Glad I read that. Blind leading the blind. It takes someone very mature and grounded to serve medicine and run a retreat center successfully. Don’t under estimate the importance of training/ certification either even if you’ve used psychedelics on yourself a lot. It also points out the importance of doing the deep work on yourself, clearing out self deceptions, corruption, immaturity, foolishness, addiction, impatience, selfishness, short sightedness, arrogance, etc if you are a facilitator/ retreat leader but also a spiritual teacher. I know I’m not mature enough to run a retreat center that is for sure. At least not the head organizer. Though, I thinking working for one that is well lead and being taught to facilité would be a humbling and beautiful experience. Those were clearly very immature people with the best of intentions. When it comes to psychedelics I have no interest in becoming a professional facilitator, and don’t really want to facilitate at all for anyone else. It’s actually a pretty… vulnerable role? Do. You need to be trained very well. Psychedelics I’m general require a massive maturity to pursue. I don’t know anyone I think who’s handled them perfectly in their life. When I think of a good role models I think of Rak Razam and Martin Ball. Martin recently released a book full of interviews with facilitators. May be worth reading even if you don’t plan to facilitate so you know what to look for in proper use of 5meo but also in choosing a facilitatork.

There is a good book called “The Six Pillars” of Self Esteem which may take you deeper. Also, another good book I “The Self Talk Solution” which I’ve found tu be very useful lately.

@Ramanujan Leo has a video on studying/ being a good student. I will review it this week as well.

@CoolDreamThanks Also, I apologize. My tone was sort of rude there. I think I was sort of reflective back to your tone in the opening post of this thread. I appreciate your perspective, I wish you well. I don’t cast judgment at all, I am only sharing my assumptions based on what I perceive Leo to have said, and what I perceive you having said what what I’ve perceived in my own experience. I will work on being more kind in my posts going forward. I am humble to my own short comings.That allows me to be truly confident. I am willing to learn from others. I am willing to admit when I am wrong. I am willing to admit when I don’t know. I am patient with myself and others. I am always open to learning more. I don’t need to prove myself or be better than anyone else. Finding what is true and living a good life is more important than knowing more than others.

@Shrooms_Alvarez Yeah, that’s what’s so tricky about Truth…. When it comes to the deepest truth no other human can confirm it to you. There is a balance of listening to feedback but being sovereign in your own mind at the same time. I think Truth has a particular quality to it. When you awaken to absolute truth, you’ll simply know. You can always redo the experiment. I think the biggest tell tale sign of delusion is… well, I’m still not sure. Perhaps, that’s for you to realize. Delusion is something so omnipresent in reality… I’m still young and developing my understanding. Though, I’ve had a number of trips I still think my mastery of them is relatively low. But, if something is true… it will stand the test of time.

@CoolDreamThanks haha, alrighty mr big jeans. I think the truth is when it comes to God and reality and truth you’re still a little confused. But, your ego is massive. You haven’t read all Leo’s books or even all his videos. But, you want to be better than him. Thats just my assumptions based on reading your post.

@Javfly33 It depends on her. Your perceived status relative to how she sees herself is a factor in her attraction to you. I rejected my last girl I went on a date with because she was money oriented wanting me to pay for everything the first date. Other girls I’ve rejected because they were physically unattractive or we simply weren’t compatable. Luckily there are many women out there.

@Yimpa why would a single breakup change your purpose of life? But, yeah it’s true what you say. Every loss is a gain to the conscious mind. Just give it time.
