god knows nothing of silly mad dreaming, he is one here is two apparently

he is awaiting you to wake up any time you feel like it

Is it not strange that you believe to think you made the world you see is arrogance? ²God made it not. ³Of this you can be sure! ⁴What could He know of the ephemeral, the sinful and the guilty, the afraid, the suffering and lonely, and the mind which lives within a body that must die? ⁵You but accuse Him of insanity to think He made a world where such things seem to have reality. ⁶He is not mad. ⁷Yet only madness makes a world like this.

That's not really how it works here because the feeling I should care for my mother is within me. There's not really something she could sign that would improve the situation.

right now you are both doing a job together and so you need to be on the same page, if she plays ball now you will be there for for the long haul

you need her help and support to make this whole thing work, set up the parameters and both agree for each other's sanity and happiness

  3. a small social media presence helps too, i follow about 80 accounts on twitter and sub to some good reddits like r/askUK to keep up with the daily buzz ... combined takes me little more than an hour per day to read, i don't post anything typically

love that you follow your nose rather than the news, me too ... and best of all the nows

this is an awesome journal to read, thanks for all your posts 🙌

@gettoefl So I understand that materialism isn't true but then what would materialism feel like is what I am curious about. I agree that no self is the truth of our nature (I haven't yet awakened to it yet, but putting in the work) but then what would being a mind and body feel like?

you may understand what you like, you live and believe in materialism else you would be walking through walls at will

@James123 @James123 What I am asking is if what we currently experience is, according to teachings, a non-materialistic world where we are in fact a "no-self" that is not the body or mind that we previously believe whilst under illusion, then what would the experience of a material world feel like where we are the body and the mind? I am very curious.

Basically, if the world was in truth materialistic, how would we experience this differently to how it currently is?

ego tells you this is all true, waking up is to know it is not

  6. key in to what meditation is, abiding as awareness

duration matters only for reaching and prolonging until you reach 100%, if you are not improving each day stop and re-evaluate

ask what helps me reach my goal, do i need to be comfortable or do i need to make it hard, experiment accordingly

for me dividing the 16 hour non sleep day into four 4 hour blocks is optimal, four 4-hr activities of say sitting reading walking sitting

eight 2-hour blocks is good too

plan each day the day before

a several day fast is good at supercharging meditation

You see, that quote you shared, doesn't resonate fully. Certain parts but not the whole because it still requires a "doing"/"not doing" and for someone to see the message for there to be a difference. I can only resonate now in this context where it wouldn't matter if someone recognizes this or not and that no one is excluded.

you are doing doings each day ... just know which really matter ... namely forgive yourself and forgive others for taking any of this seriously

only ego excludes ... to spirit there are no differences
