Why oh Why oh why is SDi BLUE vmeme so popular even today given all of humanity's advancements, rise in living standards, etc... I've asked regular people about their beliefs, and almost no one seriously questions it, they just sort of absorb it from their culture.

I've been doing meditation for an hour a day, and sometimes even more than an hour, for a few years now. In the past I have tried to get out of my comfort zone, most notably I've successfully done Shamanic Breathing every Friday for 13+ weeks straight. I have done yoga in the past, but I was never disciplined enough to make it a daily habit. The only book on yoga I have is 'The Secret Power of Kriya Yoga', by Santata Gamana. When recommending to me a daily yoga schedule, keep in mind that I'm quite busy, as I'm a working student. But I do want to create a daily habit. Is 15 minutes a day a good idea?

Personally to me it was not very helpful, what was helpful to me was going to the Community College, majoring in Mathematics (for you, if you're not gifted academically, then you might want to major in General Studies), and trying out various classes and various different studies to see what I liked. That's how I discovered that I liked Physics. Now how to pay for the classes, that might require wage slaving at an entry level position.

I just hope the situation improves there. I live in America, and illegal immigration from the south of America's border was one of the major political brew-ha-ha's that led to Trump being elected. The situation in Argentina doesn't look good, since their new president is causing all of this hyper inflation.
