No. There's nothing wrong with looking for someone to take care of you. The question was not about looking for someone purely for their wealth. That is your interpretation of what was asked. Also, there are forums that will not roast people for that because there are forums specifically created for this purpose. There are plenty of men and women out there who are seeking out people to take care of. I said what I said not because I am against what she asked but to make her aware that this is not the place that will give her the results she's looking for. BTW, there's no difference with what she asked VS a guy asking "Where do I find a female who is willing to have sex with me". You could say it is very shallow to just want someone for sex, just as you said it's materialistic to just want someone for their money. I'm not saying you would ask that. I'm simply pointing out the double standard and the sameness between the differences. It's the same thing, it's only the content that is different.

How has it changed you. Do you feel any different than how you felt before. If so, is this change temporary or permanent. Are you living from that place at all times. What would be the difference between you and somebody who still recognizes what they are but doesn't claim to be enlightened. How did this change occur. Would you consider yourself an Awakened being also; and did Awakening come prior to Enlightenment or is it the same thing. What's the difference to you. Without explaining what Enlightenment is, can you just say how you are different from say someone who recognizes Oneness or the non-dual nature of existence. I'm not really looking for an intellectual explanation of what Enlightenment is, just what's the difference in the before and after in the way you interact in the world and amongst other people. This is mainly for anyone claiming to be Enlightened but others can also share their views on what they think about what I'm asking also, so it doesn't get too limited.

Not necessarily looks. Maybe not extremely unattractive but lots of happily married women, especially in prestige neighborhoods have rich husband's taking care of them while they stay home or some do work but don't have to. Lots of different circumstances and situations are happening in society that we don't know about. We usually just talk about the ones we're familiar with or hear a lot about. You'd be surprised. The value part is correct but providing value means different things to different people.

Please don't ask this question on this forum. You will get a lot of answers you might not able to handle. There's one here already that thinks in order for someone to be generous they have to be needy. Another called them neurotic and telling you how to go satisfy a man. From your previous posts, I don't think you are ready for these answers. This is a male dominated forum and most of them are having trouble even finding dates much less to be telling you where to go find a guy to spend money on you. Not the place for this unless you want to get roasted. I wouldn't even answer that because the way you worded the question seems a bit gold diggerish and you don't want to come off as that type of girl on a forum full of men.

Don't be fooled by the fact that I'm a female. These male/female topics don't get me excited enough to get emotionally charged and worked up about. I might discuss them and share opinions and suggestions, but it takes more than these kinds of topics to get me emotionally charged. If we were to start talking about the food industry and all the poisons they put out for human consumption and how many people are mentally and physically incapacitated from consuming their poison, maybe I'll get a bit worked up; but i'm even working on taming my emotions on that topic these days because I'm learning not to fight for what I'm against but to advocate more for what i'm for.

I don't just watch stuff I agree with just to prove my existing beliefs or to reiterate my existing one. I like to see the other side too, this way I'm not just coming up with totally biased arguments. I will sit there and watch a Republicans channel all day even if I'm liberal just to see how the other side thinks and operates (analogy of course as I don't engage much in politics). I'm aware of my biases and false thinking about certain topics, so if I'm going to speak about it, I like to hear the other side of what I'm opposed to see if there's something I'm missing. You forgot to mention the part where he said to be honest i kinda liked what she did (non-verbatim). Those men are just fighting against something not for what they stand for, They are not genuine in their stances and will lead men like you astray who haven't been hurt like they have been. You're just frustrated.

I might have misunderstood what he meant, which is ok; but I have better ways to operate my mind than to DELIBERATELY misinterpret someone's post. If you're telling me that I have too much confusion in my thinking then you can't blame my poor mind for saying what It said then. You can't have it both ways. It's either I'm confused or I'm not.
