Bufo requires great maturity and patience. It’s so astronomically powerful it’s not ideal for psychological work. It’s like a love sledge hammer. If you are screwing in a lightbulb don’t use a sledge hammer. Use a therapist, a journal and maybe some mushrooms every now and then. It’s pleasant to walk upon the infinitely safe and beautiful ground of the “Infinite Yes” the “Infinite Now” and the infinite “Of course it’s love”… But, the finite character can only grow so much from that. Other tools in the toolbox are needed. Tonight I realized I am the absolute. Which was a lot to take in.

1. How has your sleep been? Have you been getting enough rest? Why not after work just drop everything and get some beautiful Z’s

Tripping, meditation and things like yoga need to be balanced with: 1. Taking action on your relationships, career and basic habits 2. Western Psychological work such as talk therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy etc Bufo does not cure depression. I can help, and be part of the process but it’s not enough. I think if you aren’t journaling, getting some kinds of talk therapy, and taking action.. yeah. I personally found mushrooms more effective for depression than 5meo I have had deep anxiety, depression and things like suicidal thoughts from a young age. However, I have found that this work it working. But it needs to be done in balance. It does take years. There really are no magic pills. I have small set backs now and then… as these neural pathways and cognitive habits are still there. But, usually a good Qigong routine, journaling and getting some sleep straighten me out.

The problems can mail stem that: 1. A lot of people here are very immature and short sighted 2. Many people here are easily corrupted 3. I think I’ve figured out who is currently trying to run the Discord and it’s obvious he’s like 12 years old (at least in mental maturity). So, y’all can chill. There is huge benefit of how slow the forum works, that everything is transparent. This work, these topics are so dangerous. When you get a bunch of people together who are immature, ungrounded into a discord things will only go wrong. The likelihood that a spiritual group will survive and go well is pretty low. Also, to all you folks who get caught up in the needless drama around Tyler Robinson or whoever… You all need to learn the art of just not responding. It’s magic. It’s ridiculous. Stop wasting your time on the forum if you are going to behave like children. Simply don’t respond. Don’t you have better things to do? It’s sad to see. It’s a miracle the forum exists at all. Try not to shit on it. Anyway, I waste too much time here. But, I also like to see how “others” are coming along.

When I was a swimmer as a kid winning tonnes of races my coaches were fat. Old men who are fat, can still coach a young body to greatness. However, it is still a red flag. Like, when the man selling yo hair growth pills is bald. So many books on Leo’s book list I thought sounded dumb at first. Like Jed Meckenna. The name “Jed” and the books cover looked dumb. But, it turned out to be a powerful book. And very enjoyable.

It’s not hate in her heart. It’s love. She wants the world to reflect her values. It’s selfish, low quality love based on her conservative ideas. But, she likely actually believes in her ideas of marriage. When you believe God thinks being gay is wrong, you want to protect society. Not agreeing or defending. Simply an attempt at seeing her perspective -

“Not knowing” is not the same as being dumb -

I don’t think I grasp this entirely… because an infinity of Gods isn’t the same as a finite “thing” as a spirit or demon. She has no understanding of awakening. Ugh, dualistic christians -

A man is peacefully speaking to police - within seconds: 1. he has shot them 2. stabbed them 3. tackled him to the grounded and it fighting for his weapon… after seeing these situations on camera.. I’m just in a state of not knowing what is proper police force in all situations. I can see why cops use too much force.. Fear, trauma, wanting to come home to their family, uncertainty, risk management, etc … obviously it’s all contextual Ive seen 8 cops all shoot a woman with a knife… though she did chase them all out of her apartment. They could have tazed her. Im open to my mind changing. But, I also realize the danger and life or death nature that is happening in these situations. I don’t know. At the end of the day, the cop wants to come home to his family, as does his family. But, how do I balance and be unbiased towards both cop and criminal/ mentally ill person? Ive seen plenty of footage of bad cops. I’ve seen plenty of footage of good cops. I’ve seen plenty of footage of average cops in very ambiguous, confusing and potentially very dangerous and scary situations. Sometimes it seems entire departments can be in over their heads in their struggle to management danger. They want their colleges and friends to come home. So, sometimes if someone is chasing with a knife they put them down. -

Funny, I’m the opposite in some regards -

@Leo Gura I am open to learning more. I just have seen cops get tackled and have their guns stolen. Not just knives, but I’ve seen cops get tackled. Sometimes maybe cops shoot with a gun because they want to completely limit risk. Tasers can work too. I really am not an expert. I don’t know. When it’s life or death, better safe than sorry. Some one was waving a knife around and got shot? Well, that’s tough but it was complicated. -

From watching many hours of police footage I’ve learned that police carrying a gun are at a great danger just for carrying it. Once someone is with range to wrestle them… tasers and guns become huge risks. This is one reason for shooting people with knives, etc at a distance. When it’s life and death all it takes is a second to get stabbed or shot. When you are in the field it’s very tough: hormones, survival drives etc. Plus, laws are complicated and cops aren’t law specialists. They often do their best. Police are important. We can improve them but… is also just the reality that it’s dirty work. Messy, lots of mistakes. The law and reality at the cutting edge is messy. Theory meets practice.
