I think it's too much to ask for. He has so many talents already. I guess somebody could take some of his work and bring it little bit further. A person with special talents who can sell that stuff to other audiences.

Let's make it simpler make your own thought experiment: Under what circumstances would you give a murderer 20 years and under what circumstances 5 years?

That is obvious but you can still give an answer. You can say if you are in Paris I would guess I would go over New York or Miami. I would not go over Los Angeles. You could say for a guy who planned and killed his wife I guess I would give 20 years. The drunk driver I would give 5 years.

Relax you act very dual today

Time to check the old philosophers. Let's start with epicurus. Here fresh from YT: A lot of propaganda is made about this philosophy. I find it the most down to earth philosophy you can get. It's very practical. In general it is a simple philosophy but to use it in your life is sometimes not so easy of course. First of all everybody kind of is against you because they want to integrate you in their collectives. So you become the "comrade" the "brother" in arms fighting the evil. When you say no you get into trouble. Second, you get horny or lonely and do a lot of dumb stuff. So you do irreversible things and have to pay for it like a slave.

Identifying and being obsessed with things or thoughts could be seen as a form of mental illness. In your daily life you are doing dumb things all the time. Why do we do dumb things all the time? Maybe because we could not think healthy at that time? So when you have an ideology that is basically doing or thinking dumb things on a greater scale you are doing or thinking very unhealthy. Can't this be described as delusional or mental illness? Couldn't be this a legit perspective?

It makes sense for me. If I put the murderer in prison for his whole life that could be too much. Let's say you have the opionion it's too much. So at least with this perspective you could say this guy is discriminated because he is a criminal. People discriminate criminals so they put them in prison TOO LONG. This is DISCRIMINATION. A fair treatment would be 15 years. You can have this perspective and it makes sense doesn't mean you can't have a different perspectiv to it. So how long would be fair and would not constitute discrimination?

I asked "how much of X constitutes discrimination". I did not ask what constitutes discrimination?

So how much money should a lazy person get so he is not discriminated? How high should a guy who is working 20 hours a day should get taxed so he is not discriminated? How beautiful sexpartner should a deformed person get so he is not discriminated. How much freedom should someone get when he murdered many people so he does not discriminated?

What's wrong with that?

He sounds like the right wing guys who talk about fee speech. Free to have weapons. Free of taxes. Free of some people disturbing the peace. If things would be that easy.
