TheSelf replied to Raze's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Leo Gura Why God wants to maintain the illusion at all cost and trick you with all his intelligent power? why can't God make this whole thing a little more loose, so that it could be easier to awaken? what I'm wondering is why God is so serious about the game? -

So did you gain knowledge about that object which you became one with in any of your successful attempts? -

TheSelf replied to Fran11's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Fran11 I've got no problem shifting my awareness to different parts of my body but there's always tiny percentages remains in other areas no matter how deep I go in my meditation, I can't fully stop feeling other parts. btw have you had any success at stage 3? -

Very interesting, it's really peculiar and unbelievable how those simple movements can perform such a powerful job on energies. interesting, Sadhguru also said in one of his videos that when your energy reached a certain peak which your body no longer can handle it'll leave the body if you don't know all the the necessary tricks to keep it contained in the body. btw is that immortal body different than the energy body? -

Yes I can second that, it increases the energy for me also, but I enjoy that stillness when I totally drop all bodily activities including regulation of my breath, when my body is in a very still mode spine erect, I get a very clear almost thought free mental state which leads to significantly better imagination power and connection and control over my energy. I definitely feel my breath goes subtler when I'm deep in my meditations it's like you feel you are just doing the act of breathing and the amount of air you breath decreases. but still I cant consider it breathless state since still it's not hundred percent totally internalized. I've heard about yogis who can remain in breathless state for hours like they literally breath zero oxygen for hours, this they consider a significant achievement. btw I know very little about it, do you think it's something we should go for or what's so significant about totally internalizing the breath? I've done it very few times honestly, a little bit challenging for me, what's your experience with it? -

That means that after energy developed to a certain level which it flows automatically in your body specially in your spine, you no longer need the breath for energy work? -

TheSelf replied to GreenWoods's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@GreenWoods but the question is if you can bring energy and energize the body and the spine mentally without the help of your breath do you still need to bother with your breath? If I can just lay down in my couch and let the energy do whatever it wants to do (usually it intensifies in my spine and crown and anja chakra) or chanelize it or got the ability to receive it from outer space to your body directly and not necessarily through breathing why I still need to master the breath? When I'm working with my energy I really don't like to regulate my breath at the same time,I like to breath naturally and just calmly focus on whatever that I'm doing. But from the information I've shared from yogananda website it seems like its a very important achievement. What's your thoughts on this? -

I'm doing Kriya for about a year, and my energy body got a lot stronger and developed, I need some technical informations about potency of Qi-gong. I need to know the technical reasons why Qi-gong would probably be more potent and beneficial for me. So if you can recommend a book or something I'd appreciate! -

TheSelf replied to GreenWoods's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@TheDao I still think Kriya and Kundalini yoga is much more potent than Qi-gong Can you please share a little technical informations like above about how Qi-gong works in general? -

Some interesting information about potency of Kriya Yoga practices from yogananda website: The Kriya Yoga meditation techniques of pranayama, life-force control that transmutes breath into subtle lifetronic energy, bring positive realization that the composition of the body is pure cosmic energy. In the adept practice of Kriya, the body is oxygenated and its atoms etherealized until it becomes light as a feather. Man has no idea how much power comes into the body when he has mastered the mystery of the breath. Kriya practice brings a regulated, continuous inflow of oxygen into the body, the atoms of which, by the process of pranayama, are transmuted into life force, reinforcing the subtle currents in the spine, which in turn awaken the astral cerebrospinal centers and spiritualize the entire body. After years of successful practice, the body of the advanced Kriya Yogi becomes so spiritualized that in exalted states he can hardly feel it touch the ground. The suffusion of life force becomes so powerful that the whole body loses its delusive solidity and actually levitates. I can testify to that from my own experience. But the beginner should not expect to jump weightless tomorrow! Modern man is accustomed to getting results quickly; his industry and technology manufactures products so rapidly that he thinks there should be a convenience package of concise spiritual progress as well. A presumption of instant spiritual achievement is perhaps more than a bit audacious considering the innumerable lifetimes already spent in making oneself an unspiritual being. Even a lifelong practice is little to be required. Nevertheless, the Kriya Yoga science and art of meditation are not drudgery, because gradual transforming results are felt from the very beginning. Consciousness is experiencing everything at the same time in the NOW, past and future is result of his imagination. -

There's no time, the world is already ended via Mahasamadhi. -
Ps: Added the second video. The second video is also about Vedanta. see from 2:50. What do you think?

I feel my energy in bone level, in my hands literally the energy pulses deep in my bones is this sexual energy? It wasn't like this a while ago, it was in skin level, simple buzzing, nothing deep. Is Tao same as Qi-gong? Any resources do you recommend to learn about Qi-gong? -

TheSelf replied to GreenWoods's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@TheDao thanks for sharing these. I know very little about Qi-gong and Tai-chi, but I believe Yoga specially Kundalini and Kriya Yoga are much more potent for energy work. @GreenWoods what do you think? -
@Leo Gura do you recommend trip-killers? Specially for mushroom. And what substance do you recommend?

TheSelf replied to Endangered-EGO's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Endangered-EGO God is the one who enables fun, boredom, pain, etc. He is beyond all these. God didn't chose to create because something was not right about him and he wanted to escape that shit lol this is nonsense. So no he didn't create the universe, because eternal singularity was too boring and meaningless lol. There's no time which a decision being made by God to do something. You are imagining a timeline for God, which is false. Creation is the consequence of infinite intelligence and power and of course love. And is happening without beginning and end for eternity. -

I agree with you. Vedanta deserved much more love. -

TheSelf replied to TheSelf's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
So I think Sadhguru's point is that if you really wanna go beyond maya and know what creation is actually beyond your limited intellect you need a more powerful and potent spiritual tools than Vedanta with more aids. And he probably thinks Vedanta is not powerful enough or most people may stuck in mind's trap and mental game and thinking they're enlightened. -

TheSelf replied to TheSelf's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
I think you are right because at the end of the video he said there's a difference between coming to something experientially and coming to something intellectually. But that means that he believes that by going into the path of Vedanta you'll never be able to go beyond your intellect and come to experience the nature of existence "experientially" right? -

TheSelf replied to TheSelf's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
In this video he is also talking about Vedanta. See from 2:50. I think it's really not fair to make mockery of Vedanta like that and call it just a "mental game". -

"If you bring sufficient balance into your Pranamaya Kosha or the energy body and keep it in a full vibrance, your physical body and psychological body or the mental body, there can be no ill in it" -Sadhguru In the above video Sadhguru is also talking about the five koshas. -
