Although I disagree with what he said about Socialism being b.s. Completely disagree, I think it’s humanities ultimate future as automation, changes in culture, and third world countries refusing to be exploited make Capitalism outdated and not work-able. Of course it will be a more Democratic Socialism, not necessarily Marxism or Communism. Capitalists will never admit to this do, as it will require to concede and ultimately surrender their positions of power and comfortable living for being ultimate collective detriments.

Greetings. I'm 20 years old and I'm applying to various universities. I deleted my Instagram account because I could no longer handle the comparison, but I want to vent about something that has been bothering me for a while. I have one specific friend who is attending a really prestigious (one of the) top 25 nationally ranked Universities, meanwhile I was rejected by one of the lower level universities. I have an okay G.P.A. but really bad standardized test scores. I'm 20 years old and only just discovered what I wanted to major in, and meanwhile this 19 year old is already doing part time work/internship in a laboratory. It's not just this one 19 year old friend. I know plenty of people who seem to already be in the college experience and having fun, and I feel a sense of FOMO. It's not just academic superiority, but the total college experience. I'm in Community College and have not yet been accepted into University. I looked at their Instagram pages and was so envious I closed the account. They're already; having sex, partying, living in the dorm rooms, joining clubs, in the past two years and I haven't done any of that and I'm already no longer a teenager.

What what does this say about me? That I have a low IQ?

Is anyone else here an excessive daydreamer? I. Can’t. STOP. I don’t know what it is with me, I can’t stop creating these bizarre scenarios in my mind. Every time I do this, I hurt my own feelings. My daydreams create these incredibly strong emotions and I don’t know how to deal with them. I am so addicted to daydreaming that I can’t pull away literally because the story is so compelling. I waste hours each day just pacing back and forth. Meditation has not helped. I can’t go for walks anymore as it triggers the daydreaming.

I had just turned 20 on May 14th. Anyways, I decided to go to community college for 2 years before transferring to a University, but I'm behind on my credits. It looks like I'll have to do another year of community college before I have enough credits to transfer. I'm insecure about this as the average PhD takes 6 years to complete, meaning that if I take another year of community college I'll be 27 when I graduate. Don't people usually gradate at around 23-24-25? How am I going to get an early start to my career when I'm 27?

It's meant to be an educational tool for people learning about Spiral Dynamics. So towards that end, scour the internet and find all the videos you can which exhibit stage Beige thinking.
