I recently had a conversation with someone who is further along the path than I and has healed himself. He said the plant medicines were a big factor in his healing. He also confirmed what I have discovered from my own path: establish a relationship with the plant teacher, and it is between you and the plant medicine. You don’t need or want anyone external to you giving you interpretations. They are always misleading.

I'm not sure what orange dating is, but I recently had a 25 year old woman ask if she could be my friend after I told her about the "inner child". Women are very open to spiritual concepts if you explain it in a way that can be understood.

If you want a serious relationship, she could be a great girlfriend. If you are interested, one thing you could do is test her. Don’t go on dates. Do activities that don’t require any money. See if she is still interested in you.

I was in an a small group led by Brad Blanton many years ago. Radical honesty is the way to go in a relationship, but it is difficult for most people to actually do.

Approach a lot of women and keep a journal. Do this like a scientist. Gather data and notice your feelings. Experiment with your behavior. Eliminate supplication. Again, cut out the behavior that leads to undesirable results. Don’t listen to all the negative stuff on the Internet. It will tie you up in knots for years. The Internet is a toilet where people dump their shit.

If someone is trying to shame you, it is your choice whether you want to participate in his game. You can bite the apple or kick him to the curb.

Mushrooms are healing me. I did two Niños Santos ceremonies in Mexico. In the ceremonies, I processed huge amounts of trauma through crying and the mystical visions radically shifted my perspective. The changes have been happening each day after the ceremony. It´s like every day is a work of art with new obstacles provided by the universe to push me forward and strange synchronicities. I now view the ordinary living of life as the highest practice of spirituality. Mushrooms grow in shit. But they turn the shit into beauty. They are the holy children. They teach us that our tragedies and sorrows are the source of our joy.

I stopped listening to Shunyamurti. I actually read his book “The Transformational Imperative”. He has created a grand narrative by mixing a lot of different theories including the psychobabble of Lacan. His system reminds me of Scientology – you have to ascend levels of word salad (called knowledge) in order to reach enlightenment. Theory keeps you perpetually trapped in the spinning left brain. I am gravitating to simpler methods. Being nice to my neighbor is now more valuable to me than studying theories. Reclaim your power and be your own guru.

The problem is that people in politics are motivated by anger and that affects their policies and behavior, like shaming people, cancel culturing people, creating victim narratives, etc. A high consciousness approach would be to create environments where people can heal and connect with each other. That is how to overcome our surface differences.

I stopped listening to my walkman while walking in the park. Now, I practice mindfulness, focusing my attention on sights, sounds, my walking, practicing shifts of attention, etc. The other thing I do is I talk to strangers. I have found that while most people are in their heads or looking at their phones, there are always a few people that are aware and open for contact. You can smile at them, stop and have a conversation. You find aware people by doing this.

A single dose of 5-meo permanently demolished materialism for me. Then in the next year, my experiences and contemplation served to strengthen and reinforce my shift in perception. Also, I wasn't seeking this out. It was unexpected.

I recently had a long conversation with two young women at a San Pedro ceremony, and their issue is that they wanted to find out how to love themselves. They were also tired of putting on the false mask and wanted friendships where they could be authentic. If you want to understand women, just talk to them in an authentic way. But you have to do it in person.

I am struck by the similarity between God and UFOs. The obvious question that skeptics ask is, if God exists why doesn’t he just reveal himself? The same with UFOs. If the aliens exist then why don’t they just reveal themselves? The whole issue could be resolved tomorrow. Maybe the answer comes from searching within rather than looking externally. You find God by looking inwards to your essence. Maybe the aliens are also within you. But we tend to search for evidence in what we perceive as external to us. It does matter because we are talking about unknown objects moving in the sky. It also raises an interesting question. Many of these UFOs have been reported moving rapidly in the earth’s atmosphere. Wouldn’t this create sonic booms or at least a loud noise?

I use to love UFOs when I was 8 years old. One book I bought said they were hiding in the center of the earth. I would also create my own UFOs - I would construct a ring out of straws, put a few candles on the ring and attach it to the bottom of a plastic bag creating a hot air balloon. There are several different interpretations. It was a spiritual system, but a psychological version was introduced into the West by Claudio Naranjo. Oscar Ichazo claimed that you can’t find your correct enneagram type by doing your own diagnosis from a book. The reason is that your ego, which is distorted, is trying to diagnose itself, and will always be in error. I once did a mushroom trip with mushrooms handpicked in nature by the Mazatecs (los niños santos). It was more powerful than Ayahuasca without any body load. The Shaman explained to me that a lot of the problems with mushroom experiences is that the mushrooms aren’t pure. Growers may create hybrids and mix mushroom types that are not compatible.
