I'm fairly certain there is some sort of link/interrelation, although I think its more indirect than "Covid 19 is actually 5g symptoms".

I feel really good physically, emotionally, and spiritually right now since the quarantine. Still deal with ups and downs, challenging circumstances and negativity but I feel I have grown a bit since. Staying home has really let me dial in a healthy, high performance daily routine/lifestyle and allows me to pinpoint my nutrition, eating all organic food and sleep even more than usual. Been making sure to do: -daily breathwork/cold showers -getting out in nature/getting sunlight on my skin -exercising 1-2 times per day, working out some days and working in on others. No gym so no heavy barbell lifting but have been doing more of different types of training: hill sprints, flat sprints, bought gymnastics rings, doing strength/bodybuilding training with my kettlebells/dumbells as well, more time for maintenance of my joints/mobility -getting 8-10 hours of sleep every night -household projects/cultivating my 'gourmet' mushrooms -meditation/introspection -

Karma basically just means your actions. Your present state is a result of the karma that you created, which is just the natural consequences of your actions, neither good nor bad prior to the mind's interpretation. Don't let this concept hold you back though. You can clear all this, basically wipe your slate clean by creating new karma, since life is an ongoing ever changing process of creation moment to moment, karma is never stagnating, so there is no need to have a holdup on your karma from the past. -
@Anna1 Thank you Forreal though, I am actually not a monkey, but this is a selfie of me last year on a beach with a monkey

Curious to see how this breaks down. Don't guilt trip people for being "happier" because of it. This is all about 1st person experience. Its not that you are happy that people or dying or that the world is in a state of chaos. Its: how do you feel, deep down, emotionally about being in quarantine where you most likely now have a lot more free time to pursue what you truly want without as many demands (for some people they might have more stress and more demands, its all unique to the individual) Maybe this is changing your life in some way for the better or opening new doors for you in some sense. You can state your "why" or reasons for you choice below.

This poll turned out quite interesting. That one vote of "depression/panic/anxiety" I sense is a troll vote as it was put in right after I said "thank goodness no one voted for that". Lol. Could be wrong though. If not, that person can come in and verify.

Nice, they are pretty affordable on amazon I'm gonna order one with that Vitamin C

I agree. This forum is quite absolutist/authoritarian on "conspiracy theories" as if no matter what they are nonsense/non existent. Of course some are, probably most even, but by putting all in that category, and not even being able to discuss, well, thats some "radical closed mindedness" lol. -
Have you noticed a difference since you got a shower filter?

Imagine what Actualized.org videos/this business/forum/community are gonna be like 2-3 years from now. Try that thought experiment. -
Are you talking about the efficacy of Omega 3 supplements not being beneficial or Omega 3 from whole food sources not being beneficial? I have done plenty of research. Please provide what are you are referring to.
-
The beauty of it is that you don't have to worry about these omega imbalances/polyunsaturated fats really if you eliminate processed foods/oils like canola oil like you mentioned and are getting your vitamins from whole food organic sources.

The ocean is a big place. There is some degree of truth to this, but far preferable to factory farmed animals not being in a natural environment, being mistreated, in close quarters walking and sleeping in each-others feces, and fed things that make them sick before being slaughtered inhumanely. Supplementing with spirulina/chlorella is good for removing heavy metals as well.
-
You are mistaken there bud, unless the fish is cooked in some heat-damaged low quality oil (where the bad PUFA's are) the polyunsaturated fats you are referring to in fish are beneficial Omega 3s.

I'm glad we don't have any that voted depressed or anxious. Personally, I think this whole thing has grown me as an individual in relation to adapting to new circumstances and has been a great opportunity to reflect on how survival has society by its strings.

Good point. Canned sardines in water is a good option right now, high in protein/omega 3s low in mercury

The real trap is being locked into any specific diet paradigm. The video I posted is a militant vegan locked in a complete vegan paradigm and is extremely biased and flat out wrong in many areas, he just had a good JP impression lol. Carnivore can be a good elimination diet, I've seen Joe Rogan reporting to feel great on it and have followed many other people's trials with it. But if you are going to do it you pretty much have to include organ meats to get all the nutrients you need, and you need to make sure you have the highest quality meats possible that are going into your body. Most likely would have to use a service like Butcher Box. Even "Grass Fed" or even 100% Grass Fed or Grass Finished can be deceptive labels and you have to consider that:

@dimitri A good method that helps me ease in (easier than diving straight into cold shower out of bed or just sitting around for a while) is do them after breaking a sweat doing low to moderate intensity exercise in the morning. You will be nice and heated up and that initial shock isnt as bad, easy to keep deep breathing since you have already been breathing more intensely.

@DrewNows What do you think about Ralph talking about Archons? -
50 seconds , you can't even get used to the water in 50 seconds . Try 5 minutes at least

Point is if you think DP/DR is a real thing, or think you are being negatively affected by this condition, you aint ready to take psychedelics. So basically if you don't have this condition, you subscribe to the idea you ARE attached to your body/mental processes which in reality you are NOT. see how silly this is?
-
@PlayTheGame Let me put it this way The goal of spiritual development is discovering who you actually are. The goal of bodybuilding is getting bigger muscles. A person who is stuck in a limited paradigm will discover that they are not who they thought they were and will freak out because of this (DP/DR) because of their deep rooted beliefs. That would be like a person who lifted some weights for the first time and their muscles got sore would start freaking out because they though their body was dying or that their muscles were coming down with some sort of negative condition.
-
Discovering there is no self (who you thought you were your whole life) is basically DP/DR. DP/DR is basically just a modern term with a negative connotation in an extremely limited and outdated paradigm.
