@Guru Fat Bastard that's true only to the extend you hold it as true. Which is rather short. -

@Lyubov How to forgive the worst people in society?.... there is no people!. It comes to mind the story of the Buddha when someone spat on his face one day. and he came the next day asking for forgiveness. Buddha said :“Well, why? You didn’t do anything so how can I excuse you? What did you do? What wrong you have done?” The man replied, “Yesterday I spat in your face!" Buddha replied :" That person is not here now. ". This is really a powerful way to look at it. -

There isn't inside the organism an entity that understands stuff and holds this understanding. All smoke in the air. So in fact no body understands anything . Because there is no body home in the first place. #brown bear lol @Shin -
Still craving and still coughing and have some pain in my chest especially when sleeping and after meals. Keep in my mind I used to smoke so intense. 7 packs a week is just too much. I know my lungs are deeply affected. I can't run without losing my breath. So it's gonna take some time to recover from all that.

Free will is a total horseshit . If you pay attention to your experience you will notice that. I like this experiment.. Try to stop your thoughts and movements for just few seconds.. And notice how your body will carry on thinking and moving on its own. It can be a very scary experience. You have zero control over your body. I had a hard time with this realization few months ago. I thought Im losing my mind. -
Just stop watching the garbage. It has the association because it is addiction.

Nothing exists except the stuff that is occurring in your (my) direct experience in the NOW. Existence =NOW. Ideas about here and there.. Now and then and back then.. Up there and down here..themselves must occur NOW for them to be just more concepts occurring again NOW. I like what @Gesundheit said. It's not that there is an absolute static truth about whether "Mars" "exists".. There is no such thing as "Mars".. For all you know mars could be exploding and getting destroyed now.. So it exists at one point and it doesn't exist in the next moment. How about when you are dreaming and completely lost in your dream..mars doesn't exist in the context of your dream world. Just like a flying spaghetti monster does not exist in this world as far as we can tell.. But who knows maybe it exists in some other dimension! You see it's all relative. Identity itself is relative to time and change. Existence itself is relative to a frame of reference and to an observer. So does mars exist? Yes and no without a doubt relative to whatever you imagine this question even "means" lol. But don't go looking for an absolute answer. No idea is absolute. -

"The nothing that you think isn't the nothing I'm talking about" ?. -

LOL. The proplem is you have false assumptions about what consciousness is. Long story short.. It doesn't matter what happens to your body. Even if you annihilate your body with a nuclear weapon.. You won't die. Cuz you were never the body to begin with. Free will lol. The free will question these days just brings me to laughter. -

@The0Self "there is no you" is only half the story. Yes there is no separate self. Which just means there is no self vs other than self. It's all the Self with capital S representing all of existence. -

Not so fast grasshopper. This is just a conditioned Belief of yours. Gotta drop them beliefs bro lol . If you are being honest and observe what's happening.. After this body dies you will find yourself in another body. Your body will go cycling in nature and then eventually it will become a sperm and an egg and boom.. Here you are being born again. In fact this is happening RIGHT NOW. You are everything. And this is not a belief. Even from a physical scientific perspective this is true. Apparently. Lol @VeganAwake ❤️ -

It sucks. Unfortunately there is nothing you can "do". Your body becomes disabled for a short while. You just wait for it to end and try to not panic. The most scary part is if you wake up in a wrong or uncomfortable position. -

Yes! That doesn't contradict what I said. A lie is a lie. -

Reality is infinite and one. It has no source. there is nothing outside of it or before it to source it. How come existence exists? Where did it come from?. It's pretty simple.. It didn't come from anywhere because everywhere is it. It's eternal and infinite . This moment is eternal and uncaused. I don't mean the content of this moment.. I mean the "isness" of this moment. The thing that remains even when you are in deep sleep. It's eternal it didn't come and it won't ever go away. This is God. -

You misunderstood Buddha's teaching. "The root of suffering is unfulfilled desire "? The thing is desire is never really fulfilled. Due to the simple fact of impermanence. It's never enough. A little ain't enough. a lot ain't enough. There will be never such thing as enough. Nothing finite will satisfy you because you are Infinite being. Only infinity can satisfy you. Which is nothing. -
Ofcourse man. I'm just saying in case you are experienced with it. It is definitely not worth it. That's why I'm quitting. And I'm making some good progress.

Dualistic thinking won't ever solve these issues. Life and death are happening in the same place. It's not that life is happening here and death is happening in some other dimension! It's the same dimension. Your alive body is nothing but the product of dead soil and dead corpses. Then your body will turn into ashes again and once again reform a new life. Life and death are identical. This is death. You already died millions of times in the past. And here you are.. Death is life lol tada! You can think of your life as a constant aiming and needing process that avails to nothing in the end. All you are really doing here is babysitting this thing called your body.. And it sure causes a lot of suffering. The only solution is to transcend all that. You are here for two reasons.. To realize all your weaknesses and limitations. And to transcend them and to awaken to your unlimited undisturbed true nature. -
