  1. I do not agree that this is everyone's personal choice, just like beating people up isn't. Those are sentient creatures. You can be perfectly healthy on a vegan diet. Even if running on carbs mainly isn't optimal for you, you can run on plant fat mainly instead. I believe you have more opportunity and possiblity than most people have, to manage any difficulties that could come up. Edit: What were your issues in detail and why do you think they can't be resolved on a vegan diet?
  2. @Artsu the mentioned empath also struggels with taking action and he has shown me why. he feels how his body is emerged with the rest of the environment like air or everything he touches, feels like half way completelely dissolved in the universe. in such a state i struggled to find interest for anything else but my own existence of just perceiving as well.
  3. @Artsu he knows he is an empath and is doing it intentionally
  4. Dr. Greger was one of the early birds to warn us about nCov epidemic. He's researched infectious diseases and is a promoter of the whole foods plant based diet on his website: https://nutritionfacts.org/ According to him a new bird flu virus might cause a new pandemic and it will be 100 times deadlier than nCov ( covid 19 ), predicting a 40% death rate. It's interesting to see how ethical values are entangled with our own fate, i think it's a good mechanism our universe has. Regardless, it really is about time to stop all the animal consumption nonsense globally. This might be a gold warning.
  5. @wwhy i feel for you, but thank god we humans aren't lions though.
  6. @JessiChell Thank you. I wish you all the best!
  7. @JessiChell I wasn't planning on arguing. Originally this post was about Leo not being vegan. I was trying to find out why and maybe could help with that, but some seem to get triggered.
  8. Hi, I have a very difficult time meditating. I've tried a lot of different techniques, I've tried Leo's guide, I've tried some Sadhguru techniques, I've done Wim Hof and Dmt-breathing and Love and Gratitude Meditation. Love and gratitude meditation is only one that somewhat helps. Wim Hof and Dmt-breathing worked very well until i have overdone it, now all it does is just put me straight to sleep, even a simple Wim Hof round. For the rest, i have difficulty stepping out of the mind and watching it, like Eckhart Tolle says. It seems like the mind is just watching itself again and i am not actually stepping out but watching the mind with the mind. Also i have a chronic meningitis which i am currently unable to get rid of and therefore in continuous pain and suffer cognitive impairment. Another problem i have is, i seem to get into delusional interpretations of people and behavior and it keeps looping and coming up again and reassessing etc. Has anyone any idea how i could become more grounded and in the moment to get through this suffering easier.
  9. Does that mean you're vegan? @Display_Name You have very strong delusional ideas of what people are and do.
  10. @Display_Name because i have ego?
  11. @WelcometoReality yes, it reduces the inflammation, but doesn't remove the fungus.
  12. @WaveInTheOcean this really speaks to my heart.
  13. @Leo Gura Was that directed at me? Regardless, why not? What do you have to lose?
  14. @Leo Gura all sorts of nuts? So that means there exists a period during a year where you can skip animal products and use avocados instead. I am very interested, what does your typical diet look like? What are your main calorie sources? What type of animals do you eat?
  15. @fridjonk of course you do, but that's still besides the point and i already made the mistake of replying to your nonsense, this really isn't about your idea of "humane slaughter" being correct but about Leo.
  16. nonsense and besides the point.
  17. What about nuts and avocado ? High fat foods, last longer than carbs. @Leo Gura
  18. @StarStruck steaks aren't healthy though and besides i really do want a more detailed answer other than "energy" or "doesn't fit".
  19. @Max_V @Scholar that would make whatever stage you assigned that moral position to back to the moral position of its original stage, otherwise it wouldn't be a transcended version of the one before and the logic would be broken, would require another universe i guess.
  20. One has to be morally on stage green to really grasp veganism where you don't fall back into carnism. It's easy to just see it as a product and "loss of options" and not contribution to torture and death of sentient life.
  21. Not a word game at all. Depends on the reason why he just wasn't running on it, there is no one simple vegan diet. @Max_V
