  2. Leo gives here the all the components of self actualization, which will be in different order for people a list of the components: a deep need for growth taking 100% responsibility for your life discriminating reality from appearance massive self education discovering the truth discovering how reality actually work Embodying the theory, education, and conceptual understanding epistemic and metaphysical questioning glimpsing the absolute getting this absolute truth to penetrate into all aspects of your life embodying the absolute Growth raising the quality of your consciousness Unconditional love The ability or capacity to have unconditional love in all situations with all people and with yourself Self acceptance This means that you accept yourself whether you have external success or not, in all situations, internal and external You accept yourself no matter what your external circumstance is Detachment Detachment means detaching yourself from All experience All thoughts All emotions All actions Being The capacity to simply Be versus doing or having Developing the capacity for observation Watch out for all of your self deceptive mental tendencies and your self biases, the self agenda A sub-component of observation is developing mindfulness Undermining selfish impulsesRestrict yourself and all of your lower consciousness tendencies and desires Ultimately purging and weeding those out Honesty Surrendering control and giving up manipulation Facing hard truths Identifying fear barriers and your characteristic defense mechanisms and letting them go Raising the quality of your motivations and desires Change the way you motivate yourself to a positive motivation and desire high consciousness stuff Becoming a creator Finding and living your life purpose Reconciling evil, suffering and ignorance Understand what evil, ignorance and suffering really is Once you see those things deeply within yourself, you are not going to criticize anybody again Pursuing big picture understanding Transitioning from the left brain to the right brain Creating a satvic lifestyle Satvic means living a sober sort of lifestyle Become addiction free Undoing social conditioning Overcome childhood programming Question social conditioning a lot Non-manipulative relating Become very honest with yourself about how much you manipulate other people in your relationships Recognize how you are relating in a manipulative manner Becoming strategic, decisive, proactive and visionary A deep recognition that this growth takes serious work Build your infrastructure for self actualization Set the right environment for you So you have the resources and things that will enable you rather than hinder you to accomplish all the components here

  5. the first exercise in the book of not knowing is emptying your cup the first part of the exercise is "Go through everything you believe or hold to be true. As best you can, bring to mind all that you know. Everything that comes up for you that you consider true, or assume is true, ask yourself whether you have actually experienced it or if you just believe it." so i came up with beliefs and assumptions and asked myself if i had exprienced it I believe that the holocaust happened Did I actually experienced it? No I believe that my uncles build my bed and a table and other stuff in my room Did I actually experienced it? No I believe in god and a lot of spiritual stuff I hadn't experienced I believe that I'm not adopted and that my parents are my biological parents Did I actually experienced it? No Did I experienced that I'm adopted? No I believe that my sister works at the bank Did I actually experienced it? No, I never seen her work there I believe that some of my uncles are carpenters Did I actually experienced it? No I never seen them work or build anything but then i had a question: But what would be an experience of the truth of those things? For the holocaust would it mean actually being there and seeing it happen? For my uncles building my furniture would it mean to actually see them build what I thought they build? For thinking that my parents are my biological parents would it mean having and seeing a positive test of DNA? For thinking that my sister works at the bank would it mean to actually see her work there? so thats the question of this thread
  6. you mean the hundred million dollar question, i have answers to the question but i have to save money to do those things
  7. What would be a relevant rare and valuable skill in spirituality?
