  1. Dude enjoy yourself I like doing things alone too. Consider traveling alone, perhaps to a country you are interested in. You can meet a ton of people and even your next girlfriend on an extended trip
  2. I don't have a condition. just curious to see if anything is low or out of order or could be improved. overall energy is fine. some brain fog and occasionally lowish mood/energy but my diet is pretty mixed with a decent amount of junk food and I haven't been exercising lately. maybe it's a bit of a frivolous investment. I wanna see what my testosterone level is as well, maybe try to maximize it. I think I may just do it all to get an idea of my overall health. I think most will come out fine though so probably better just cleaning up diet and doing exercise again. EDIT: Decided to go with comprehensive hormone panel for men, basic general health panel and heavy metal urine testing. if the first two check out and are good I'm gonna move on to doing heavy metal detoxing if the third is off. wanna maximize my energy, mental clarity and creativity. gonna focus on diet and exercise next.
  3. I'm a man in late 20s. I'm gonna drop some cash on getting some lab work done just to make sure everything is in order or if I have any imbalances. This is what I'm looking at Comprehensive Health Check - Men's https://www.healthtestingcenters.com/package/comprehensive-health-check-mens/ this is $1999 and tests a ton of stuff Also gonna get this done Heavy Metal Profile, Urine And finally Cortisol The total for all this is $2350. Is this a rip off? I'm in the US and it would be done through labcorp. Would you say this covers just about everything? Should I get anything else done? I'm mostly curious about testosterone and boosting energy levels!
  4. I would forget worrying about entities. You probably picked this worry up from someone else... lol, kinda like an entity. Not to sound like a dick but have you ever noticed the people in spirituality that seem the most worried and give the most weight to entities never really stand out as the sharpest tool in the shed or seem all that developed. It's just a stage purple way of interpreting reality. There is some truth to it but the more you explore it the more you realize there is little here to worry about.
  5. It may sound counter intuitive and not work for everyone but if you have the cash to burn, a strip club with the right stripper can really boost masculine energy. You will feel like a provider and if she can make you feel good and strong I've noticed this feeling boost my masculine energy some for a time after.
  6. what country are you from? homosexuality is not usually associated with hip hop in the US. a video from an openly gay black hip hop artist hasn't been done before on such a large stage. it's raunchy stage orange stuff but I think still is fine and fun.
  7. I've had a really hard come down on ayahuasca before that just made me feel like total shit and emotionally awful. Guess it's just part of the experience sometimes.
  8. This is pretty big. First time I can think of a black hip hop artist openly displaying and embracing their sexuality as a young gay man. The song isn't really my taste but I support his endeavor. He has been getting a ton of hate from right wingers on twitter
  9. Unfortunately this is accurate. Sociologists have noted how human beings in general aren't very good at acting on threats that aren't immediate. I think it has to do with level of consciousness and still being a bit of an animal that can only run from the tiger in the jungle but when it's not there no thought is given to any possible issues. Basically humanity will have to deal with climate change and build foresight and wisdom from it.
  10. meh, these lists and distinctions are sorta silly. Mother Theresa was incredibly conscious, just cause she wasn't a writer doesn't mean much
  11. From a grand perspective sure this is accurate but it's not really all that helpful for mobilizing the masses to get more conscious about their waste and consumption. This kind of perspective can easily co-opted by some deep stage blue & orange people that will basically say "whatever, if god allows us to consume and pollute the world then it's fine." This line of thinking can really only be truly appreciated once one has gotten to a point of raising their consciousness about the environment.
  12. so you are drinking your piss?
  13. It's an interesting concept but to me it just looks like he was just going off on some sort of mental tangent or play for his own amusement. I can kinda relate to this cause I enjoy sorting and ranking stuff in my free time as a sort of hobby. Really not much more to this than that. It is somewhat accurate from a broad perspective but when you start comparing individuals on the list you start to see how it is mostly bologna.
  14. lol here he is getting body slammed by the big show
  15. these guys always make me feel uncomfortable for the farm animals
  16. what is attractive about men? please put it in layman's terms.
  17. agreed, dated goofy crap for the most part that grifted off a lot of insecure men David Deida - The Way of The Superior Man (book) Mark Manson - Models (book) The Natural Lifestyles (youtube) The Fearless Man (youtube)
  18. I don't necessarily disagree with everything you said but also I see it differently. They are toxic, and I had poor boundaries which I let them cross more than once. I doubt I was entirely innocent in the whole ordeal either. It's a learning experience either way and I'm tired with the whole look inward bs jargon. I do plenty of that consistently. The most authentic thing I can do now from all of this is rant and feel angry cause that is how I feel about the situation. I think in the long term I need to hold to my boundaries better and be a little wiser when I see them slipping. I tend to be pretty lenient cause I like to give people the benefit of the doubt they are on the same page of respect and mindfulness as me but also I don't like neurotically manage stuff like this. I don't like to try to control problems and relationships and I doubt the experience of toxic people ever goes away fully. Relationships can be messy. In the long run I would rather cultivate emotional resilience and wisdom cause it's unavoidable that problems will occasionally arise sometimes between people but being able to handle the storms in a healthy way communicate better and be wiser when signs are showing is always possible.
