I was asking the same thing too, but no one answered me no matter how many threads I created. I recently bought a cook book, A Taste of Wellbeing, by Sadghuru, and I think I was scammed. The ingredients are so obscure with these Indian vegetables, none of my grocery stores sell these ingredients.

You're thinking quite selfishly. Consider that the reason progressives are so small in Congress is because the vast majority of the American people are quite Conservative, or at best, Centrist Liberal. Our Government merely reflects this. If you don't like this, consider becoming an activist. -
This is my favorite genre, of course there are rare cases I will like not classical music, such as Viktor Tsoi and Kino. But this is a thread to post your favorite classical music pieces.

Nonsense! No it's not dead. There are plenty of high quality political organizations you can join, you just have to find a good organization, such as: Wolf-PAC Justice Democrats Democratic Socialists of America Sunrise Movement Your apathy is what's going to make political activism ''dead''. The reason why these groups don't make change is simply because they're not big enough and don't influence enough people. You can join and advocate for more people to join as well, and then these groups will grow. -

I personally witnessed a robbery a few months ago. If you do live in America, I would recommend conceal carry, I do intend to do so. I’m really eyeing the ‘NAA Guardian .380 ACP’ -
I found a slightly funnier version of the same graph.

I don’t like using my cell phone as it is a distraction. Just link me good timers that can be used for more than an hour, three hours, less then an hour, or an hour. Amazon links preferred, other links okay -

I too have an issue with being too serious and having a stick up my ass. In 2020 I visited Las Vegas for the first time, and throughout the trip I was just unable to let loose. I was really judgmental and sneered at everything. Throughout the whole trip I had an angry scowling expression on my face as I was just unable to let loose and dance, have fun, I was even huffing and puffing angrily in my breath. What really triggered me was the loose sexual culture and the materialism. Seeing scantily clad women and obscene signs/billboards made me with I was in the Middle East and with my native culture. Like, I felt a sense of rage throughout my system as I had a desire to inflict violence upon these women. I even had a daydream where I engaged in mass shooting terrorism against these women and gays. Like I started researching the minimum age to purchase an assault weapon. I was daydreaming about this so much, I was even asked by one person of the group I was in, what was I laughing and smiling at. Even seeing people drink and celebrate loudly makes me mad, especially that “wooooo” party scream. I do recall being at social events, whether it be people my age or older, and just being the most quiet and unhappy person there.

Of course it will be useful! The issue is not really the Democratic Party, but rather America’s faulty election system. Republicans maintain power through gerrymandering, voter disenfranchisement, and the electoral college. If Democrats had a supermajority, they would get passed so many neat progressive stuff, and the political Overton window would be forced to move left as the American people would see that centrist Liberal Governments are helpful, though ineffective. If Democrats had let’s say 5 more Senate seats, they would be extremely effective. They would not have had to compromise that they have had to so far. They’re ineffective as their Senate majority is oh so slim. -
They have a Netflix series called: 'The Mind, Explained'. It's episode 5 of season 1, episode titled: 'Psychedelics'.

I scored INTJ as well, and I don’t say any of this. For as long as I remember, I’ve always had very refined speech. I’ve as well made the commitment to the Buddhist right speech. I like to think of myself as a very well mannered and cultured person.

Really the only genres I can stand to listen to are solo singing and classical music. Classical music has been my favorite for the longest time.

I still humbly request that Leo make the blog post. Come on… It’s just one post. Is that too much to ask for? Can’t you put your disagreements aside to celebrate a man who recently passed away. Don Beck gave this community so much! You and this community use and talk about SDi so much! And you’re going to let such petty ness prevent you from writing a simple short blog post. Also, you have no evidence that specifically he struck down your turquoise video, could have been someone on his team. Edit: Be sure to use a nice picture of him when writing the post. Also, I remembered this neat video of him:
-
As for his endorsement of Trump, boomers gonna boom.

His criticisms of Ken Wilber were perfectly reasonable and your turquoise video was rather misleading and twisted to fit the Actualized brand.

How valid is this concept? Is it true that for a lot of people, being spiritual and “Christ-like” only comes after not being able to attain what one wants? Is spirituality in large part a cope for weakness? For example, someone is unsuccessful with women and money, so they being to devalue the two by claiming sexuality is impure and money is greed. On the other hand… Paramahansa Yogananda had assured his followers that they can remain lustful towards women and still continue to obtain money after they were done practicing the spiritual techniques, but… If those earthly desires still remained after days of spiritual retreats, this could not be assured. Personally for me, I am infinitely more happy doing spiritual exercises then I am at social-partying events.
