@Leo Gura This is so true, he's such an advanced being he has to find ways to relate to the masses, his marketing is top-notch though and more and more 'normal people' seem to open up to Sadhguru and his events, a businessman combined with his awakening and mystic side is a lethal combination in a stage Orange society and the more people he helps awaken the better!

Depends on the phase you're in in your life. For me I'm in a stage where I'm growing my businesses and absolutely love my work, so in the week it can often surpass 8 hours, however, it can be much less some days depending on what else I have going on, and often at weekends I won't work at all. If you love your work you'll naturally work more, but like someone else said make sure to find balance in life!!

@Charlotte I've watched Leo for a few years now, and used to browse this forum from time to time. I was a hardore seeker for a good 12-24 months, just kind of spinning my wheels and addicted to reading books and listening to teachers like Rupert Spira on YouTube, while it, of course, has value, even Rupert himself said he doesn't recommend constantly binging him as the teaching is to be embodied! I've been working 1-1 with my teacher and receiving RASA since February and recently have felt a need to share and help people as much as possible, I'm certainly not finished in my awakening but the transformation in my existential experience that I would've never imagined, and honestly I couldn't be more thankful for finding my teachers, hence my recent posts. As well as that, I'm always looking for ways I can optimize my self-actualization and growth so enjoy all the subforums on here! Plus, a lot of my irl friends don't really speak about this, most 20 year old boys from the UK who's main common interest is football and sports don't tend to haha, so it's always good to connect with like-minded people. And, yeah it's been an amazing season so far, it's a shame Liverpool as a city isn't appreciated more, it's such a beautiful city, yet scousers are regarded as 'Bin-Dippers' and Liverpool a shithole which is a shame and very far from the truth. Hey guys, I know a lot of you are very busy people so I thought this video might help you with Biohacking your body and learning different ways to improve your health. One of the simplest ones is combining L-Theanine with Coffe to 1) Help reduce damage coffee does to your hormones and prevent sleep issues from caffeeine 2) Increase concentration and focus from the coffee instead of shaking etc It's a bit of a rabbit hole, another simple one is cold showers every morning, that will wake you the fuck up but takes a lot of self discipline every morning, especially when it's winter! @Nak Khid I didn’t write the book, so it’s not my place to go giving it out. The book is also on Leo’s book list. Most of their Satsangs they have on YouTube mention RASA, here’s one but there’s plenty you could watch- And, before you judge yes, their social media skills aren’t as great as say Leo’s.

@Nak Khid no, it’s like $10 on Amazon US I believe I’m from the UK so can’t confirm exactly how much mate. i understand your skepticism and maybe I’m not explaining it the best. But surely you get what I mean? Of course you could just parrot non duality, but that’s not what I’m suggesting. I’m not a great summariser, but it goes deeper than just reading books and listening to ideas, but there are key distinctions of each stage. After all, the majority of teachers are speaking from their existential experience, read the book and you will say how he gives these people an LOC. Its much more than ideas and what they say, Like in videos I feel you can often sense the presence of these enlightened teachers, you could also talk to students etc, but I guess there is no way of 1000% knowing someone else’s existential experience. I can only speak from mine, and mine is that 1-1 coaching and RASA has transformed my life to a way of life I never would have on the path I was on, hence I made this thread to help people who were also in the position I was in just 10 months ago.

@Nak Khid you can never know for sure, but then how would yo evaluate any teacher? Going by that logic you would never work with anyone, he also doesn’t claim there’s not a level beyond 1000, he talks from his own direct experience in the book, and has a passage explaining how it is always deepening, but the seeking ends. He goes over his “qualifications” in the book, I’m not sure what else you want to me to say, if you want to understand more about his teachings and his LOC Map I would recommend reading the book, it’s around 700ish pages on Kindle I believe, so is very in depth about each stage of awakening and his personal journey. There are key characteristics of each stage which make it easier to notice what teacher is where. For example read Ramana and then read Eckhart, you will notice there are differences. Awakening has vast depths to it, and who knows if 1000 is the end, it was the end of seeking for him and was for the 500+ people they have helped reach 1000. I am not claiming it can’t go deeper, this work never ends until you die in terms of working on your unique self as a human. I would love for you to read the book and then PM me to discuss your thoughts on the book and if it has been helpful, and if it isn’t for you I hope you find a path that brings you as much peace and happiness as this has for me

Non-Duality means not two, so it's technically an incomplete expression, it tells you what reality isn't, not what it is, that is left for you to find out yourself However, at the deepest levels all concepts and beliefs are thrown into the absolute, even spirituality and non-duality are concepts, very helpful ones, but still concepts. Only when all is seen to be the self, and you know there to be nothing but the absolute is there true rest. Until you die, you will live in Duality, you simply can't transcend what is. Of course it looks very different than before. This ugly duality really is it, weird how it all goes full circle, the greatest joke of all perhaps.

@VeganAwake I’m glad you’re finding happiness and peace from this work:) i remember watching that a couple of years ago, and will defo watch it again thanks for the reminder! Yes one on one calls really took it from theoretical understanding to existential understanding for me and helped me past a LOT of blockages. @Forrest Adkins Yeah the next week can be pretty brutal ngl. And I’m not sure, for an ordinary person it can be their only source of experiencing true love and bliss, so can be eye opening, but then there’s the potential for addiction. But like I said raves are one of the most stage green places in their essence, but like most things, they soon get corrupted by the lower stages and opportunist devils unfortunately.

Book list is incredible ngl, one of Leo’s best bits of work imo, and it helped me find my teachers from the book 1000. If you download the kindle app on your phone you could buy the kindle versions of most books if you needed to save money, or used versions if you’re really short, if you don’t have a lot of money then that’s also a foundational issue of Personal Development work id look into trying to fix

@mandyjw yeah I do get how it seems on the surface the whole numbers as a scale, as I was SOOO defensive beforehand as it didn’t put Eckhart at 1000? but then i actyally read the book and the descriptions of each awakening stage in great detail and it honestly helped me so much, it isn’t a case of one awakening and then you’re finished, very far from it!

@VeganAwake hello I was a seeker since I was 16 and read the Power of Now, it all stemmed from a thought that life is meaningless and stumbling into a slight depression, after a really happy upbringing. Long story short I spun my wheels with non stop non duality reading and listening until February when I started working with Ananda and Ramaji (hence my post on the LOC scale and book 1000) but I understand most don’t like this so I will try describe without the numbers. Basically it consists of 1-1 calls with Ramaji/ Ananda around once a fortnight where you talk about any issues, problems or blockages you might have as well as learning about things such as your Enneagram type, and of course going through different teachings etc, but as it’s 1-1 it’s so much more focused and unique to yourself. The last 15 minutes is the RASA transmission, which is a spiritual transmission, and is probably the most helpful factor in helping you awaken imo, Let’s just say I started as a hardcore seeker who tried to figure all of this out with the mind, and have gone through awakenings of realising no self and that I’m not the doer, the universe is, that I am literally everything, God, All, however you want to say it to know realising the divine love that connects us all and my love for life is only deepening everyday, that’s kind of why I made that post out of love to try and help people due to the benefit this work has given me. I could never have expected such a remarkable change in my existential development, before it was non stop war in my mind trying to figure out these concepts, whereas now, it is an enjoyment of this moment as it is always and life truly is beautiful. If you have anymore questions feel free to PM me as I’ve really condensed my whole process, and I’m also nowhere near finished yet! To me, life only truly begins with awakening and there’s even more work to do after! ?

@Mada_ ngl, I’m genuinely shocked how the majority of people here are shitting on this without reading the book. Especially as Leo teaches Open Mindedness and Critical Thinking, I kind of expected a more conscious discussion than sly digs.

@modmyth of course people have awakened to 1000 suddenly, Ramana is the perfect example of this, but most people’s vessels won’t be ready to stay there and it could actually cause more harm then good.

@Nak Khid I merely gave a few popular examples I thought most people would know, for simplicities sake. In the book, 400 Non Duality teachers and 101 from the past are assessed, I’d recommend buying and reading it before constantly shitting on it, and you’d learn why Sadhguru is at 1000, you don’t know his whole story, that’s his original awakening, he could’ve had plenty more? Ramana is of course at 1000, as is the most famous monk of all the Dalai Lama and about the 10 Ox herding pictures, yes they are amazing and very poetic, but just because a scale uses numbers doesn’t mean it should be shit on. He actually goes through 6/7 different maps in the book, and how they compare. If you go and read the 100s of pages for each of the 5 awakening stages, you’ll then understand the subtle differences between each one and between teachers. It’s far from perfect, but for me, it’s been beyond helpful.

@Leo Gura thank you. I really think it would benefit your followers, especially if you go into detail of the blind spots of each type and how this effects awakening as well as your everyday life etc

@Bill W please explain how? If you read the book you’ll understand better what I mean, the condensed scale isn’t a true reflection, as I keep repeating it is merely another map just like the 10 Ox Pictures in Zen.

Definitely become more sensitive, like I find myself even crying or tearing up learning about the horrific situation some families are in in the UK, It's always great to express your emotions, resist nothing would be advice in regards to this, even the shittiest most horrible emotions ever, as a enneagram 7 this has been my greatest lesson.

These situations are always so easy to say what to do sitting behind a laptop, but hard to actually put in place in life. It sounds like your boyfriend has some form of mental health issues if he is depending on you for happiness, and abusing alcohol, nobody abuses and gets addicted to drugs for no reason. Of course just because someone enjoys a few drinks doesn't mean they're addicted, but in this case it sounds like he needs some help. The alcohol is just a symptom and not the real issue, Russell Brand has a book called Recovery that might help you understand addiction and the 12 step programme has helped so many people worldwide dealing with addiction. If you need to talk more feel free to message me, situations can be very overwhelming.

@Forrest Adkins hmm, I'd definitely say it's more than 2 hours of fun, and gave me some incredible insights as a naive 17 year old, as well as nights I'll never forget. But yeah, I've seen first hand how hooked people can get on Pills and MD, so if you do do it be very careful and research a LOT, people seem to think the 3 month rule doesn't apply to them, and then the 'magic' vanishes. Also I'd say a key note is to test your drugs and weigh them so you only do <120 per roll. every young kid before taking MD should be taught this, it's the sort of Drug education needed in schools instead of the blue mentality of just DON'T DO DRUGS, which is proving so beneficial...

As I said, it isn’t some extreme mystical state nobody can acheive, instead it is realising the so called “world” is nothing but the self, all there is is the absolute.

@Nak Khid very skeptical. have you actually read the book to see what LOC 1000 actually corresponds with, it’s literally similar to the 10th Zen Ox Picture.

@Psychonaut since you have done most Psyches can I ask what have you got Out of it in your day to day level of consciousness and how you feel etc?
