You are putting an abstraction on "that which is the case" Delusion is again, just another duality. That which is the case is not the content of a thought or idea. It is the fact that a thought or idea is popping up in the field of awareness in the first place. -

Truth=that which is the case Oh boy -

You must be reading some pretty crappy books or not contemplating the message very well. Good books about non-duality will tell you that what they say about non-duality is not truth itself. It can only point you to the truth and truth is only in your direct experience. -

How important is the recommendation of not eating anything 2-3 hours prior? Would 1-1.5 hours still work if you have a fast metabolism? -

@Mikael89 I think this right here stems from a surface-level understanding of non-duality and thinking about it as a belief or ideology. Non-duality is prior to beliefs or thinking. I recommend you read books about non-duality and I don't think you will be sad anymore. -

I can convey the actuality of truth itself in language= I am deluded One can know internally when it is in line with direct experience -
Equality/inequality is a duality. Everything is inherently different from everything else, but also the same. Thats non-duality. When talking about self-worth, as in people being "better" than anyone else, that only exists in your mind. Its more accurate to say everyone is equal (in the sense of having zero self worth) even though everyone is still unique meaning unequal in that sense. Why do you NEED people to recognize your greatness if you are so great? Thats an attachment you need to let go if you want to avoid unnecessary suffering.

Im reading a really good book about love and nonduality I can recommend it to you if you want. Everything is love because without any judgement/resistance(ego) everything is allowed to be exactly just how it is. Thats true unconditional love. But consider this, that doesnt mean we should stop trying to prevent suffering in the world and just accept everything as it is without action when we have the power to improve things. The things we perceive as evil stem from judgement/resistance. Yet that is too just a a very limited low consciousness form of love. -

The lion eating the gazelle is just purely survival. Its how life on this planet works. The lion is not eating it out of evil, its doing it for its own survival which is what you would do to if you were a lion, and if you could still think like a human as a lion lets say you would of course have no problem with it. Thats an example self-bias. Nature is an intricate system which the predator/prey relationship is just one aspect of maintaining balance/homeostasis in the environment . Even though the gazelle is being eaten it doesnt “take it personally” like you would imagine. Once the lion captures it and it cant escape it peacefully surrenders and returns to its state of infinite love. You can see this in its act of surrender before its last breath. Love is acceptance of all things as they are. So why not accept a lion trying to survive itself? Why should the lion die and gazelle live? The lion didnt choose to be the one who had to kill other mammals instead of chewing plants to get what it needs to live. -
Just know that no matter how great you think you are, you will still be just as equal as everyone else, because self worth doesn’t exist out there in reality, its a man made construct. This desire will be a never ending fruitless pursuit that will just burn you to the ground eventually because no matter how great you get to your standards, there will always be someone you perceive as better or something more you want. Its a wild goose chase Also for the validation part, as much as someone validating you is gonna make you feel good, if someone else disrespects you or you dont get the validation you think you deserve, its gonna piss you off. This will likely happen more frequently than the positive. Wouldnt you just rather be immune to validation in general? Just accept positive feedback when it comes, not letting it inflate your ego, not expecting it or looking for it, while most importantly not caring about the negative. You can have your cake and eat it too this way. Your own validation is all you need.

Yeah in the last JRE NDGT episode if I remember correctly Neil seemed like he was pretty calm and collected and Joe got riled up on some topic about twitter comments and started insisting he was right and Neil was wrong. Now i've only watched parts of this and clicked on the argument highlights (lol) but Neil is seeming pretty defensive about stuff. He is definitely balls deep in his paradigm indeed. Taking into account the 1,000+ JRE episodes, its amusing to see which ones Joe is triggered and tightly wound and which ones he is the grown up in the room. After thousands of hours of recorded interaction you can really wrap your mind on what makes Joe tick and the many moods he's prone to on certain days...

Sounds like some stage orange wall street type of thinking lol. Its partially true but what those people don't realize is that everything is love and deep down everybody wants to be loved at their very core. That greedy type of thinking also breeds a scarcity mindset, always wanting more, meaning no matter how much wealth you accumulate you will always desire more because that is wired in your mind. And once you acquire what you want you will then have fear of losing it. -

Nice I think you discovered the right mindset there in accepting what is as it is and loving yourself. What if you apply that to the kundalini energy? Instead of treating it as something separate than yourself, perhaps treat it like an aspect of yourself, because ultimately it is just you, and send it unconditional love. Even if it seems hostile or whatever, send it love and accept it best you can. I know this will heal you. -
I interpreted your original question wrong, now I have a better idea of what you were asking

Have you ever looked into ashwaganda for adrenal health?

TrynaBeTurquoise replied to Shadowraix's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
This is a good reminder but @Shadowraix didnt sound like he was trying to take credit at all. He was just trying to convey something that made him happy for his girlfriend and there is lots of room for misinterpretation of language -
Short term athletic performance, like high bursts of power and energy. This can definitely apply to training. But long term like a 2 hour sports game, it will do you more harm in the end thats why serious athletes dont take it before games.

Exactly and there are loving peaceful methods of confrontation, relatively speaking to lower consciousness ones -
TrynaBeTurquoise replied to Alex bliss's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Surrender your avoidance to all confrontation! In some cases it is necessary, in some cases it isn't. You just have to use your wisdom to make the right choice when to confront who. -

Thanks, the first time I tried it I did some extremely simple cold water extraction technique, and I only got limited effects. But I think it was my dose was too conservative. The essence of that seed-matter taste is just so nasty for me -
TrynaBeTurquoise replied to Strangeloop's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Thanks, the problem is I used morning glory seeds, I tried that sublingual method of chewing them (I had about 100 seeds in my mouth) and then spitting them out 15-20 mins later. I did 2 round of that so like 200ish seeds total maybe. It was by far the grossest taste ever and didn't work at all. I need to look into HBWR seeds Thats fascinating, what is that book? -

That the chicken and egg is a duality that eventually breaks down into one. The answer is both outcomes and neither
