Why not meditate while they are asking for burgers? When you are meditating, there is no such thing as interruption. Use your customer as an object of meditation. Eliminate the boundary between formal practice and daily life. Meditation is something you can do all day. Osho explains this well on Youtube. -

I asked Leo what the difference was between Teotl and The Force and he said they are identical! -

That’s exactly what I mean by solipsism. It’s not that I exist and everyone else doesn’t. It’s that there is experience but no experiencer. I am imagination. There is no separation between Direct Experience and imagination like you say. -

Esse Este Precipi Just because you don’t perceive something doesn’t mean that it does exist either? Truth is that I don’t know whether objects still exist when they are not being observed. You are either directly experiencing something or you are imagining it. That’s it as far as I can see. Any speculation about external world, other minds, or flying spaghetti monsters is imagination that is taking you out of NOW. The only thing that exists is NOW. If it’s not happening NOW, where else is it happening? Look at your hand, and you may find that there is a lot of conceptual baggage on the NOW. There is no hand, there is no you who is looking and there are no minds. All there is, is all there is. Everything is a first-person appearance. Any external world that you believe exists behind the scenes is more concept and imagination. Right? -

Ok. If I am imaginary, others are also imaginary. Ego is illusion. Separation is illusion. There are no people in a forum. It’s just imagination interacting with itself. You are imagining the moon and object permanence. You are imagining a nonsense conversation with a solipsist. There really are no solipsists because that is imaginary. Solipsism itself is imaginary, but I in trying to characterize “my” experience, I find that the concept of solipsism describes it best. Only God exists. The idea of you and the idea of me is an idea. The boundary is an idea. Infinite Consciousness is talking to itself. There is no me or you. This is what I mean by solipsism, which is the idea that Consciousness is the only thing that can be known to exist. Everything else is imagination. All objects, people, minds, emotions, moons, sky’s are just imaginations in consciousness. You are imagining that I believe people are not real. If you look at your direct experience, you are imagining people on this forum, that does not mean that they don’t exist or are not real, it just means that it is imaginary. All you have of reality is your point of view. Reality is perspective and never existed. Right? -

Isn’t consistency something you are imagining? What is your all’s view on tripping on cannabis? -
r0ckyreed replied to r0ckyreed's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Leo Gura I do have cannabis license so do you think that eating cannabis would be helpful for expanding consciousness? I have never tried cannabis by the way. -

@Someone here If I look away, the car coming is imagination, but I still hear the car coming, which is actuality. I am not walking on the highway, the highway is walking through me. I am imagining that I am not imagining. That whole highway with cars is all in your imagination. Right? Look at your hand. Highways and cars are imaginary. Everything is just an appearance. @Someone here it’s not a theory, it’s just what it is. Everything is imagination. This forum is a hallucination. Isn’t “reality” just a collective hallucination agreed upon? -

Okay! Thanks everyone for your help. I will stare at my hands till the cows go home. Lol. Some day, I might start using shrooms with the actuality practice. I am not quite at a point right now in life where I can use psychedelics yet. I would prefer to do it Buddha style lol. -

That’s my problem. I watched your perception video with God being the sponge and me being the perceptual bubble, but when I look at my hand, all that exists is all that is in the perceptual bubble from my point of view. All other perceptual bubbles, galaxies, universes, etc. that are outside of “my” perceptual bubble are imaginary from “my” point of view. How can I experience all of the bubbles that are outside of “my” Direct Experience? How can I have a Direct Experience of all the perceptual bubbles when “I” am stuck within my own? -
r0ckyreed replied to r0ckyreed's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
When I look at my hand, I realize that there is no looking happening. Looking implies a looker, and all that there is, is just my hand. My hand is just Being with the rest of the world, but my hand is just a distinction in DE, and all distinctions are imaginary. -
r0ckyreed replied to r0ckyreed's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
That’s a good point, but it seems like they are “my” creation, but maybe the dream is just dreaming up that it is me dreaming that it is dreaming the dream. That was confusing, but basically the dream is dreaming “my life” and dreaming up other people and dreaming up conversations. But the only world that I know is the one I am dreaming up now. Other dreams that I am imagining are imagination. Man I am going to meditate on this. Good point. I am stuck in this dream, and the idea of other dreams seems like they cannot be known because all others are within the dream of me. This is my main problem: how can I know anything outside of the dream? This seems like solipsism to me because everything is just occuring with the dream of “my life.” The idea of other dreams are couched with “my” dream because that is all that I know. -
r0ckyreed replied to r0ckyreed's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Here’s how I see it. Reality is like a dream. Everything you experience in your dream: people, cars, conversations, trees, planets, aliens, what have you, they are all a product of your own mind. When you wake up, you realize that it was all you and was all your imagination. It never happened! But the question is how is this, right here, “the waking world” different from “the dream world”? Waking and Dreaming are one right? So that is what I mean by solipsism is True. Everything is imagination with no imaginator because that itself is imagination with the dream. -

What about when I do see cars? Aren’t they also imaginary too? I believe that my senses are reality, but I do not know this. All I know is that there is a direct experience of something happening. I could be inside of The Matrix, which would mean that all the senses that construct reality will all be false. There is no car, No human being, No walking, and No highway. Isn’t all of this the Matrix of duality? -

I don’t know. The only world I have ever know has been “my own.” I believe that we may be experiencing the same color differently, but I really do not know. I am imagining this. -
r0ckyreed replied to r0ckyreed's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
I get that conceptually, but it feels like I cannot experience that in Actuality because it feels like I am inside of a fish bowl of perception (The fish in water). Any world outside of Direct Experience is conceptual in nature and cannot be known to exist. But then again, I don’t know that either. It’s unknown to me about whether things continue to exist when they are not being observed. But do things exist even when “I” do “observe” them. For instance, I am thinking of “my” bicycle. That is imagination. Does my bicycle exist beyond my senses and imagination? I don’t know. I think a better question is does that bicycle exist even when I am observing it? The world of the senses is the only world I have ever encountered. Every thought and imagination is based upon the senses. I assume that my senses are based in reality, but I do not really know. -

Okay. It just really feels like Solipsism. This perceptual bubble seems to be the entire world. Anything else imagined outside of this world is imagination. In "my" experience, the observer and observation itself is imagination. All that there is, is just Pure Being. I am not really sure how else I can explain it, but this perceptual bubble that "I" seem to be in defines everything that "I" can know. Other minds and other perceptual bubbles are imaginary, which seems like Solipsism, which is also imagination itself. What exists beyond the bubble of perception? I don't know, but whatever it is I think it is, it is imagination. Everything outside of the bubble of perception is imaginary, which seems to be no different than solipsism. I realize that solipsism is itself an idea and worldview, but it seems like that it is the best description of what is happening. Like Jed McKenna says: "It's not just a belief, it's just the way it is." -

I mean how do you know your ego is or isn’t corrupt? I mean all your doing is just listening and verifying everything that any teacher teaches you. How do you know that your taking a shit? You hear something and verify if it is actually hitting the toilet. You don’t just believe, you verify. But at the same time, you have to have an open mind to start anywhere. If your too skeptical to get a drink of water, you are going to die. -

Welcome to Actualized.org! Enjoy the coaching. That is basically what this forum is lol! The coach is right in front of you! If you watch Leo’s videos on YouTube, he will give you many reasons and benefits of “pursuing” enlightenment. -
r0ckyreed replied to Drake72's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
There is no such thing as awakening others. You can lead a dog to water, but you cannot make him drink. Leo is encouraging and guiding you to the water, but you are not drinking it. -

I’m not sure if you follow. I am telling you to experience the color red instead of asking others. Self-deception is what is creating your reality. The ego is playing mind games with you. You are in a magic show that has convinced you that you are the magician of the magic. -
r0ckyreed replied to Drake72's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
That’s the thing! You don’t know! Why should you trust other people who claim to be enlightened? Do you know how easy it is to bullshit enlightenment? How do you think Cults are started? If enlightenment can be comparable to knowing a pro athlete from an amateur, then why do you think many people delude themselves into cults and believing they are enlightened? The Evil Demon is ego and is very tricky. Watch out. Rationality is a tool of the Devil. Don’t believe, verify. Beliefs get you nowhere in life. Actually experience and verify all the things people are saying to you. Experience it for yourself. The color red exists! Don’t believe me, experience it for yourself! -
r0ckyreed replied to Drake72's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
It’s easy to prove your a great athlete because that is measurable. You cannot measure enlightenment because it is totally Subjective. The only way you can measure another person’s enlightenment is if you could someone peek into their mind to see their mental gym and experiences. You are trapped within your own experience, and since the ego is The Evil Demon, you should not trust other people because how do you know that you have a consistent way of detecting self-delusion in other people when it’s hard for you to even detect it in yourself? -
r0ckyreed replied to Drake72's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Please watch Leo’s videos on Actuality vs concept and true/false skepticism. Ground yourself in actuality. Look at your hand. That is Direct Experience. That is actuality. Look at your hand for 5 hours. That is Absolute Truth. All of your skepticism, beliefs, and thoughts about your hand are just concepts and imagination. I am not sure if Enlightenment is something you want to pursue because you have to accept that some things in life cannot be explicated. Enlightenment is gaslighting everything you think you know and what remains after that is Truth. Are you willing to surrender your life for Truth at any and all costs? Nobody can ever write Enlightenment in a book. In the same way, you cannot tell me what the color red is. No matter how much you talk about the color red, you are no closer to the end than where you began. You have to explore the buffet of life for yourself. How do you know that we are telling you the truth? You don’t. You have to find it for yourself. I can talk about the taste of sugar all day, but that will not tell you anything about the actual taste of sugar. The same thing is with enlightenment. You have to live life in the primary, not secondary. Heres a starting point. Write down the Truth. Go ahead. Write it down on paper and realize how what you wrote down is false. Keep writing the Truth by asking yourself “what do I know for certain?” Once you write it down, you can attack each statement to be less full of shit. See my post on Spiritual Autolysis or google it.
