  1. Damn...this sounds really powerful! Im gonna do this myself. Thank you.
  2. Great list! Following the topic. Comfort is what I struggle with the most. Wherever I go, whatever I do... it is EVERYWHERE. The cruel irony is you think that you are comfortable but you are actually NOT. You are just avoiding shit. Like David Goggins says; "The more I tried to be comfortable, the more uncomfortable I got." Feels like an uphill battle always. Anyway, yeah... seeking comfort, not pushing hard enough, avoiding negative emotions.
  3. Enjoyed the vid! Thanks man Been meditating for 2+years myself and recently upped my meditation from 30mins a day to 1 hour a day. Trying it for 3 months but I think I'll keep it because really gotten used to 30 mins and it goes by super fast and so want more
  4. As we all know, doing personal investigation into matters is really, really, really important. Acquiring the right knowledge and the understanding or failing to do so can be the difference between success or failure in whatever we set out to do. So how do you research things? Do you have a system? Where do you go and what do you do when you wanna know more about stuff? Sure googling and youtubeing is a good start but me personally, I want to develop a system to do it more efficiently..to get to the most high quality sources in minimum time. I just want to get better at researching stuff basically and I think it would be beneficial for everyone if we all learned to do this better.
  5. Been wanting to read/listen to this a lot. Thank you!
  6. Yeah agreed! Really enjoyed reading through the way people described their life purpose. What are your guys' life purpose? Im curious.
  7. @WonderSeeker Maaann.... I dont know what the fuck happened so I can't answer that question but im jealous. You have only been meditating for 9 weeks and got this really cool "experience" whatever that was. I, on the other hand have been meditating for a few years now but haven't experienced something even remotely close to that. So if you are serious about meditation and enlightenment and whatnot, be glad and grateful that you experienced it
  8. @Dumuzzi Damn.... this really sounds like serious stuff. Been meditating for a few years myself, 30 mins a day, now upped it to 1 hour per day. Really love it and wanna keep doing it. Also, very interested in mystical experiences and enlightenment. What steps would you suggest that I take so im not "caught unprepared" so to say? How common is the kundalini awakening anyway? Can you awaken it by just regular meditation even though you are not "trying to experience a kundalini awakening"?
  9. @Dumuzzi What are those side effects? What is kundalini? Have you experienced them?
  10. Im new to spirituality but this video was awesome as hell! Thank you!
  11. Haha will do. Interested to try this one out. Thanks!
  12. @Moment What's that secret mantra from the master if you dont mind sharing? Would rather try it out with that
  13. @Moment Never done that type of meditation. Any good source on how to start?
  14. Very intriguing... I would like to know what that was also if anybody knows. What kind of meditation do you do? And how many mins per day? I have been doing the do nothing meditation 30 mins daily for a few years now but recently upped it to 1 hour daily total by adding another 30 min labelling meditation. I have only had 2 "weird experiences" while meditating though.. Once... I heard multiple like 5-7 different voices at the same time while meditating... which freaked me the fuck out and I stopped meditation. And the second time... which happened a few months back, was a really pleasurable kind of pressure and vibration feeling on my back and everytime i breathed in and out I had consistent goosebumps...it felt really powerful.. in a good way. I REALLY want "weird and/or mystical" experiences right now though.. Hell.. I'll take even scary ones haha. I really wanna have one of those "small awakenings" everybody is talking about. It doesn't matter how small it is. Hope its on the way
  15. Interesting... im definitely going to watch it. I would consider myself a "noob" regarding these subjects so.. should I go 4-3-2-1 as you suggested?
  16. @kag101 Your signature is really inspiring! Noted it down.

  20. Hey guys, after watching Leo's videos about neuroticism and victim mindset and doing the exercises and analyzing what is wrong with my life, I concluded that I have a huge problem with having a victim mindset and neuroticism in general. Even though I am aware that I am %100 responsible for all the things in my life and how my life unfolds... in daily life, (even though I have many healthy habits like meditation, daily reading, exercise, visualization, concentration, journaling) I basically never leave my house... dont have a job..never have (im 27).. have very few friends... have a compulsive need for comfort and to be comfortable.. have lots of fears that really limit my life, have recurring defeating thoughts like that I would "fail to do even the simplest of things and chores because I am stupid and a failure"and I avoid negative emotions like crazy... deduced the core reason for nearly all of my neurosis to basically trying to avoid negative emotions... dont know why. Maybe because I have a belief that "I dont know what to do with these "bad emotions"" or " I cant handle them" which becomes a self fulfilling prophechy of course because if you have these beliefs you are subconsciously gonna avoid the "bad feelings" and even when they arise because of this defeatist attitude, how am I gonna learn how to deal with them right? So.. I could really use some sources, videos, books on how to overcome this problem. Anyway, sorry for the really messy post. TLDR: guy with victim mentality, lots of neurosis and disfunctional life looking to get rid of them. Could use videos, books, any kind of sources on this. Thank you
  21. @PenguinPablo thank you for the awesome response. A big part of my problem is also (part of the compulsive comfort need) is to try and find easy ways/solutions to fix shit. Sure working smart is important but the bottom line is you gotta do the work. So, just shutting the fuck up and buckling down and doing the work may not be the fancy or easy option... but it is the sure fire way to deal with them. Courage, hard work, discipline and ability to overcome resistance/prioritizing growth. With these things in place..success is inevitable imo. They are hard as hell to cultivate but goddamn they are so powerful.
  22. @Sleyker Really excited to watch them thanks man!
