Everyone here is spell-binding wonderment, life-changing love, unspeakable beauty, staggering intelligence, impish innocence. I mustn't love some folk some times but all folk all times. Everyone I see is the missing link without which I am a complete incomplete mess. Is there good religion? Wait, can anyone even define religion? Am I too good for religion? Am I too bad for religion? Like Woody Allen says, I would never belong to any religion that takes people like me as members. Perhaps I am just an arrogant lazy selfish person who wants to feel smart and not get on my hands and knees and say sorry for being a life-long fuck-up.

Religion is the halfway point between spiritualism and materialism. It's a start. Nothing to do with intelligence. You can be bright. You can be dumb. What religion says is maybe my ego is not so good after all. And I better follow something better.

Yes it's random, insufferable and incomprehensible and that's why it needs to be exited. God only deals in the perfect, the limitless, the oneness. We can make the leap. We are just making a crappy reality in our own minds. Or I should say we are painting over the true reality with a crappy substitute. Much better is in store and awaits us.

What I am pointing towards here is the work to shift between the one and the other. What you are doing does resonate with me and I think our approaches are reconcilable. Truth is truth. Did someone other than you create the dreams you indulge in at night? Same thing going on in the world at large. But it is not your ego mind creating the world. That is the one limiting you. It is universal mind that is accessed by aligning with your higher self, the one who is a reflection of love, peace and innocence.

Yes you're right. Indeed you have the choice of murder or miracles. What's your choice? Here is rubbish compared to what else is available that you senses were designed to hide from you. But there is a way as that passage describes. There is another way.

Yes indeed. You can't run before you walk. You have to work up to it. You have to do what it takes to keep the body in good condition and safe. All the while practice the fact that you are the one creating this reality. How you do this is by forgiveness. Any form or experience is worthless and a trap. All it wants to do is keep you here spinning your wheels. You don't need to play ball. See that beneath the form there is an innocent presence abiding. Acknowledging that changes everything. You are turning hell into heaven. Then life becomes a whole lot more fun. Any time that irritation arises in the world that is the clue that outer form has ensnared you and you need to step back and heal that unforgiveness you are laboring under.

Projection and protection are the same thing. What else is fear? It's that you might remember what you are. You need to be protected from that. Therefore you contract yourself and withdraw and start over. It is evolutionary defence.

I became more desensitised to the feeling. I feel deep compassion and gratitude to the body for its actions but it's ultimately just a place holder for me and I remind myself not to think less of it but to think of it less. It is like one of my pets. I don't want it so suffer pain but when it does we'll get through it.

Everything is projection. When you see bad people, you are just judging what is inside of you and so your senses are always seeking out witnesses to prove its own guilt. It is inescapable and completely logical if you look deep within.

I think pain doesn't need addressing directly. It is a measure of whether you are still attached in the world. If every little thing bothers you there is plenty of work to be done. And when I say bother I mean physical ailments too. The more awake I have become niggling body problems don't even register now.

Pain is one basic tool for awakening. That is why meditation needs a little discomfort to click in the reality and stick there. If you lay in your bed blissing out your chakras, you are having fun perhaps but also deceiving yourself. Pain can assuredly be transcended since the body has nothing to do with me in truth.

You need to go step by step. Other people's pain is training wheels, step one. It prepares me, it hardens me. I can easily learn to dissolve another's pain, to heal them etc. Then I can take some baby steps myself and it's not so bad. Eventually I can take the full force like Jesus did. I am not a body after all. When I accept this world isn't the reality, I am free of it and it troubles me no longer. The body doesn't feel pain in any case. It is insentient and merely doing what the mind bids. And that is to prove that this is a separated reality. That is made up nonsense.

You're not choosing out of the good and the bad. You're choosing between the patently inferior and the supremely infinite which your eyes are designed to hide from you. And you don't reject or deny or resist or oppose. You see it and you say smilingly, this isn't shit. It is nothing to me. It has no effect on me in any way. Be as brutal as barbaric as butchering as you please. It is water off a duck's back. Reason is, I know the substance. I know that I orchestrated all this to trick myself into getting triggered here. It is a self-perpetuating game. Until I stop playing along. Then it has no power. Then the good stuff starts to happen and I start to see what I am and how you and I are not two but one. I have let hell slip away and I can start enjoying heaven for a while.

Let me phrase it differently. You are not of the opinion that human existence is misery, deceit and heartache? You believe it's completely possible to die happy, fulfilled and satisfied? You think this is indeed your likely destiny?

Is a piece of a jigsaw useful and valuable? On its own it may be shapely and colorful but it's meaningless. Isolated it sits in a box ready for the scrap heap at any moment, right? But put together with all its other pieces it makes a lovely picture. Same as ego. Illusion is ill you shun. There too is wellness you seek. The wellness is better right? The wellness does not suffer, is not miserable, and does not die. Ego is an inferior state, a temporary blight on the landscape, a sick disease-ridden pest, any day fit for the scrap heap. But wait, there is something better when all the long lost limbs are gathered together and assemble as one, a superlative symphony in the making. So purpose is to jump from the one to the other. And this is eminently manageable. And this is the work.

You can end every war this very moment. Don't add fuel to its fire. Even DT couldn't do this on his first day in office. But he's getting better. Maybe he is timing the end of war with Nobel Peace Prize. Who cares if a few more million die. Meantime I will end all war when I choose to too. You can be such a chooser too.

Meditation is, am I willing to discipline myself. And even a minute is ok. During any given minute of meditation, i tell myself, this can be the precise time when God opts to come to fruition.

Stuff in the world is incomprehensible. Science should know this but doesn't want to give up its day job and the perks therein. Until I understand that materialism cannot give answers, I will assert meaning. Meaning could be the number of hours I devote to mastery of or ownership of said thing. Yet it is rubbish. It is rank. It in going the way of the dodo. Thus I see that anything outside hasn't meaning. Spiritual work is, does the one asking have meaning? And it indeed answers affirmatively. I now reframe the outside as having one meaning: everything is a lesson or a mirror or tool for me to know me. My meaning is to get out of dodge since there's gold in them hills.
