Sorry but these are wild speculations..neither you nor I have died yet so its not appropriate to make defentive claims about what's gonna happen after death of the physical body .believe it or not there is no evidence that death is even a real event that's gonna happen in the future . I know this sounds like crazy talk but I'm epistemologically rigours and that's basically the situation with death. Regarding being trapped in a box ...I'm trapped in the body and in this universe .Full stop. Nothing more . If I released myself out of this body and world like astral projection I will probably enter a ethereal realm less dense and gross than this physical material universe . I don't follow. You can only be trapped or prisoned in a finite limited place . Like you are basically trapped inside your body. When you die you will escape the body and become infinite or dissolve into infinity (probably hehe). Since reality is infinite in all directions and dimensions you can't be trapped inside it because you can escape to infinity and beyond. There is always more infinity to escape to . But escaping outside of infinity makes no sense because it is infinite and all-encompassing. I also would say take break from psychedelics. Maybe meditate or do yoga .focus on mundane distractions. Great question 🙋. I would say there are no "shoulds or should nots". If anything..you "should " live spontaneously. Think when you feel like thinking ..be silent when you feel like being silent . It's like anything else in life .. You do not ask when should I eat and when I should sleep on an empty stomach..right? You just do whatever is more appropriate in the moment to do . These days I literally sleep as much as I want..or skip classes in college..hang out on this forum ..playing GTA on my PlayStation 5..eating sometimes healthy greens ...eating sometimes crappy McDonald's etc no premeditated activities. Just do whatever you feel like doing. At first you might think this is going to screw your life ..but if you read me the right way it is going to lead you to your authentic most resonating lifestyle.

Absolutely true . But i think balance is key... I think it depends on what are your "needs" in your life at the moment are. Like if your life is surrounded by noisy toxic people that you are forced to deal with then your life will also be hell .and in this case your needs are to spend some quality time alone or to smoke cannabis . And if you are lonely and have zero social life for a long period of time you start fantasizing about raping people and your mind goes crazy ..the cure is socializing .yin and yang. Balanced.
