  1. The experience of the blissful feeling you are talking about is just the very very first experience. I can relate to your feeling. All you feel is the contrast from the previous state though. It is still a lower state compared to where can go further. To burst those bubble is also very hard. You can do that only from the next state. But if you believe there are no states then you can’t go further. It’s simple as it is. In any case, congrats for reaching that point! But remember, it’s all fluid, you can’t hold it so easily. You need to work a lot. And if I have to compare your technique with all what I know, it should be very hard to go further with that one. But if you don’t know other then you can try. wish you great success 😊 and take care 🍀
  2. @Bazooka Jesus Thank you for sharing your extraordinary experience. I’ve tried to find that book but it’s just one in German looking similar to your description. Considering I’m living in Switzerland maybe that’s the google algorithm. Would it be very difficult to share the author? thanks in advance 🙏🏻😊
  3. Yes, and that’s absolutely amazing! And you? But this is a higher step to experience. Before to handle many root issues you can’t get there. And yes, it’s definitely depends on individual. Some people have easy access some (like me) needed to work for a couple of years. but it’s worth! Especially if you’re carful and learn all to take care of your physical health. Without the physical (I know it sounds unbelievable, but that’s personal experience) you can’t move up to the highest levels. Well, at least until you are alive. But if you die and find out that you need again to limit yourself because in the “unlimited” there are no any boundaries so means you can’t experience anything than existence… then … you of course want to start from scratch and be born again… well I better stop here because starts to be complex 🙈
  4. I was wondering, how do you deal with that phenomena? I mean, every time I raise my consciousness I start noticing more and more moments where I’m acting unconsciously. Somehow logically it’s clear that should be a sign of raised consciousness but it feels like opposite. Feels like I’m lowering the levels. There are some moments where it literally feels scary. Do you think it’s not normal? Am I doing it too fast? How do you deal with it?
  5. Thank you! No, no, the second is more close, now when I’m thinking about it. Just we probably have to replace the ego backlash with a physical-health backlash. I think that’s exactly the way I can explain it. It’s like I rolled down the hill I was climbing and now I have to restart climbing up but because everything hurts from the crash the restart is like with -100 of a speed. probably because all is so slow, it feels so scary. It’s like you are in a crash and you see all on slow motion (but only from time to time) the rest of the time you don’t know where you are. And when your head is again for short somehow ok, then you have again the painful glimpses. That was the most expensive and painful lesson I have ever experienced. and not because I was not taking care of my health. Opposite! I was doing all what I know could be good! Only to find out that I was soooooo ignorant. It is over 1 year now I study all what I can to find out that I did not know anything about my health one year ago. It was such a painful awakening! The benefits to know all that are tremendous but the price is also very high. it’s somehow total confirmation about the balance: as much as you give as much you could get. and I’m very happy to can share and get ideas here. It’s easier to contemplate and see from side especially when you feel “half-head”. Hm, ok! Half is way over estimated. It’s more like 5%. 😞
  6. Thank you very much for the advice. It’s not very measurable but I suppose it’s hard to evaluate for someone else. There is only the “importance” I do not agree. My physical health crashed my mental achievements completely. So if I let the “machine” kill the rests, by following like a sheep and only observing… then the boss is also out of the game (throwing the baby with the water). hope you understand what I mean. I somehow have to find way to balance it back again. But I need one year to recover my physical health (said my doc) … during that time it is very hard… because I see all. 😢 and actually I just was wondering how to find way to hack it. But not really clear ideas yet. 😞
  7. it's like a muscle you have to train, don;t overdo it and take breaks plenty, eventually it becomes the default That is well know to me, that’s why I was confused about your recommendation. But it’s interesting to know how do you control it so to get the perfect doses? (because too much is bad and to little will never help me move forward). Now I’m so back to basics, that this part is very crucial. I wonder is you have some pointer for that balance?
  8. Well, here I can’t get it. Do you mean to move like “on autopilot” and only watching myself doing stupid stuff all the time? And do not correct what I’m doing? Is that the purpose of noticing you mean? or I got it wrong? (If so that sounds very dangerous, because right now I have physical health issues and my levels of awareness dropped significantly. My doctor is not allowing me to restart my trainings [especially the mental] because I need the energy to recover. I believe I won’t be able to move the EEG even a single number above or below if I test me, but I’m able to notice a lot (of things I don’t want to do). So you mean I better go fully back to auto? Ok. I see how that could save me energy and maybe will help me to recover better, but if I don’t control myself when I go to the fridge (for example) and let “her” do what “she” wants … then the strict diet and therapy I do will fail every day.
  9. Well, that’s an extremely exhausting if I don’t control it. Not sure how you do that but if I stay so “as much as possible” during the day, on the next day I’m not able to do anything and get headaches.
  10. @r0ckyreed Meditation and psychedelics are just tools. They could be both good or bad because they are neutral and it’s only up to the user of the tool. It like “money” (if that example is easier for you to understand) - with money you can do great and very malicious stuff. It seems you are pointing more the improper use than the real effect of the proper (beneficial) use. What is the result of the tools when used properly is a different point. Well, it could be that I’ve got your point wrong. But that’s what my understanding and experience are, and hope that helps you to see a bit of a different perspective.
  11. Btw… it’s really funny how people try to “explain” consciousness when they never experienced. it’s like when I have done my first maturity assessment by Susanne Cook-Greuter. I answered the questions and they put me on a low level because “my answers was very short”. Then (one year later) I have done it once more but I didn’t change my answers. I just add a clear explanation behind every answer so they understand what I meant. They gave me one-two levels more and said: “they could give me higher level if my answers was short.” That’s ridiculous. On top before the second consulting with Susanne she recommended me to read the book: “Cutting Through Spiritual Materialism” with all my respect the her work, I have discovered how the model can be very ineffective at higher levels. How they supposed to assess levels where they have never achieved on their own? it’s like to take a high school student and ask him to assess your doctorate work. Probably, she was influenced there by Ken Wilber because in my 2 h meetings with her it was clear to me what’s going on. Anyway, in my opinion, for the level at which the society is now… her model and assessment map are brilliant. 💚
  12. Totally agree! This guy has no idea of consciousness.
  13. It is crazy how long I have been struggling to find the right answers about diet! what I can say from years for diets and even the last 2 years of Keto diet which helped in the beginning but after 2 years failed too… the final answer is: eat real food only! I know it sounds very hard but I’m doing it and I feel great. With one important note, I was having leaky gut and many other health issues. As soon as found and started fixing it, all is getting back to normal. But ok. It requires very strong will too. I’m training my will since years so that wasn’t the problem to me. The problem was the huge investment to find all the issues, but I was able to manage that sacrificing my savings for my life-purpose work. Health is a big fight, do not underestimate it. And learn, learn and learn. But not only from 10 min videos. That will never bring you to a point. Learn from science. Functional medicine is also great, but the serious one only. Not green stuff. wish you luck.
  14. It’s your thinking process the problem not the thoughts itself. I’ve been there and I know it’s horrible. However, if you are on antidepressants I have no idea how you could handle. One is clear, the pills (and your diet) depletes your micronutrient levels. There are specific micronutrients very important for the nervous system. I’ve been there and I know it is horrible. But to correct you physical health you need to work with a very good functional doctor and that cost a lot. I already invested a fortune but I’m getting better (and I could afford it). it’s not that you can’t do it on your own but you need to invest tons of time to study. If you are interested to study, let me know and I will give you ideas.
  15. Reading here feels like I’ve got it wrong. To me stages are fluid (or better to say (have spectrum) as higher the stage is the spectrum is broader. Stages are accumulated and every stage has positive values. Then probably in a society full of different stages a higher stage person will need to act accordingly to the stage situation in order to get positive (to that stage) outcome. To help orange stage person you need to act at his stage and slower to push to green, to help green person you need as well to (gain his interest by acting at his stage) then slowly to push towards yellow. If you try to “wash” them with pure Turquoise love, and show yourself as so, then they will think you are insane. They will demonize you and “game over”. You can’t get any trust, respectively can’t help them move forward. In addition to that, enlightenment to me is not a static point. If you lock the thing in “count to only 2” (like good-bad, ego-spirit, enlightened and not enlightened) and do not look at it all as spectrum there is a lot of meaning lost. Like a black-white 2D picture. And last but not least, I don’t agree that for high enlightened people is “normal” to have “bad habits”. I mean, if you are really conscious enough most of the time you can’t be stuck in “habits” that are harmful to you. It somehow make no any sense to me. Consciousness same as enlightenment is fluid (it is a nonlinear spectrum). Bad habits are lower consciousness by default. Ok, basically habits are lower consciousness (they are also a spectrum tho) but they have their protective mechanisms. If try to keep yourself in a very high consciousness state for too long your physical system may burn (especially if not at all trained for that). You can’t lift 100 kg and keep it non-stop up if you have never lifted 50 kg. (Sorry for the “kilograms” I’m from Europe). What I mean is, even highly enlightened individuals (because enlightenment is a spectrum) need to navigate in the spectrum of consciousness (all the time) Consciousness is fluid, you can’t cut it as cheese and hold the biggest piece forever. (Sorry for the cheese metaphor I’m from Switzerland 😊 ). But you can extend your spectrum. And maybe here is the point to compare it with the developmental stages. As we need the “positive parts” as building blocks of the lower stages, so we need the lower “positive consciousness” levels, they both have their usefulness and from “1-2 count” perspective may seem “bad” because they are “low”. But it is a different spectrum. Well, it’s hard to me to explain because it needs not just spectrum, but we’ve got to point to use dimensions… or better multi dimensional spectrums and I better stop here. 😊 because as @Leo Gurasays: as bigger the model as bigger the problem! 😄 maybe I’ve got it all wrong but that’s my personal experience. 😇
  16. I’m not joking. I consider Leo as my Teacher and I know it is arrogant even to think about approaching him … but he teaches to go unconventional … so now in his last video I realized that he is not aware of something that I am … and yes, he said he is open to new experiences and so much likes to compare different stuff and levels of consciousness … however, I suppose he prefers to search for new things in books, courses, gurus and his own resources… His “student” could not be able to surprise him anyhow! isn’t it! Especially one that have seen all his videos, red all he recommends and way more further. However, I red here many interesting experiences and stories of you guys. Maybe someone could advise me: How to define my approach in order to succeed and get in direct contact with Leo about my approach topic? Thank you in advance for any suggestions.
  17. I agree there are many levels of Enlightenment. But why trying upside down? Anyway, if even @Leo Gura can not get it from this perspective, then better I do not comment further. I do not want you all thinking I am arrogant by sharing things outside of the Leo`s perspective. It is offensive. I sencierly wish success to all!
  18. @Leo Gura Hi Leo, is it a ridiculous idea if "You could somehow missing one very obvious point about Enlightenment"? Furthermore, could it be a dogma: the claim that everyone have to have and find a different path to get Enlightenment, but there is one methodology that works well and fast for everyone when done properly? I am far from the idea to claim I know more than you, my questions, though are based on my own empirical experience and I know you value such things therefore dare to ask such questions.
