Thank you for this insight. I truly appreciate it. I recognized how my reaction on that thread was disempowering, and instead of feeling regret over it, I used it to understand myself more and how I was feeling the need to defend what didn't need defending. It made me more aware of my inner conflict and made me realize the only conflict I was having was what the mind was perceiving as an attack which, in retrospect, was the mind fighting with itself. Going through a spiritual awakening, allows more room for the ego to throw wider punches because the gap between it and the true self widens. It tries to hold on for dear life and the conflict inside becomes more exposed. I'm becoming more aware if this, and am showing it more love and understanding. I don't regret anything from that conversation as it has made me more aware of my inner conflict and brought it to the light. Now I can do the work needed on myself to be able to respond to situations more appropriately. Thank you and much love to you too.❤️

There's always going to be a complaint line in life. The question is what do we do about our complaints. Do we keep on complaining, move to another timeline or accept the condition for what it is. Personally, I would shift to another timeline as there are infinite possibilities in the quantum realm to explore and experience. Expecting people to adapt to my expectations of them is me giving away my inner authority to feel how I choose to feel about what I'm experiencing. Situations are going to arise in life that i won't like, it's how I choose to respond to those situations that allows me to maintain my inner authority without expecting the outer world to determine how I feel. The world will not adapt to suit us, we have to adjust our inner state to change what's occurring outside of us; and how we interpret what's happening outside of us is a reflection of what's happening inside.

I'm going to check out your blog as I'm also into natural remedies, and like your style of maintenance when it comes to skin-care. I try to keep it simple myself. While we're on the subject, do you know of any reputable natural makeup brands online that I could check out. I pretty much only apply eye-shadow, mascara and eyeliner and would love to start using the non-chemical, non-toxic versions of these as everything else I use for my skin is relatively all natural like coconut oil, Shea butter, evoo and all other natural skin care that are easy to find. The make-up category is a bit more challenging and lots of fakers out there.
