  1. Breath counting. 1 inhale 2 exhale ... to 10 and then back to 1. Go back to 1 if you forget the number. Increase the number by 10 when the it stops being challenging to do it for an hour. I read somewhere that zen monks say that when you can count from 1 to 100 and back many times in a row, while being focused on the breath you should be concentrated enough to achieve anything in life. About a month ago I found out that you're actually supposed to increase the number instead of always counting to 10 and back, and since then I managed to build up to 90 (but I've been training concentration for quite a long time, accessed jhãnas etc., so I think it will take longer for most people). Also, learn about jhãnas.
  2. Try plant based. You will still get all the benefits, but you don't need to be strict. Like 90% vegan & eat animal products sometimes. There's no need to be dogmatic about a diet & it never hurts to experiment.
  3. I've been training for ~7 years naturally, achieved most of my goals. So I guess we're on the same page skill wise, except with opposing views. Do you know Jeff Nippard's channel ? If you do what do you think about his training style?
  4. Ok, thanks for the vid. I'll watch it to see your POV. Yeah, AD doesn't have a single video that explains his whole training philosophy, but there's a lot of depth if you watch enough of his videos (I'm not asking you to, just saying). Also it depends if you trust Mike Thurston to be natural. Since, as you probably know, workout plans work way different for roiders than for naturals. Not saying that Mike's on steroids nessecarily.
  5. It all comes down to whether you're getting really strong at excersises you care about. If you're - your program is good. If you aren't - your program is bad.
  6. Btw I recommend you watch Alphadestiny's videos on Full body.
  7. I think he misunderstood. Of course you shouldn't do full body every day. But most serious lifters agree that full body is way better than bro splits. Not saying everyday. You'd have to be really skilled at creating programs for yourself for that to work. I think everyone should do a novice program until they hit a 225 lbs bench, 315 squat and 405 deadlift. (Strength for natural lifters = muscle gain) Which should take 6 to 12 months if you follow the program I linked to OP in a previous post. The program is full body 3x a week. I recommend Alphadestiny on YouTube to everyone, since he is one of the best channels for people who don't use steroids.
  8. https://www.thecandidadiet.com/contrast-showers/ It will reduce soreness by about 80 %.
  9. Alphadestiny novice program. Google it. Also learn about post workout stretching, proper warmup sets (again, Alphadestiny YouTube channel) and do contrast showers post workout - they're extremely helpful for regeneration.
  10. The thing is that with AP (in the real time zone) you see things as they are in physical world. You can even visit places you never visited before and verify the experience IRL.
  11. Depends on how much the talented person works. If he doesn't put in any effort then hard work will beat him most of the time. But I'm not sure if it can be categorized like that, since there are different degrees of talent and hard / smart work. I'd say smart work with the right mindset beats both.
  12. Maybe if you weren't so damn arrogant you would get my point.
  13. Yes. My point still stands - psychadelics don't compare well with steroids.
  14. Not true. You will gain more muscle than a natural lifter on a well written program if you take steroids and don't do anything. It has already been proven. The study is all over the internet if you bother to look. Of course you'd gain even more if you combined both steroids and correct training.
  15. That would actually work lmao. But it's good as a metaphor.
  16. Works for me. The more I meditate, the better it works. Some of my results were unbelievably good, some less so.
  17. That is weird, maybe get one of those watches that tell you how much deep sleep have. I noticed that how many dreams I have is collerated with how much deep sleep my Mi Fit says I had. @Hulia
  18. You want to transcend your ego, not get rid off it.
  19. You are right, you wont lock in psychadelic states. For baseline LOC meditation/mindfulness during the day/ kundalini etc. are more important. Regarding the dreams - get a dream journal and never miss a day.
  20. Realizing you may not be there tomorrow could be used as general success advice. You could probably create lectures where you say it in a way that motivates people to get off their ass and finally start working on their dreams. Consciousness work would obviously help, since insight help you become a better thinker (and speaker, in turn) and God is synonymous with death.
  21. YES, the alternative is a psychadelic habit (or any other solid type of consciousness work for that matter).
  22. How about you do a 3 to 5 day water fast and then switch to intermittent fasting?
