I used to have a bunch of friends. It felt like in every class, I would talk to three or more people. I used to also have a best friend that I used to hang out with every day. Since going within myself, focusing on the future and getting into spirituality, There's only a couple people now I talk to. Even then, I wouldn't call it a deep, conscious and a 'best friends' type of friendship that is super close. I could see this easily.

Also a tip. Fear is resistance. So its a good idea to internally embrace the fear, rather than pushing through it. You can't fight resistance with resistance. Nor can you fight it.

Yeah, what he did I would not consider gross survival For example, he was in the army, not allowed to leave, so he snuck out and went to a gym championship and won. If he was doing it for survival, it would've been the opposite and fear based. I agree with @Leo Gura

I'd say kundalini is a good resource here. In the past you have mentioned that you were questionable about doing it, although to me it seems like the best option for emotional change.

You have said previously that you can directly download insights from the universe, so its like you dojt have to do 20 + years of training to become a master because you can just directly download it I may have this ability. I've noticdd where I can imagine myself doing something in my mind and integrate it into my body. Its like I imagine myself doing a martial arts move I see my dad do, and then I BE it, and then integrate it into my body. Its like my body is a super intelligent sponge for consciousness, insight and intelligence. Would you say that this relates to the direct insight you had on downloading stuff from the universe? Or was it deeper than that. Its kind of something I just discovered.

What's the point of creating anything, or doing anything 'special' if everything already exits and it all exists Now? It kind of makes it seem pointless if we can't create anything new and I want to feel inspired and excited to create, especially for music or art.

@Deepak sadhwani yeah, I have healing rocks and like 5 normal crystals that I don't know the name of. They're quite nice, three of them have a stand and they're quite big. I love crystals a lot and I used to collect them when I was younger. How about you?

Yo for me, it was an emotional problem based on 'not wanting to be here' that was rooted in safety issues with my mom.. not sure what it is in your case, but healinf this is reassociafing me in my body to where reality is starting to feel real again, and I'm starting to feel in my body again. Maybe this can help

maybe its just because you feel unsafe, so you lose that connection when having sex as you gotta feel safe to feel love.

@docs20 im sure you can.. ideal, i have pretty good imagination so I can use consciousness to train my body. I've noticed that consciousness has helped me with about everything, in terms of navigating the world to even memorizing things. Spiritual ascension is gonna take time and there are no shortcuts. But, anything is possible.
