Oh ok I see. The article doesn't state exactly what happened besides that he inhaled it so I'm assuming he did a line of it and it was a tremendously huge does and it brought on respiratory failure. -

I did a bit more research and apparently the "toad" secretes not only 5meo but also bufotenin in it's slime. Seems like bufotenin can actually be quite toxic. I've yet to find anything about 5meo itself brining on a death of the body. -
Real cool, be safe

Well... you have recognized the first step and that there is indeed a problem. I'd say when it comes to this it's about trying to be as conscious as possible when it comes to what we consume. Try to buy clothing made in ethical countries. If everyone did this (and could afford to do so) then those countries would find large portions of their citizens out of work so now they have an even bigger problem. I'd say we need to buy from companies that are treating their workforce ethically. I know some clothing manufacturers actually follow through with their oversights. It isn't about perfection but I'd say being my conscious where each dollar goes is a start. I'm in the process of trying to cut out fast food from my diet. I'll get food at a Dunkin Donuts close to me because it is a franchise which is family owned and only employees members of the family that own it. -
No, they are being prepared to be prosecuted... doesn't mean they have been convicted and held accountable for their actions.

well ok, I'll keep an open mind to what you are saying and not write it off but to me it seems you have deluded yourself to a degree and your understanding of non-duality -

your notion didn't state oneness. you stated that only my finite experience is that which exists. I can't change perspective. I am finite and experiencing just what is able to be experienced from my finite perspective at this present moment. I can change perception if that is what you mean. I am no where. -

possibly, it could also be the previous notion you just stated is false. -

I think you have deluded yourself with this notion right here but I'll keep an open mind to what you said. -
Interesting... I like this model. I think intellect and emotion could be combined and energy with physical but the extra distinctions are cool and helpful.

Why does god desire to experience multiple perspectives from multiple finite creatures ? -
I just checked his channel and he did another interview with the alt-right group leader of Turning Point USA. If you told me who his target audience would be now compared to a year ago I would of been shocked.

so "no one" is in control yet there are choices to choose? it's so paradoxical and trippy. just thinking about makes me fall into a mystical state. -
Loving myself fully and unconditionally sometimes feels like it's the hardest thing in the world to do and I am terrified to let go, surrender and dissolve into this love

are you using tinder. I rarely get matches on it and I feel like I have a decent profile. maybe it could be improved I suppose. I guess they want me to buy stuff from them.

yeah he took a 180 and went way down hill during the initial rise of COVID. guess there is more money to be made collaborating with Info Wars and Alex Jones instead of interviewing Sadhguru and Wim Hof. It's a shame cause he had some good guests on in the pasts but I've unsubbed since.

How have your other trips gone? Have you needed someone to help you or keep you from doing anything dangerous while tripping? if not I think you will be fine. Of course do it in a place you feel safe in and is safe. Have a bucket of course and the only thing I'd be a bit worried about is having to get up to use the bathroom, don't wanna fall or knock over a candle. May want to just wear a diaper I've never had the runs on Aya but some people get it apparently. -
They always were for the most part fairly low compared to say anyone doing consciousness work. The practice barely existed before 100 years ago and much of its role was delegated to religion before that and even now in many places. Many people in the field have no clue what they are doing and are just trying to cope like their clients or living unconsciously. Many of the methods they try to achieve emotional mastery through are fairly ineffective, you aren't gonna heal trauma fully through CBT. A conscious therapist is a gift though. They are sporadic like you said but out there, usually in the real big cities there will be a handful.

Watch what you surround yourself with when you start falling unconscious So there is quite a bit of civil unrest right now in the US. It has had me glued to live streams and twitter. It's really great we have this technology today to communicate with each other in ways we couldn't before and share knowledge and information almost instantly. I have found myself falling unconscious however last night. Around 8 years ago I had an online "troll" phase I came out of where I would get into arguments with people online on message boards and reddit. While watching one of the youtube streams last night I found myself unconsciously starting to fall back into this old habit where I was spamming the chat with anti-cop insults to combat the racist comments I was seeing.... I don't like how this feels and I don't think this is a productive way to spend my time helping work on and heal this societal issue. Solution? I pressed the hide button on the chat I'm going to be more mindful during the time when I'm feeling more emotional so I can make more conscious choices instead of falling into negative patterns and behaviors. It's interesting how we pick up energy from the environments we surround ourselves in depending on our level on consciousness. The time to be most mindful of this phenomena is when feeling sad about something.

Hey thanks, yeah I have heard of it and tried it. I've done a couple of those 10 day free retreats taught by those video discourse by Goenka several years back and maintained a daily practice for a little. For me personally I don't find it to be particularly effective but it is a good technique to learn.
