Focus on your growth and purpose

I didn't know this was taking place. Let's turn this place, each day bit by bit into the most loving respectful place on the internet.

You aren't crazy from the sounds of it. Just working through your process.

I know the forum means a lot to you. Just try to relax and step away. It's going to be alright. I have to be honest wit you though... I found you a little mean/ toxic with the little interactions we have had tbh I haven't had those types of comments directed at me by anyone else on the forum... So it is worth reflecting on how you also interact with others. but also some really positive interactions with you too. It's because we are human. Yin and Yang. Don't act like you are perfect and others are the problem. I have very positive interactions here all the time. But it is a public forum so, you will get mixed bags. You also generally get what you put out. The forum is young, the teachings are advanced. This is a slow process for everyone, for me and for you and everyone else. But yea, it's good to step away. Take care! If you come back, itll be nice to see you around. Sounds like your not really leaving anyway aahah If you don't want people reading the journals that is why paper journals and applications like OneNote are for. So, maybe just try that so they are private? Maybe just take time off the forum and focus on your well being. It's not really all about you, and it shouldn't be making your life worse.... I personally enjoy the forum to be surrounded with topics I find interesting and to grow myself. Not so much the drama that is on facebook or something like that. Lets all try to keep maturing and being spiritually mature adults.

Maybe it's a counterintuitive connection who knows.

You can send emails to the owners of the music to ask for permission. But, really I would use websites like Epidemic Sound I do most of my videos with my phone an edit using the app Videoleap which has a big library of free music which I use. I generally just avoid using anything I don't have rights to these services make it easy.

Yeah, I am not really a Christianity fan or whatever. But, there is good teachings there. Most christians I know are very hypocritical... I just took from it what I liked. There is good stuff there.

Only you can. Ground yourself. Buy a journal and write.... just feel, obersve, create a list of questions, answer them. Give it time. It's just this present moment. You are fine. Also, if you are watching a lot of advanced Leo's videos... take a break. There are so many aspects to reality to explore.

Or, it's reality. Just relax into the flow of things. Things will make more sense over time I think.

I think it is a somewhat common mistake to thing awakening will change your 'external' reality. It doesn't.

Just be grounded. Survival is still here, responsibility is still here. You are waking up and recontextualizing what has already been.

You really can't awaken anyone else but yourself. But, you can find others who share your experience. In fact, as you wake up people will think you are crazy.

Meditation changed my life for the better. Yall crayyy It's helped me to settle and transcend my recent fears and ego backlashes... 20 minutes in morning 20 minutes at night for me right now. I feel very relaxed. I use the techniques taught in the headspace app which I highly recommend.

@Jakuchu Yeah well, living a good life as an avatar means a lot too. You are God anyway... We are really just surviving... 99% of people don't care they are God or are ready for that idea. However, millions if not billions are suffering from anxiety etc... So, lets bring the good medicine. It's a gateway to higher realizations. Which we need right now. The video does touch on people claiming spiritual insights. Rebel against stupidity.
