@DocWatts I've only read his letting go book and I personally found it worth it. I guess it would depend on exactly what you're after. I've been dedicating myself to his letting go technique recently and I believe I've got significant results from it. I follow Frederick Dodson's levels of energy model which is similar to Hawkin's Levels of conscious model imo. Though I've taken the credibility of the model more on faith and intuition for the time being. So I don't know what credible you'd find these types of models.

I'm pretty sure I want to start a small business centred around being a psychotherapist. However, I still have a lot of trauma to work through. I want to do my practice in good faith. And in keeping with that I wouldn't want to become a psychotherapist whilst I still had a load of this trauma to work through. I'm working on overcoming my trauma atm, yet I'm not sure what to do in the meantime. Any ideas?

@StarStruck Ye i know but imo this is a gamey paradigm that im not aligned with in so many ways these days. There's a degree of codependency in this sort of game thinking imo. I personally don't care to play around with trying to manage her emotions to the expense of my own personal boundaries.
