  1. @Leo Gura How do you deal with an animal who's in pain and agony, and it's certain that it will die? What's the best thing to do for the animal, mercy kill it or let it agonize to death? I'm talking about all animals, ants, dogs, humans...
  2. @Thought Art do you mean I have to be willing to let go of everything such as my family? Sometimes I'm afraid of taking psychedelics because if I die, I'll lose what I love. I also know that this is a belief, I don't really know what will happen. But the fear is still here.
  3. @The0Self I've tried The Mind Illuminated method for over a year and was stuck at stage 4, and this: "Unless you can remain attentive to the breath sensations indefinitely, your main focus should be cultivating the readiness to emit appreciative joy upon noticing you're distracted" is what I was missing. Now I'm practicing Kriya, but I'll get back to TMI in the future. Thank you!
  4. @The0Self Is it possible to progress in meditation or kriya if you live in a noisy environment? Getting into Jhanas or just be in the after effect poise of Kriya? Here where I live, every 5 minutes a dog start to bark or some other noise distracts me. I find that the only thing that helps is to kind of expand yourself and allow the noises to be part of you, but it is distraction anyways.
  5. What about mushrooms? I don't know what exactly purify means. I've practicing Kriya Yoga for almost 8 months, and I don't feel purified.

  7. Do you have hand cramps? I get those if I breathe too quickly.. Do you know a way to deal with that? It hurts a lot, to the point where is just too painful to continue the session.

  9. I want to learn more about selling t-shirts using POD platforms. I've been designing and uploading to print on demand sites like Redbubble but I noticed that it is a very slow process if you don't promote your work on social media. So I need to learn more about this, ideally for free because I don't have much money to spend. Free youtube videos help a lot, but I feel that there are many "secrets" that people hold back.

  11. @Leo Gura When you say that there is only myself. Do you mean: A) I am here in my bedroom and only this room exists right now. My parents only exist as thoughts in my mind, you only exist as a thought. So right now, only the objects in my room, my body and a few sounds exist? If a person appears in my door, I created him/her? or B) I am You and everybody else. But humans are walking around even when I'm not seeing them and I'm experiencing multiple different points of view simultaneously because there is only one being? Weirdly, option A makes more sense to me. So you (me) presented me with the possibility of mahasamadhi, because I'm the only one that can do it? because there is only me/you/God?

  13. @StarStruck I can reach the bone that divides the nasal cavity. But it's hard to go beyond that.
  14. @StarStruck When I'm doing Pranayama or Kriya supreme fire, the reflex to swallow happens a lot but the tongue just go back to the normal position. It feels impossible to swallow the tongue.
  15. I've practiced only 15 hours of this exercise, but I don't want to invest 1000 hours in it and find out that I was doing it wrong. Do we have to only look at the hand and return attention to it after getting distracted by a thought? Thats it? If so, how is this different than a breath meditation? And the attention have to be put on a small point in the hand or in the whole hand (wider scope)? It is normal to feel like I'm looking at an alien thing for a few seconds, during the exercise? Thank you!
