  1. So do you think that looks or money are all that matters to women ? Yeah sure that plays a role. But it's not the be all end all. Women care more about your personality than your looks . You have to humorous. Confident. Authentic. And all other good masculine traits that a man can have.
  2. Yes its super attractive. but ..I'm gonna be honest with you..the first thing that guys care about in girls is her looks .then comes the personality traits .which is I guess the opposite for women Generally..men are more humorous than women in any case
  3. @Knowledge Hoarder so are you implying that Leo doesn't have a life?
  4. No it is .jus because you didn't suffer suicidal thoughts before doesn't mean others aren't. When and if you experience it yourself you will have a better frame of reference .
  5. I sympathise with you, my dear ! And I agree its not just about the suicidal thoughts .it manifest as a psychological shock and maybe even physical effects like when people experience panic attacks. I've been there myself before ..so I know what I'm talking about. No matter how much pain you’re experiencing right now, you’re not alone. Many of us have had suicidal thoughts at some point in our lives. Feeling suicidal is not a character defect, and it doesn’t mean that you are crazy, or weak, or flawed. It only means that you have more pain than you can cope with right now. But with time and support, you can overcome your problems and the pain and suicidal feelings will pass. Some of the finest, most admired, needed, and talented people have been where you are now. Many of us have thought about taking our own lives when we’ve felt overwhelmed by depression and devoid of all hope. But the pain of depression can be treated and hope can be renewed. No matter what your situation, there are people who need you, places where you can make a difference, and experiences that can remind you that life is worth living. It takes real courage to face death and step back from the brink. You can use that courage to face life, to learn coping skills for overcoming depression, and for finding the strength to keep going. Remember: Your emotions are not fixed—they are constantly changing. How you feel today may not be the same as how you felt yesterday or how you’ll feel tomorrow or next week. Your absence would create grief and anguish in the lives of friends and loved ones. There are many things you can still accomplish in your life. There are sights, sounds, and experiences in life that have the ability to delight and lift you—and that you would miss. Your ability to experience pleasurable emotions is equal to your ability to experience distressing emotions.
  6. What is not what ?
  7. @ZGROPIUS @Preety_India The thing about suicide is that it starts as a thought .with meditation and mindfulness we can observe the thoughts and be detached from it . You don’t need to act on your thoughts right now. The option of taking your own life isn’t going to go away. You can make this decision tomorrow, next week or next month if you still want to. Try to focus on just getting through today and not the rest of your life. You may have had these thoughts before, but you feel less able to cope today. You might find that you are more able to cope in a few days.
  8. Life is short . 60-80 years maximum. Each year is 12 months .each month is 30 days . Its really short and fleeting . You don't want to face your death with tons of regret. You don't want to wish in your death bed that you could have done things better . What is worthwhile to waste your time with ? Some people only care about acquiring pleasures and possessions...but when you die you will see that for all that time you were chasing a mirage. I say..make your entire life revolve around two things : 1 discovering the truth.the ultimate truth 2l living your dream life.the best life possible.
  9. You are on the right track bro I think ?
  10. Why ?what's so special about this statement?
  11. OK thanks. I will check them out and see if it has decent information.
  12. What is an example of "high quality " way to masturbate.? Does it involve porn ? Is all porn equally good or equally bad or there is different in geners ?
  13. I welcome all positive constructive criticism. But please no need to insult each other .its not good
  14. No worries if you disagree. But why the insult?
  15. @Thought Art you are confusing me . I have no idea what the heck are you talking about. You are all over the place . Just give a definitive answer..is porn healthy? Is masturbation healthy? Yes or no ? Do you make a distinction between doing it in a moderate conscious way and being addicted to it and abusing it ?
  16. It's obvious what that has to do with what you said. You said masturbation Is not bad and we shouldn't shame ourselves if we do it . Now I disagree with that from my personal experience it can cause a lot of damage to your sexual energy . Especially porn .porn is realy the big demon. The problem is of course no one nowadays fap without watching porn .and it's proven clinically that it's addictive and might cause ED . But in any case..I'm not saying In this thread here that you should never masturbate ..I'm simply saying there are ways to do it which are healthy and some ways are not .
  17. @Thought Art do you know that excessive masturbation especially to porn cam cause erectile dysfunction?
  18. Chill guys. This thread is just for the giggles . Stop taking everything seriously goddammit.
  19. The problem is you are scared shitless of the unknown. Death is no joke .its the one most thing you fear.
  20. Our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are all linked, so our thoughts impact how we feel and act. So, although we all have unhelpful thoughts from time to time, it’s important to know what to do when they appear so we don’t let them change the course of our day. Therapy can often be helpful for changing negative thoughts, but you can also learn how to change your thought patterns. Mindfulness has its roots in meditation. It is the practice of detaching yourself from your thoughts and emotions and viewing them as an outside observer. Practicing mindfulness can help you become more conscious of your thoughts and build greater self-awareness. Mindfulness sets out to change your relationship to your thoughts. Try viewing your thoughts and feelings as objects floating past you that you can stop and observe or let pass you by.
  21. Is it gonna be OK at the end ? What's God's most merciful and loving reward that he chose for us ? I'm trying to believe that there is heaven and hell after death . Not reincarnation. If we do good and follow our heart we shall enter paradise in the afterlife but if we be sinful and evil people we shall burn ? for eternity in hell. But I would like to believe that God's mercy is total .he is infinitely good and loving .eventually, even the sinful people will enter heaven . That the final destination awaiting all of God's creation is infinite goodness. Forever .
  22. I am sure of my position. Doubtless, death is a loss. It deprives us of experiences and milestones, of time spent with our spouse and children. In short, it deprives us of all the things we value. But here is a simple truth that many of us seem to resist: living too long is also a loss. It renders many of us, if not disabled, then faltering and declining, a state that may not be worse than death but is nonetheless deprived. It robs us of our creativity and ability to contribute to work, society, the world. It transforms how people experience us, relate to us, and, most important, remember us. We are no longer remembered as vibrant and engaged but as feeble, ineffectual, even pathetic.
  23. It might be something in the subconscious mind . Doesn't manifest consciously. He also said the idea that men were affected by their inability to bear children, calling it ‘womb envy’. H36 explained that men felt envious of the ‘biological functions of the female sex’ (like breastfeeding, pregnancy), calling it ‘males striving for achievemen . Horney reasoned that Freud’s theory of penis envy made more sense when it was taken as a metaphor; penis envy was a symbolic longing for the social prestige and position that men experience. Thus, women felt inferior because of the freedom and social status they lacked because of their gender, not because of their literal lack of the penis.
