I asked ChatGPT how do I be successful in life? ""Succeeding in life" can mean different things to different people, and there is no one-size-fits-all formula for achieving it. However, there are certain principles and practices that can help individuals attain success in various areas of their lives. Here are a few examples: Setting clear and measurable goals: Identify what you want to achieve in different areas of your life, such as career, relationships, health, and personal growth. Set specific, measurable, and attainable goals for yourself, and develop a plan for achieving them. Consistently working towards your goals: Success requires taking consistent action towards your goals. This means putting in the time and effort necessary to achieve them, and staying motivated even when things get tough. Continuously learning and improving: Successful people are constantly seeking new knowledge and skills, and are always looking for ways to improve themselves. This includes learning from their mistakes and failures. Building a strong support system: Surround yourself with people who support and encourage you, and who can provide guidance and advice when needed. This includes friends, family, mentors, and other role models. Taking care of your physical and mental health: Your physical and mental well-being is essential to achieving success in any area of your life. Eating well, exercising regularly, getting enough sleep, and managing stress are all important for maintaining good health. Being resilient: Successful people are able to bounce back from setbacks and challenges. They don't let failure define them, but rather learn from it and move forward. Being adaptable: Successful people are able to adapt to changing circumstances and are able to pivot when things don't go according to plan. Remember that success is a journey, not a destination and it is important to enjoy the process and learn from it. It's also important to have a balance in life, and not to sacrifice your personal values or relationships for the sake of achieving success. Ultimately, the key to success is to have a clear vision of what you want to achieve, to work hard and consistently towards that vision, and to be open to learning and growing along the way."

Some suggestions could be: going for a walk or exercise, spending time with friends or family, trying a new hobby or activity, or working on a personal project. Do men not treat their genitalia and orgasm properly for so long that the body begins to malfunction in various ways? Sex is a very powerful energy. It is mysterious to me. I can feel a bit deflated after an orgasm. I have ready and suspect there are better ways for me to orgasm thought may even help the whole body to function better.

@Holykael None sense. You don’t know what Brahman is. Don’t project your finite ideas on Brahman.
-
@Someone here Write your books my brother. Gain the experience. Do the work and research. Maybe a good idea is to become an expert and a strong writer over the next 10-15 years. Writing books can be a good project. So could just writing some strong articles and sharing them here. You should be realistic that your early writings will suck. But, if you are serious about the mastery process you will do the work necessary.

Loving What Is - Byron Katie might be good. I just started iso I can’t say much. I really encourage you to simply go on Amazon and type key words and find books and resources. Your journaling sort of has to be personal to you. Asking powerful questions, allowing thoughts and feelings to flow, working for the truth, etc I am more focused on Qigong right now but have many notes around powerful journaling. But, I have to sit down and work that stuff out again and review it.

I don’t want to kiss his ass. But, I appreciate this man. If I saw him I would put my hand on my heart and nod with a smile of gratitude.

@flowboy A lot of our community is just not there yet. These guys are learning just the beginning phases of attraction. We have a lot of young men here. I get that it’s probably a bit toxic and uncomfortable. However, this is a big problem with young men all around the world right now.

I think suffering, if handled with consciousness over time is very valuable. That’s how you learn the value of things. -

1. I am talking about everything with the body all at once: brain, nervous system, organs, Bioelectrical/ Qi centres and pathways. People can spend a lot of time feeling stressed, anxious, and they can also suppress emotions and traumas. This means part of the body is still holding it. Unless you consciously intervene with some kind of somatic practices these patterns are essentially going to repeat and play out. 2. The organs play a role in neurotransmitters, for example 90% of serotonin is found in the intestines. Organs play a role in brain function, etc. Each organ also plays a bioenergetic role working in conjunction with other organs and body parts. Hormones play a role with organs yes. That is the endocrine system and it’s relationship with organs. 3. Yes, for example in Qigong we use the lower pumps, breathing and heat to pump energy up from the lower body through to the brain. We cycle this energy through the body to nourish the brain, Tissues, bones etc. Very pleasurable. The more you do various Qigong practices which involve: 1. Body scan 2. Breathing 3. Directing the Qi 3. warming up body 4. purging negative emotions through sound, self massage, shaking, pumping the arms, tapping certain acupressure appoints etc 5. building up Qi, circulating it, purifying it, smiling into it, tonyfing it in the body.. The more you practice the more you gain the understanding of negative Qi, positive Qi. You can have lots of energy or a little energy. It can be healthy or unhealthy. -
@John Paul What do you mean by game? Like an ice breaker thing?
