  1. @Nate0068 Hmm, if you walk on an infinite road, did you really move at all? Infinity is a trickster for limited egos. Also because it's infinite staring at a wall for 30 seconds = 30 years of chasing success. It's an impossible shape and shape shifter. and its me and you. Trust me, you are infinite EVEN as a limited being. Infinity enjoys limitation. @ivory I smoked about 15mgs and I layed down and it smashed me over the head. I have also been snorting some the last few days. Lots of different insights come with each trip. Crying, saying thank you thank you, I love you I forgive you, a complete energetic opening. Plus the insight I shared above. It's a great addition to your self awareness and contemplation because you can see the dissolving and reintegration of the ego, sometimes with a backlash too. @Breakingthewall No, not at all. It was more like an overwhelming case of remembering. Arcadefire Lyrics I enjoy go like this: "Your name is the only word, the only word that I can say!!!!"
  2. Hmmm, I love all these questions. I will make a longer post in the morning! Love you folks! Hey Leo, I touched my belly button
  3. "People say that you'll die, faster than without water but we know it's just a lie, scare your son scare your daughter"
  4. This is a good point, I got over excited and ran into financial difficulties. A side hustle might not sound big and amazing... But if you are just started out they are deceptively challenging and rewarding.
  5. Low key, if you are disciplined you can do both The course is a lot of work, I completed it by going to a cafe every morning from 6-9am before work. Good luck with whatever you decide!
  6. This sentence is ironic through Leo's lens of non-duality ahaha Saying something that only a facet of God could say ahah "Don't let anyone tell you who or what you are" Yet, you are basing your belief off of something right? Our society does this all the time unconsciously. My understanding of Leo's work is to open our minds up. Also, he is often speaking from a place which is very close to and wrapped up in the psychedelic experience. I am grateful for his work and offerings as a catalyst to my inner work. Though, it'll take time and if I don't get the results from Leo's work in my life than that will be enough. I only get one crack at life, let's hope Leo is really doing good work. (and that I am intelligent and capable enough to be a good judge, but, if I have been fooled once I am liked to get fooled again) So far, it seems he has good content. Some of his teachings I am eery about. I have also noticed that as I grow and develop his videos get recontextualized as my overall understanding of reality develops usually to good effect. My ability to love myself, pursue goals in life and to face my inner demons have been well developed thanks to his teachings.
  7. My university's slogan is "We are Mystics" Got you there Leo, ahaha just joking nuances Just because universities are not open widely to 'EVERYTHING' doesn't mean there is 0% open mindedness either. Isn't Martin Ball a professor? And he is has been pretty open about his experiences.
  8. I think one of the biggest challenges I face is spending time alone to read, work on myself, etc and finding time to spend time with others. It's hard to find balance. There is so much work that I am preferring to do now to work on myself. I definitely am still finding my balance.
  9. Leo, you are in a very interesting position. Also, I think Deepak says similar things to what you say, and some others who are PhD's and Doctors etc. I know they get a lot of heat probably... Interested to see what comes out of this. "Yet Times are changing" - Forestluv @Leo Gura You should get this guy Jeffrey
  10. So much of Leo's work is about shadow work...
  11. Hey, this is a good question and something I struggle with too. I believe that if you lean into that discomfort eventually what bothered you wont anymore. You are growing, changing and learning. I believe in you! There is a time for courage and discipline, and how we relate to them can change in the future. You can do it! those skills/ traits seem to me to be foundational in getting started on this path. I felt it too, especially when I began the life purpose course. I ended up deeply enjoying the course and the pay off at the end is worth it!
  12. @Origins careful there... this can be a challenging process for a lot of people involving years of work... lots of traps... ego backlashes, not knowing who is telling the truth vs who isn't, and also being able to judge the quality of information... not to mention taking into account spiral dynamics and ego development.... People like Jordan Peterson ARE trying to self actualize. Remember that. Lots and lots of people are but because of our culture and programming it is very hard for a lot of people. Being actualized and healthy etc is great once we achieve it, but the process isn't easy for everyone.
  13. I am wary of my ego wanting to identify with the higher stages while ignoring that parts of myself that still operate in the lower stages. I don't see the models like ladders, but frequencies I happen to operate at in different contexts and situations. Always self reflecting, questioning and self examining in the moment. Sometimes a stage red reaction can be useful (at least in essence), sometimes a stage green lens works, sometimes a stage orange lens works and elements of stage blue are useful too... at least in elemental or archetypal. When it comes to survival it's all expression of love anyway. The problem is all duality collapses too, It's all you baby. I think it's about learning to love myself at each stage, and others at each stage. Many of us are fragmented if you observe us long enough over time. Part of me wonders, the more honest we are, the more open minded we are and the more loving, holistic and educated we become we naturally move up the spiral. Be wary with identifying as advanced because this maze is massive and non-linear... Loving each part of my self, in each context at each level of spiral/ego development until I become a temple of pure white light. a fountain of love. tldr: I agree that being patient with ourselves and properly integrated ourselves, and our understanding of reality including and and transcending these models will be important for us to find truth, and live in a conscious way. Shadow is a real concern for everyone in this work I think. Much love!
  14. Yesterday while reading a book on Leo's reading list I had a huge awakening! Yoga is so important! I think I just saw the tail of the ox...
  15. There is a great story I heard from Sadghuru that went like this basically: 4 Yogis walking in the woods, each on their own, wondering and looking for God in their own way. The Karmic Yogi, who sought God through action The Bakti Yogi sought God through devotion the Jnana Yogi sought God through the intellect and the kyra Yogi sought God through working with inner energetic states soon it begins to rain and they run and hide under a statue of brahman at that moment God appears the four Yogi's look at God amazed, and somewhat annoyed "God, after all this time why do you appear now?!" and God replies "Finally I got you four assholes together!"
  16. @Globalcollective What do you mean?
  17. @Lews Therin Be sure to expect to explore and learn about it for years to come too, Yoga is a journey with threshold guardians, and traps (mostly not doing it, or doing something too advanced too soon.... Which I've learned the hard way with Krya Supreme Fire). I am really just beginning a deeper study. Don't believe people who nay-say Yoga that involves movements either, I feel like I have seen that bias around here for people who are meditators. If more people meditated after a good Ashtanga practice I expect you would have a much deeper and pleasant meditation especially as you develop body awareness and energetic awareness. I have had so many awakenings into my energetic nature during my yoga practices I do online through Yogi Approved.... Which is a lot of flows and vinyasa. I plan on doing more Ashtanga in the future. I am also taking a Yoga Teachers course in june. Hope to be a good resource for everyone here in a few years. https://www.yogiapproved.com/classes/individual-classes/ ..... I do more Yoga than just this, but am deeply grateful for these classes. They also have a lot of great articles on different breathing techniques.

  19. Yoga is useful throughout a whole human life because it takes care and is upkeep for all bodies (physical, emotional, energetic, ether). This idea of 'enlightenment' is kind of bullshit. There are many states you can reach, and Yoga is one way to ensure you remained aligned with the geometry of the cosmos. There are different kinds of yoga that address different facets of the human experience. It must be practiced to be understood.
  20. Yes! and as you improve and really start seeing gains, perhaps you will discover a postive feedback loop that turns the work into the highest joy! this is happening for me. A great book is Mastery by Robert Greene
