  1. I recently started doing Qigong for energy and it has worked really well for me. I follow this teacher from flowingzen.com and because of the covid situation he is giving away a couple of his courses for free.
  2. @Maxman Jup here you go: https://www.selfhypnosis.com/downloads/ocd-intrusive-thoughts/
  3. You can try the Spinning Technique, which in my experience is very powerful for pain (but you can also use it for pleasure). Below is a video where david the guy who I think came up with it shows how it works with someone else but I'll also explain it here in more detail with one extra step: Close your eyes, relax your eyes fully to the point where you can't open them without putting tension back into them, test them to make sure. Let that relaxation flow from the top of your head down to the bottom of your toes Notice where in your body you feel the pain Keep your eyes closed, point to where you feel it and see it with your inner eye, notice there is a color associated with it. - first color that comes up is the one, don't try and edit it. Physically take the energy out with your hands in front of you, make sure you have it all. Notice it is spinning in a certain direction. If your dealing with pain this is the pain direction, and you want to spin it in the opposite direction, but if you are using this for pleasure this is the pleasure direction and you want to spin it in the same direction. With both hands spin it in the direction that you need it to go, double the spin over and over until you know it is strong enough and it won't stop and than push it back in where you got it from. Feel the effects If necessary repeat step 5-7 until the pain is gone. It is important that you act this out with your body. Pretend that there is this energy in front of you and move your body and hands while you are spinning, the more absorbed you are in the experience the better. Let me know how it goes
  4. I would recommend Brain Lock by Jeffrey M. Schwartz if your looking for a book. I personally fixed my ocd with self hypnosis, which means I listened to a recording I bought online every day for 4 weeks until things started to get a lot better and I fully came back in control, the effects just kept coming after that without even listening to it.
  5. I fixed my severe ocd with self hypnosis. I listened to the track I bought daily or sometimes twice a day for 4 weeks and after that I came back into control, I didn't have to give in any longer! The urge to do it became drastically less and my ability to move on from 'it' improved significantly. If you still have to deal with it I would highly recommend it! The company I used was selfhypnosis.com
  6. You should check out "The Mood Cure" by Julia Ross. In this book Julia has identified 4 different reasons for "mood issues" and different supplements to help you with that. This book helped me 10000 x more then 12 different (heavy) pharmaceuticals my doctors had tried on me, while being clinically depressed for 4 years. This is a big reason I was able to turn my life around. When you start taking them and noticing the effects, it would be a good idea to start improving other areas in your life like getting good sleep every night, eating healthy, start exercising, and meditation.
