@seeking_brilliance So last night I went into the dreamland with WBTB (not intentional), saw a theme reappearing and got lucid. The theme from a dream before: I went on a hike to the lake with an acquaintance. Going through the forrest I howled like a wolf (hermione style in harry potter's prisoner of azkaban) and saw a wolf bolting down to us from the hillside. I ran to a skew pine and climbed on it. Another wolf chased to me and the two gathered at my tree. I hoped that my friend could escape and get help while the wolves focused on me. I realized that this is me acting in a certain way and then being stressed out (Surprise! Who would have thought!) because of my behavior. I regretted not turning around and coming towards them. The lucid dream with the theme reappearing: I got chased by a man. I run around a corner and realize that I run away from him and not to him. So I turn around, run at him and he runs through me as though as I am a ghost. Replacing the fear, I feel total love for him as he runs through me. It is love like a parent has for its child. The all encompasing love you feel when you feel an orgasm. Total acceptance, appreciation, gratitude, adoration. I felt that he is my creation and I love him so much.

Something to consider: Daily writing down 3 little or big things you are grateful for is life changing. As a starter: Take a look at the dreamboard. Maybe go through my bookmarks. A warm welcome btw

Breaking point of tears. @Nahm I found that wisdom is recognized when I believe to be not in love, when I hold on to "myself". Suffering is the greatest teacher.

The most powerful music teleports to another dimension of pure truth expressed through love, beauty and beingness. You create something powerful to access truth. Lessons of the day That what you want wants you. Intuitive insights & directions which you are pulled towards resurface again and again as the selective focus connected with ego consciousness and separated being steers towards confrontation - as long as the water is rigid in its being it will be hindered by every stone in the riverbed; if the water is fluid and stones are seen through, there is water just flowing. If I feel fear of rejection then I don't love the person with which I wanted to be connected.

It is letting go judgements and being present, mindful, accepting and loving towards the person. It is listening into stillness and feeling what intuitively needs to be expressed be it creating space & listening, sharing one's perspective, cracking jokes, or sharing this moment together & feeling into each other's being.
