit in a chair for 10 days ... minus bathroom kitchen stretching... 100 hrs in this way would probably turbo charge consciousness

you go for the activity, the women are a bonus but you find that everyone is there to meet people, you meet cool men too ... social time is its own good
