Well, OP can correct me if I'm wrong, but it's not about doing things to make people hate you more, but its more like a shift in mindset. You go from "how can I get this person to like me" to "lets see how much this person ends up hating me". So now, instead of manipulating people by hiding your personal beliefs and values so that they like you, you don't care about that more, and instead you're trying to see how much hate being authentic gets you. It might seem extreme, but tbh I think an extreme shift is needed because social anxiety is an extreme thing. I've never even tried it yet so we'll see. It's a similar concept to getting yourself purposefully rejected in order to get over your fear of it, but in this case it's purposefully not pandering to what other people like for the sake of them liking you. This is interesting, I never thought about how parents could affect social life like that, but it definitely checks out in my case. My parents are definitely like that.

Interesting, i'll try it lol

Only thing I know for sure is no-fap. The increase stops at about day 10 IME. Exercise is also a decent boost. These are good. If you are too stressed or malnourished it will kill your libido.

You can enter some very weird states of consciousness through sleep. I think depending on how you adjust your sleep schedule you can tune into some radically different realms or states of consciousness. Maybe shitty sleep schedules are the gateway to some dimension of demonic entities, which is what we would call sleep paralysis. If I remember correctly, it is also recommended that you adjust your sleep schedule if you want to enter astral projection as well. I also have a theory that the astral realm and the sleep paralysis realm are connected if not the same. I remember reading an account of someone who entered an astral projection and then saw their own physical body on their bed and then entered into it, and once they entered back into their own body they were in sleep paralysis. Maybe sleep paralysis is just a version of astral projection where you're still stuck in your body. -

I was able to enter sleep paralysis with like an 80% success rate if I made sure to make my sleep schedule a certain way. If you have a really awkward or bad sleep schedule you will probably get it, otherwise it's not really a problem. It seems to only ever occur if you are stressed or have a shitty sleep schedule, so in general I get the feeling it is not something positive. -

I've had it happen a few times before. The time will change way too fast. I'll wait about 10 seconds and it will already be 5 minutes after. Haven't figured out what it means but it's pretty cool I guess. -

Have you experienced being unconscious? How is such a thing experienced? -
Something that helped me a lot is realizing deeply that a lot of your social worries are just projections. It's something you are literally imagining right now, you are imagining that other people are currently perceiving you a certain way, as if that way of perception is something set in stone. For example, someone could say something you perceive as weird, but then everyone else who perceived that didn't think it was weird at all and actually thought it was an appropriate thing to say. You are actually just projecting your own social fears onto what someone else said, and then doing that to yourself as well. This was true in my case at least, whenever someone else said something that I personally believed to be socially inept, I would be surprised to see that no one else really seemed to perceive it that way. I'm sure the same is true for you. This is a pretty deep problem, because you are actually imagining yourself taking someone else's perspective, and then also at the same time convincing yourself that they are thinking badly of you. You are basically taking responsibility for other people's projections of you. That's their problem, not yours. Next time you send a text or something that causes you anxiety, just realize that the reason you're feeling fear is because you've projected something onto what you've said that doesn't really match reality. There is no fear or anxiety outside the realm of thoughts and projections. So just make sure to notice that and detach yourself from the fantasies of your mind.

It is a very direct and practical pointer. It goes to the root of how new realizations are made. It is simple and it does a good job of conveying lots of complexity in one sentence. You could probably contemplate this one sentence and reach multiple branches of realizations just from doing that. These psychedelic entities are apparently really good at giving succinct pointers like this. Terence McKenna had one tell him "If you don't have a plan, you become part of someone else's plan." -
I'm not sure where you're downloading from, but part 2 and 3 are up on Youtube

That's a good one -
I probably would not take such a thing unless there is some serious extensive research done before, and even then I would be reluctant. A magic pill to addiction that messes with dopamine receptors? Red flag IMO. There are equal costs and benefits to everything. You really have to weigh out your situation here. How bad is your addiction, is it really worth the risk? I'm reminded of people who take SSRIs and then get indefinite anhedonia after. You're messing with something we still don't fully understand.

You can even achieve prostate orgasm externally by massaging the perineum. Hard to get the hang of, but possible, and easy when you do get the hang of it. I've done it. Prostate feels way better imo

When you look at the Mona Lisa, you distinguish Mona Lisa from the background and label her as a "human" and the things behind her as a "background", even though the painting and everything inside it is actually one thing. You project that distinction onto it. Now apply that to reality. -

I never intellectualized it in such a non-dual way, but shower water does make me hard if I angle it properly. Interesting, maybe there is something to be learned regarding sexuality. -

The same exact method also applies to sleep paralysis, you can focus on your thoughts and imagine yourself "entering" them and it will throw you into a lucid dream from the sleep paralysis state. -

Just cause someone thinks what they are doing is good doesn't mean it isn't selfish. You can practice corruption without being aware of it, that's usually what happens. In order to be corrupt you have to first fool yourself into thinking that you're not corrupt and that whatever you're doing is justified. You bring up a good point about perspectives. Maybe the lawmakers believe their laws to be just, and the vigilante believes their laws to be unfair and corrupt. In either case, both parties believe the other to be corrupt. But also, just cause you think someone is corrupt or selfish doesn't mean they actually are. The idea that someone else is corrupt could simply be an excuse for you to practice your own corruption on them, which could be the case here from either party.
-
Corruption is when someone or something perpetuates selfishness. There is also the second definition, which is about something being destroyed or changed from its original state, such as a computer file being corrupted. But, I don't think you're asking about that one.
