Hello, im very new to this self actualization thing, I've started like 3 months ago. I've been taking some notes on Leo's videos and I've made some changes: quitting video games, quitting porn, quitting social media, i overcame depression and anxiety, started meditating, etc. I have a problem that i'm so exhausted every day, all-day I'm watching Leo's videos, concentrate so much on what he's speaking and after the journaling i still wanna study the whole thing that i wrote but that point im really tired and without getting distracted I'm getting tired continously... can u help me name some habits where i can relax, rest without getting distracted again? I know i get very tired because of my iron deficiency but I know i can do more with good habits where i can get energy.
