  1. I'm tired of these Tiki torch Americans with their longbows and peacock feathers, where are the cowboys?
  2. Cholesterol: around 900mg entirely from eggs (4) I eat 3 times a week, the rest of the week I get none as I don't eat any meat or anything animal related. I would Implement lean chicken or turkey but I can't find it organic. I get plenty of fiber though about 60-70g everyday which is 170% over my recommended Intake which should help absorb the cholesterol? Saturated fats and trans-fats: saturated fats are around 9-15.4g per day, trans fats 0.1g, nothing of concern I guess Sugar: sugar is around 50-61g and It's really Impossible to control, I don't eat any sugary foods but IT adds up gram by gram when you're trying to eat 2300 calories per day. Bananas, chickpeas, sweet potatoes, quinoa, kiwi fruit add the most sugar, everything else is within 2-3 grams per food. Starch: I don't know anything about starch but It's within 113-144g per day. Even if you're not including these grains and only eat vegetables, 1 banana and you're done, 2-3 beets and you're done, 1 apple and you're over the recommended. It's either don't eat any calories or eat shit loads of (not added) sugar. I calculated these values based on chronometer feedback, values might differ in real life. I max out on every single nutrient besides D which is 0% and b12 is 0% when I'm not eating any eggs, calcium is also a bitch to get because I don't eat any dairy and I mostly get it from chia seeds and almonds
  3. To me It makes sense that the ability to get bored is heavily tied with someone's personality, so If I was a 18 year old teenager with no job straight out of high school who's personality is also prone to almost chronic levels of boredom. Would awakening just completely flip my boredom upside down? In other words change my personality. So there's a clearer question you should be asking yourself, does awakening have the ability to change my personality by 360 degrees? I don't know what awakening is nor am I interested in answering this for myself.
  4. You can't just claim the most confusing person on the forum award for yourself, there are others like @Schizophonia who are worthy of such benevolent accomplishments. But seriously, saying that you are the most confusing person on the forum is confusing all by itself, like what does that even mean? Confusing is barely ever a character trait I assign to someone.
  5. The magic of Europe, very exciting.
  6. I'm experimenting, I blended 50g of oats today and I didn't feel bad. I have really bad sleep because of work so I never know If It's the oats or something else. I'll continue to do 50g for weight gain purposes, blending oats is definitely better for me.
  7. Leo has previously mentioned that all packaged foods are processed foods, but how do you tell a food is organic If it's not shown on the packaging?
  8. Do you really need a book? just hammer at something for months and years and become the best at it. Procrastination, I call it.
  9. Reminds me of one those popular YT intro's nowadays, "Only a small percentage of people who watch my videos are actually subscribed, so if you haven't subscribed, make sure you subscribe"
  10. Now that I think about it I'll quit oatmeal too, It looks way too dead of a food. Its taste reminds me of the smell of mixtures my grandfather fed pigs with. I believe that most healthy diets can be made Instinctually, and my Instinct is telling me that I don't want to eat oatmeal everyday.
  11. That's why I blend my oatmeal with fruit and protein powder, I had some bad reactions to it when I was eating it In It's raw form.
  12. Season it Sprinkle a bit of sugar over her clit
  13. Pro tip: Don't wear headphones/earphones outside of your house, not even in boring and long public transport. People will automatically drown you out, even on the street. You won't get as many spontaneous interactions or looks of interest. All technology use is unsurprisingly Interaction killing.
  14. Dude why do you allow yourself to be so bias for this one random bald guy you see on the Internet It just doesn't make sense, finding all the ways you can defend him on this forum like you're his digital attorney.
  15. Cracker Island by Gorillaz just for the Irony of being a cracker on an deserted Island, It's also pretty decent.
  16. +1 on this as I also consume vivo life daily Nobody in their right mind would actually eat 100 grams of protein powder a day so It's not really going to be 61mcg. If you need protein you should consider eggs, chicken, turkey, tempeh and lentils or protein powerhouses like edamame pasta
  17. What I love about him is his acknowledgement and focus on mercury and heavy metals in our environment and food, he does have some interesting and odd ball takes like wifi radiation causing cancer, bit questionable.
  18. Go suck on a snail integral my list is better than yours I would also like to add Sadhguru, Richard feynman, and Xi Jinping to my Mini Cooper bus while I'm at it
  19. Fixed it for ya I'd like to go on a road trip across Japan with Steve Jobs, Einstein, and Genghis Khan in a Mini Cooper, I would drive.
  20. These two keep coming up, whether It's ice cream, coconut milk or yogurt. Xanthan gum E435 (Polyoxyethylene (20) sorbitan monostearate) Are these chemicals problematic?
  21. Also a bias for exercise with high energy but personally I haven't gained any weight since I stopped moving around. But I was naturally walking a few kilometres everyday without thinking about it (prior to getting a job). But even today when I go on a trip e.i Paris I don't take the metro a lot even though I should, I walked 20 kilometres everyday for 7 days without eating much, came home and my dick couldn't get hard at all, completely excused myself without realising.
  22. I think that many skinny people just forget about food, have a distaste for meat & oily foods and feeling stuffed.
