  1. Take 1-3 hot showers per day. Eat your fruits & veggies. Stay hydrated! Hope you will get better soon!
  2. Nothingness is total freedom. Never was a life. You thought you were, but now you are gone, forever resting in white space, floating and drifting. Just being raw unused potential of Everything. Peace, Unity and Love. One whole and complete Singularity of Everything.
  3. @Terell Kirby But, both sides are taking what they know to be "True" or "Truth" and using that as their way to be biased and call what they are doing Love? What I was trying to point to, is that both of them are just perspectives and not Absolute Truth: Which is none of them. Its the freedom from both sides.
  4. I definately agree. But guiding itself isnt that what is causing harm to yourself? You are challenging yourself (them) which is a part of you. So you are taking them on your own shoulders and carrying "their" burden. I mean if everything and everyone is guided by their experiences, reflections, call it inner compass. Then what is the point of pushing someone that is not ready for it? I know its Love, to point people out of their misery. But isnt that causing more misery for them? If all they have is misery. Then surely everything, including the help (guidance), is seen as precisely that: Misery. (For them) So, maybe their own "Misery" gets to a point where they accept something else, just to make a shift out of the situation they have gotten themselves in. So whether they are guided or not. The willingness to take the step/break free, is always within and by them. And this can be done with or without guiding/help from "others". Their first step is to accept that they have been decieving themselves, and the situation they have gotten themselves in, was a perspective they took as "themselves". And they identified themselves with that perspective. And that doesnt really matter if the conspiracy theory is true or not. And which side of the fence they have chosen to stand on. Whatever side is taken, its still being stuck with the conspiracy. Lets say vaxx and anti-vaxx. Its the same thing.
  5. Im kind of in the same boat on this one. Thanks for sharing and making this topic. Im going to lowkey watch the posts here and learn like a schoolboy, if thats okay Best of luck on your endeavour! Edit: I like your values! Reminds me of somebody
  6. Maybe it’s an invitation for you to push your limits and start to be more extroverted? I know, because I have been an introvert for quite some while. But sometimes its good to challenge yourself, just to see if your choice is right, about how you want to be as a person. Ultimately its about giving up control completely. We cant control anybody. Not even ourselves. But we can choose to act with responsibility, towards ourselves and others. Response-Ability. Ability to response/respond: Act and react to whatever happens to us and people we hold dear. Reacting would be being bummed about not being to hold control over a situation. Acting would be, choosing to look at the situation from another point of view, or with a non-bias or a non-controling way. Example: Challenging yourself and seeing if its time for you to be more active, social, and make more friends. Not saying its going to happen, but what if he cheated? (lets just say for this scenario): You still wouldn’t be able to control anything. You can only choose to act or react, to whatever is the case. You have a responsibility for yourself. And you can give others, the same freedom to have their responsibilities. Work on that muscle, and you will be more and more relieved about life and whatever may happen. Trust and know that things only happen to change you, and or making you in to a more stronger and unmovable character.
  7. Sounds like love to me But notice that you are the one creating her, so she is only talking about the thing you want for yourself, but you are maybe not willing to give yourself love? So you feel lack and get upset that you dont have it? What is stopping you from loving yourself right now?
  8. I used to get triggered by things like this as well. But she is so right. I love her so much. It is simple, but not if you are still unaware that you are the one creating your own story, then it might be hard to accept what she is trying to teach or point to.
  9. You have a lot of tools available to you right now. You have: Nootropics, Meditation, Cold-showers, Eating a healthy/healthier diet, Exercise, Shamanic breathing, Living a healthy lifestyle, Connecting to like-minded people, Cutting out bad influence and friends and people that arent the best for your development. Reading books and helping your big-picture understanding of life and reality. (Leo's booklist) and your own intrests. Build up a great foundation, as good as you can, and whenever you do start using psychedelics with good intentions, you will have a smooth and easy time making sense and accepting the gifts that psychedelics offer you. Bad trips will and might happen, but in hindsight, it will make you grow so much more.
  10. @Unio I felt the need to use psychedelics, ever since the age of 22-23, but It never happened, I always asked the people around me that I knew had this stuff. But they always dodged my question and it never happened. I was so bummed out by it. Until age of 28 when I started using them after a psychedelic retreat. And then I understood that It never happened for me (then), because I wasnt ready. I wouldnt have been able to handle it. I would recommend 25+, I know It sounds aweful and something a parent would say. But after what I have witnessed from others and myself. Its like that for a reason. The psyche of a human, isnt fully developed until the age of 25. Some are lucky, "early" bloomers. I would say that I was a semi-latebloomer. This is only my advice, and recommendation. But you are responsible for your reality
  11. Yep. It happened after a retreat, at a friends house. 4 pufs and I "died", pure varm, loving void. Nothingness forever. Until "I" came back. I saw my ego freak out while it happened. But that was the first time I saw the real me and the "unreal" me, seperated.
  12. We are love. Thats our very essence. But the ones of us who lack it, scream and shout the most, to get it. Its a cry for help, a cry for love. But no matter how much love, attention and affection they receive, it wont be enough. What is enough is experiencing love within.
  13. I don’t think we have that brand in Sweden. But I’ll have a look online. I wouldn’t have known the difference, lol. Thanks for pointing that out ?
  14. Will buy some, next time I go grocery shopping. Thanks for the advice ???
  15. Have a nice trip buddy. Im actually going to trip tomorrow as well. ✨?
  16. I defo done stuff like that. I was acting like a medicine man, or a shaman for a while ?. Cacao brew sounds nice though. Does it have caffeine? Because I'm really sensitive to caffeine. Cup of coffee, and I'm awake for 24 hrs.
  17. I take Lions Mane with all my trips, especially LSD. I sometimes take L-theanine before going to sleep: after a long LSD trip (for me, can last up to 12-14hrs) and I have noticed the trip becoming calmer and more peaceful. But I have never tried taking it in the middle of the peak. Or in the beginning of a trip. Gonna try next time. Took my last capsule of L-theanine this morning. Time to restock Also, Lions Mane + Psilocybin + Vitamin D3 (Niacin) is supposedly a great and successful stack. (Source) Maybe a bit of a sidenote: Stacking Lions Mane + L-Theanine + Ashwagandha capsulse, are the best non-psychedelic stack. (for me) Take all 3 and you be in a zen state for meditation for the next 6 hours. Its so peaceful and calm.
  18. I have only smoked it 3 times. It helped me kill the biggest layer of the ego. I would say that its a beautiful experience. It has a mother-earth love to it. Its a really good tool for deep-meditation (cessation) But I see people are just too addicted to it. Also smoking is not that great for your lungs. For me there are better alternatives for the work im doing.
  19. I would Imagine it to be like going your whole life, seeing blurry and being accustomed to it, and that was just your reality. Until your were given some ultra-dimensional first person perspective universal infinity goggles
  20. Haha He had Infinite dowload speed. Probably pays a lot to his ISP provider
  21. I think the guides work as massive downloads in to the experiencer. Even if he didnt, all of it was instantly integrated and gathered in his field of consciousness. Kinda how we do with psychedelics and or meditation. IMO.
  22. In-depth explanation of why we project unsconsciously, and how to be more aware of your own projections. And dont fall for others.
