I have been looking for spiritual tour groups that visit holy places but haven't found anything good yet. I think that would be the most efficient way to use the resources and time. If you aren't in to spirituality, than India is a waste of time. The other thing is the brutal trip from the USA, all the flights seem to take about 30 hours to get there.

Several years ago a group of Haitian workers were kicked out of Brazil for some reason and they all showed up in Tijuana to apply for asylum in the United States.
